BTW I hope we are not the only one that are waiting til this weekend to finish packing! We have gotten as far as the bathing suits. Us too--all that's packed is the kid's swimsuits and water shoes!

Still can't decide a bout a camcorder. Have an old probably should get a new one.

i booked this cruise a while back and have been lurking ever since.
hope you folks will welcome me. you seem like a fun group.
they call me big red because of my hair color.
the main reason im going on this cruise is because a neighbor of mine is also sailing that week. he doesnt know im going.
you see he is married but ive been watching him for a while now and i just cant take my eyes off of him.
i know he thinks im cute and i realize he has been happily married for over 30 years but i just feel if i can get him alone on the cruise that i could convince him to leave his wife for me.
i dont know what it is about him. his bald head, or his scar, or his beautiful blue eyes, but every time he goes out to wash his car, its like time for a diet coke break and i must watch him.
his wife is named after some bird. like blue jay or something. not sure.?
anyway i hope you will welcome me. and ill be bringing along my friend. we went to dancing school together. her name is candy. she is very friendly and i think we will fit right into your group.

Wine Diva - how'd the t-shirts turn out? And how many glasses/bottles of wine did it take? Inquiring minds want to know!

Ho hum...guess I'd better do some work now...be back later.

I am pretty amazed, but they turned out well and no wine was involved! I have a terribly sore throat so last night I had a cup of tea and went to bed. I just finished the shirts and they are presentable, so I am satisfied. Not as cute as yours--I just ran around the house and found old shirts to use so we have 2 white, 1 light blue, and 1 lime green shirt.

When you get up in the morning you should actually be able to see the Magic from the Radisson. We stayed there the night before one of our cruises and it was exciting to wake up in the morning and see the Magic in the distance right from the hotel!
Or you could do like Heather suggested and get up very early and watch it come into port, I am very temted to do this myself

if i know my wife, thats exactly what we will be doing.

Hi Sandy. When do leave?

We are leaving very very early on the 20th - I won't even have time to do this like I normally do every morning.

We are hoping to get on the ship pretty early so the kids can have time to swim while we have a little snack by the pool (I can't tell you how excited I am about all the yummy food we are going to have )

When are you leaving?

mike here. it is with heavy heart that i say we wont be taking the cruise.
after nearly 32 years together robin has asked for a divorce. she has taken all her things and moved in with her new "boyfriend".
and get this...she wants to take the cruise with him!!! it was supposed to be our 32nd anniv cruise. if any of you see him on the cruise feel free to push him overboard!!

Hello Everyone, How is everyone doing today

After getting off her yesterday I proceeded to nap for the afternoon. Then Mac and I went to that family dinner thing, and it was a total bust. We got home around 9:30 and it was straight to bed for both of us.


I slept straight through the night and did not wait up till 7:30 this morning. It felt wonderful.

Today has been just a little of this and a little of that. I went through coupons this morning looking for ones to buy snack food for the travel days. I have one kids that won't eat at all, but then another kid that eats every 30 minutes, and then my with my sugar levels being really strange lately.

So Mac and I were off to Walmart. We got all the snacks for travel days. I will post of pic. of them tonight.

We also went to the bank to get all our money and travlers checks. Would you believe they were out of the 20's and don't know when they are getting more in, and only had one book of 50's. I guess I should have jumped on this sooner and had called our actually bank and had them sent to us. Instead I went with Scott's bank that is located here and they were of no help to me today.

That has been it for running around today.

I have started making a list of all the things I need to do between now and when we leave. I have even assigned days to them.

I has washed all our down stairs pillows and blankets. So those will be nice and clean when we get back. I picked up the living room, and cleaned off the bar counter and part of the kitchen counter. I detailed the outside and inside of the dishwasher. We are having issues with it so I am running it empty right now to see if that will help it. Other then that, that is all I have gotton done so far today.

Oh I did get to watch my show for an hour today, and then watched a show with Mac curled up with my for another 30 minutes.


I am really trying to fight the urge to take a nap right now.
