How was your phone call with your friends over at Microsoft?

Much better today. It seems that our 3 hours spent on the phone yesterday was all for naught! Microsofts servers were down and NONE of their activations were going through. So as me and the tech were doing everything we could think of to activate my windows, it was impossible to do because MS was down. Worked like a charm.

And one last one gets me an FO.

I wanted to jump in and say hello to everyone. I'm Laura, Steve's wife and I am really beginning to get excited for our cruise. Steve talks so much about everyone on here that I started feeling left out so of course I had to get to know you for myself. Thank you for sharing your photos and previous cruise experiences with us.

Sunday Morning is a sleep in day I quess.

I could go for that. Alas, this is the day that Laura has a massage scheduled, so I will be up taking care of the kids. Afterward we will take the kids to the clubs and Hopefully, eat our brunch.

Today would be Key West. We will be doing some walking there also.

Gonna skip Key West today.

Destined to be friends for life....Story is that after the cruise Di and I went to Magic Kingdom and amongst thousands who do we meet, the Dyerneeds....

Last post for this morning, Di and I are going to the local Harley shop for some Harley Earrings for DI . .

I can't see them either. I'm currently using my newly functioning Vista, but I think that yesterday I was having difficulty with Judy's pics on XP

fantasy cruise contiued...key west nite...
a big scene in the dining room tonite. it seems some of kkers who were eating late wanted to eat early so they could be with all the cool kkers who had early dining.
mother goose, paige and candyman demanded to be switched to early dining and security had to be called in. nancy threatened to tear the head off the plankton doll unless her demands were met. hey, they had their chance to dine with the COOL crowd but opted to reserve late dining.
after that we had another perfect dinner(all separate plates).to make things easier our servers just brought out an entire vat of ice cream for rob at dessert. cass was so embarrased.ha ha
went to the show with walt and di, then to the club later for dancing.
robin was really amazed that i had been secrectly taking dancing lessons and i swept her off her feet.

I'm laughing hysterically. I'm hoping that I'm in the same dining room to see this!

passporters is the only book i read. and ours is from 2005 so we may get lost if too much has changed.

I had 2005's and the newest 5th edition. Not much difference. Actually, because of the focus on the Med cruises, it is probably not as good.

I'll try to find some of the Character Breakfast for you to show her.

I showed her your sail away party photos and she was tickled pink! She really loves those characters. We've been using the Princesses on the ship as a tool for potty training (Now, Leah, In order to go to the kids clubs and see the Princesses, you need to use the potty!) Worked great, but now that she is potty trained, she is dying to go on the cruise.

Robin here... I just got back from South Ohio to see our daughter. I have a lot of reading to do. My dh (Mike) has filled me in a little on the past couple days.

Keep on posting, we're anxious to get to know you. (Oh, by the way, you can only believe about half of what my dh says.)

Mike was never too good at it either, but he's learned quite a lot. (He's still a one finger keyer though. I just can't watch. (I want to push him out of the way and type it for him.)

Well,
As I stated before, Microsoft finally fixed my Vista install. I'm now genuine in the eyes of Microsoft. What's more, My vista install is now updating itself. Hooray.

As an added benefit to the whole ordeal. Somewhere along the line we fixed one of my biggest Vista annoyances. Microsoft Outlook wanted to autostart EVERY time I started my computer. I don't really use outlook. It backs up my Dell handheld device. But everytime I started my computer there it was. Worse yet it would pop up at random intervals. It's fixed. So I shall no longer need to vent about this subject. Yay!

Oh, it times like these that can really test a marriage Steve's pretty patient though I am much more likely to loose my cool than him. It is always good to learn though

Oh yeah, We're both pretty patient. He only wants to learn enough to get by. I have a computer degree and try to teach him more... he's not interested. He says if he needs help, I can do it.

I wasjust in our Disney store. There was a complete Pirate costume.Very nicely done. If you can wait another couple of weeks when the Halloween costumes come out there will be plenty of pirate stuff.
