How true Steve. We went"paperless" in the entire Radiology Dept. at the hospital I work at about 2 years ago. What a joke that was, we were back to using paper requisitions within a week and that has increased in the last 2 years, more forms to fill out, more things to document all the time. We always say we use more paper since we went paperless that we did before :lmao: You should see the pictures of some of the JACHO people we had here last week, they look like criminals :lmao: :rotfl:

don't get me started on JACHO. If ever there was a criminal organization it is that one. If you knew just half of the idiot things that they have made us do over the past 10 years. The crazy thing is that they think that they are helping the healthcare consumer, when in fact they cripple us and make it more important to perform paperwork miracles than human ones.

:rotfl: :lmao:

Okay Chris I will come clean.

There really is no one else on this thread except for me and you. I have been pretending to be everyone else so you wouldn't figure me out. I have been eyeing you for several years now and this is my chance to meet you in person.

There really is no Chuck and Nancy.......those photos of their families are just random photos from the internet and those WISDIS meets.....the same. There is no Karen, Brenda, Missy and any of the others.

So only I will be standing in your room in my jammies on the first evening of the cruise looking at you and Hazel.

As for Hazel..........she is also in on the plan for me to meet my English man of mystery. She has been promised a very comfortable cat 9 room for a week on the Disney Magic Oct 20-27 for her MANY years of service. She is a lovely and hard working girl.

I guess the thread will really slow down now since I have told the truth and I don't have to be on here 24 hours a day pretending to catch other threads. That is a load off my shoulders.

See you next month!!!!!

Lori

I sure hope they get photopass working for our cruise :wizard: pixiedust: That would make getting pictures soooooo much easier!

Yeah! She's back!!! :woohoo: Maybe now they can work on that photopass for our cruise :rolleyes1

And we can get some recent Navigators ::yes::

Cass it will be so much easier for you guys for the cruise not having to lug along bottles and formula! I remember how excited we were when Rachel learned how to drink from a straw. We were on a vaction and it suddenly made things easier when eating out, it was like a huge milestone :) They sure do grow fast don't they :cutie:

I can't remember if I mentioned it but Kira cut her third tooth the other day :teeth: :goodvibes

And I switched her over to **** milk, no more formula :cool1: I have been working on the sippy cup thing for over a month now in preparation for the switch! I cleaned all her bottles the other day...no more bottles YAY!! :yay: I didn't want to be bringing/washing bottles on this trip :rolleyes1

Cass I love these pictures of Kira! The pictures are so expressive you can almost hear her laughing :)

First set are from this morning. She was SO funny this morning, she was all excited and throwing her hands up in the air and giggling  You can see her third toofer on the bottom left in some of them!

This is my first time ever on the DCL though I go to WDW at least once a year. I'm traveling with my sister, her husband (who has never been to WDW, Disneyland or the DCL before-we are trying to break him in gently) and our mom.
I'm so excited-I can't wait!! But since we just booked, I feel soooo behind. WDW is like my second home & I know it like the back of my hand. I'm going to be like a fish out of water on this cruise!!!

hi evry1 heading out on the Oct. 20th cruise to Key West, Grand Caymen, Cozumel, & of course Cast Away Cay :cool1:
3 in party Ddad Dmom and D daughter, DD is 11 and we were hoping to find some similar cruisers ...looks like we found 'em lol Yes we're cast away's having been twice before. Feel like old timers, but we're soooo excited about the trip. We're also gonna spend a day at WDW before the cruise ( We know not nearly enough time) and we were wondering if there were any good suggestions out there to maximize our 1 day. It will be our Daughters 1st trip to WDW and we wanted to make it as special as possible with the limited time available to us ...There's my plea help Super Dad out folks, don't let me go down in flames here

:welcome: party: :welcome:

Hop on in and start posting! :woohoo: We are all getting VERY excited about our trips/cruise as it's so close now! :thumbsup2 Some of us have been chatting for more than a year and now FINALLY it's almost here!! :cool1:

Yes, it will be much easier now! Homogenized milk is available onboard so it should make it much easier for us! Geesh, I can't wait to NOT cook for two and a half weeks!! ::yes:: I hate cooking :crazy2:

More toofer news

She popped another one this morning! She has been cranky and drooling a lot so I peeked in this morning and found one on top!! Not the middle ones, but the one to the left of the middles as I look at her. No wonder she has been cranky, it even LOOKS like it hurts :sad1:

:rotfl2: The Hospital that I work for has the Initials DMC. The slogan at work is "Kill a tree, for DMC!":lmao:

Evening Cheryl! Do you usually have to work on the weekends?
It's another warm weekend here in SE WI isn't it? I love the fall weather and wish it would finally get here.

Welcome to the newest Konked Kruisers. Jump in and introduce yourselves.

What mess????? If you think that is a mess, you should see my kitchen, actually it is such a mess I am always hoping my clean-fanatic sister doesn't drop by unexpectedly. That is a project I am going to tackle when Rachel goes back to school this week.

Kitchen pics..excuse the mess, it's not done yet

Hi Cass and Steve. I thought it was just Cheryl here tonight.:)

What's everyone doing tonight? I'm watching The Sound of Music for the 40th time. :rotfl2:

It's my favorite musical and Kristin played the part of Marta in her high school play. We watch it all the time. Funny, we saw the broadway production of the SOM with Barry Williams (Greg Brady)as the captain a few years ago. I loved it but Kristin was too busy making fun of the actors to notice how good it really was.:lmao:

Nancy the weather this weekned sure has been spectacular! No humidity and cooler nights for good sleeping. We rotate being on-call on the weekends amongst 12 of us and we do a lot of trading and splitting up weekends because it can be so busy. I had a few weekend days clump close together. When I am on-call I just stay at the hospital once I get called in, it beats driving back and forth between here and home. I always bring stuff to keep me busy inbetween call-ins. So I am here now but technically not working unless they call me again which is why I can DIS.

Cass, who was the sweetheart who sent you the roses you have on your kitchen table??

Hey Nancy! Just a quick visit while Kira is distracted with toys ;) It doesn't last too long. Almost time for snack and bed. Don't know what Kira will do once I go to bed :lmao:
