Heading down next week solo for the first time!

My plan is arrive to the hotel around 1pm Saturday (will have rental car).
Lay by the pool weather-permitting and eat something by the pool.
I want to try to do a later dinner, possibly a walk-up at a bar or lounge on the monorail line to watch the MK fireworks. Open to Epcot fireworks as well, if there is a good place to eat outside the park.

Sunday is my PARK DAY!
Rope drop AK (try to get on FOP during EE, go to the Safari, then do Everest as a single rider, grab a stuffed pancake before hopping)
Hop to Epcot (main goal here is to see the fARTS festival, do test track as a single rider, maybe try to get on Soarin or Remy, grab a drink)
Hop to HS (try to ride rock n roller coaster as a single rider, possibly try RotR or Millennium Falcon as a single rider, get a snack at woody's lunchbox)
Hop to MK (main goal here is to see fireworks and starlight parade. I would like to get spring rolls but do not think I will get here in time, so have to find another snack to eat)

How does this plan look? I will be back in April for SB with my family, so not too worried if I miss out on some rides.

One thing I've learned in all my solo trips is that plans (which I make to the minute) never happen the way I planned-weather, appetite (I know I planned to eat at 6:00, but I'm hungry NOW), lots of reasons. Another thing I learned is that on solo trips, it's fine to change plans in the moment. But I still plan to the minute!

I've never had a plan for my solo trips. I've known where I wanted to start the day to hit certain rides before things got busy, but otherwise I never had a plan. I loved just winging it and see where the day took me.

That sounds like my style of touring. I haven't done a solo yet, but am seriously thinking about it. My problem is that I hate to fly alone - silly I know. But there it is. Maybe one day. Going solo sounds like a lot of fun doing what you want to do when you want to do it.

Going solo is so much fun. And not having a plan for the day is, I think, the way to go. When I went with my family back in 2023, we started in one land, Adventure Land, and rode things there before moving on. We did keep an eye on the app for wait times on rides in adjacent lands, but that was it. And there are threads where solo travelers can meet up if you get lonely.
