Did I see that you're staying over at the Boardwalk before the cruise? Jay and I will be at the Beach Club Villas - maybe we'll have a chance to see you before you leave on the 20th? We'll be the couple wandering around the World Showcase with silly grins and upsidedown plastic champagne flutes.

I was hoping that our last leg of the flight would begin someplace central so that we would be on the same flight. Looks like our last leg begins in Atlanta so I'm not sure that will happen.

Here's the thread that discusses the changes in the CB. Sorry, Jeff--I will stop pestering you now. Maybe I will start up again during the Packer game on Sunday. How about that?

Victoria, I was only joking. I'm always happy to answer anyones questions about the cruise. That is what we're all here for.

As for the breakfast, it looks as if they changed it in Spring, after we went. And that change probably isn't for the better.

That was one of the things that was great about the CB on DCL, you had a guarantee of the characters coming to your table, just like in WDW. Now they take that away. More of the reaon we probably won't go.

Reminds me of how they killed the Castaway Club reception. They claim it was because that's what they CC members wanted. Sorry, I haven't heard of anyone who wanted to give up the spread they had.

Oh well.

If this is what it is, I'm sorry your kids won't get the true enjoyment out of that breakfast.

Think I might have already told our story about how we met, maybe like back on page 127??? (long story coming!)

I was actually engaged at the time (it was never gonna happen and I had been "trying" to get out of the relationship for a long time but it was complicated. This guy brought my self-esteem to an all-time low, at the time I didn't feel like I deserved any better.

He used to watch sports ALL the time. Back then I loved sports too! But as the years passed, that's all he ever did. He came home, parked his butt on the couch and didn't move till bedtime. IF I managed to get him to go out, he would tape like 3 games then watch them when we got home. My life revolved around sporting events. And I don't mean just the big ones like Superbowl or World Series.

So near the end of 1995, I joined a BBB (kind of like a computer chat group but it was local, the internet was in it's infancy, hardly anyone chatting globally back then). I joined it to play trivia and just to chat with people as I was pretty lonely since by 1995 I learned to hate sports. I NEVER joined to meet people. But they did have meets, once a week. In March of 1996, at the very LAST minute on a total WHIM, I decided to go to one. Rob was the third person I met at the meet. He was wearing a Tigger hat, a Tigger shirt and a Disney Gang Jacket There was a hypnotist at the bar that night and he was chosen for it so he was onstage for about an hour and the whole time I couldn't take my eyes off him. I even remember telling myself "Cass! Quit staring at him!!!" I had no idea why I couldn't take my eyes off him.

Kismet.

Everything that happened that night was SO NOT ME. I felt almost like someone was guiding me (thanks Big Guy! )

We started dating April 17th and were married exactly 30 months later

Side note: When I left the ex, he was apparently devastated. SOB STORY right? I guess he was so devastated, he went to a party the night I left (to be consoled I was told) and he slept with someone (all the while still begging me to come back for weeks! HA!) later married said hussy and had a baby with her and is now divorced (for the 2nd time) and now calls his (second) ex-wife a total nutjob

I think that they may be having some sort of problem with the ressie system. I've been seeing some of the same variations that you are. But I am not experienced enough to know if this is normal during the room shuffling, last minute ship filling time.

Now they have all but Cat 4 rooms up on the site.

If they have them up there tonight, and I have some time, I will go through all the rooms and let you know how many in each Cat I see as open.

Don't feel bad, we haven't even started our Tag gifts yet. Got the supplies yesterday. It won't take long, maybe 4-5 hour each. Just kidding, if it takes more than 4-5 hours total, we spent too much time on it.

And don't be fooled, you guys are going to love them - I hope.

Not sure that I will do it again that way. I think I paid too much for airfare. I just bought r/t tix for laura to orlando for $250. That x4 plus transportation and a hotel room for a night should come to about $1500 and I paid over $2000. Albeit, we'll be staying at the hyatt but Its not worth 500.

The only saving grace with booking the air through the cruise company is they are responsible for getting you to the ship if there are delays.

I just fly in a day or two early instead. It is much cheaper.

Now you know for the next time Steve. And when is that next time? Did you fill in Nancy's table?

I KNOW I couldn't have left the flight details to DCL...I would have been a wreck! As it was, I was checking on flights online for weeks and when the fare got down low enough I called my TA with the exact flight numbers I wanted. Of course, the'yve changed the flight times about 3 times, but they're all still ok.

I have tons to do too....haven't started packing, t-shirts to do, and DIStag bags to assemble, etc. Not only do I have stuff for the cruise, I have a bunch of projects around the house I want to get done, but usually ignore due to being tired and DISing! At least I got my dresses to the tailor to be altered yesterday!
