Robin here...

In response to the question of the day...

I do have a funny story, but I don't want to tell it at someone's elses expense. So I'll tell you another one that happened on the way home from one of our trips to Disney World... You never know, we may run into them on another cruise.

It's a little distasteful. Sorry to those of you who may be offended.

You have to understand... When my 20 yr. old daughter & I get together, we get very giggly.

We were on our way home. We stopped at a rest area. Mike was waiting outside the restroom door. Cassie & I walked into our chosen stalls. I thought there was 1 stall between us, and that we were the only ones in there.

All of a sudden I hear "whoooooomp". (I think you can guess.) I then started giggling. Then Cassie starts giggling and says, "That was gross!" The whole time we're in there we are cracking up and the room is echoing. We came out of our stalls and Cassie, (laughing) says, "Was that you?" I said, (laughing) "No, I thought it was you." :rotfl2: We looked over and there was another lady in the stall between ours. So, guess who it was? (Hint: it wasn't us!)

We left the restroom laughing so hard we could hardly stand up. Mike heard the echoes of our laughter and said, "Ok, what did you two do now." We just said, "Let's get out of here."

That poor lady was probably so embarrassed, I'm sure she stayed in there for quite some time.

That is soooo funny. And once you start laughing like that...you can't stop.

I have to admit that I am starting to get a little nervous about DISTag....I think there is more to this than I originally thought.

It seems that everyone is customizing gifts - I was planning on just buying the same gift for everyone. Something small, probably with a Canadian twist, but nothing too expensive or fancy.

I think I am going to fall short of the expectations. So i apologize now if the gift from us doesnt compare to each of yours.

Question - are we supposed to put our names on it so people know who its from?

Don't fret too much. I think there are a few of us feeling that way. i know mine are small but hometownish. I just tried to come up with a unique idea. Hope I did.

Scott here....Off to Walmart to fight the "Great Transfer Battle" with them

Susan catch your answers later.

Okie dokie... could you take care of that transfer thing for her? After all, it was your shirt that got her into this whole mess. hahaha

I think it will be great fun and after you get the first one, you will realize that everyones is very similar. Except of course for the hottie picks of Scott that we are all getting in our favorite color speedo....

Palo...

does anyone know how you are supposed to tip in Palo??? If you don't know the approx price for the meal...any great advice?

Susan, when we went to Palo we just ignored that we paid the $10.00/person fee to eat there. We tipped above and beyond that. We based it on what we thought the meal would cost us here in Wisconsin and left a 20% tip. Our waiter was well worth the price.:)

OMG Robin! :lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2: That story reminds me of when Tony was little and I took him into a lady's room with me. The same thing happened and Tony yelled out...."Mommy, who's playing skeeball in here"? :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I couldn't get out of there fast enough.:lmao:

Has anyone heard that one of the new ships that Disney is building will do an Alaskan cruise? I want to sign up.

FO. of course when you are the only one posting that is a bit easier...

How many hours of CE do you have to do there each year? We have to do 8 but we also went to a broker only state, no more salespersons licenses so now there are more hours with that change.

How old is he? He can go work for our dd. She just opened her photography studio. :)

16 next month. He took some incredible pictures on our trip. He loves my camera.

That is great about the studio... is she doing portraits etc? Hey.... is she coming on the cruise?????? She can do our pictures....

We have to do 30 hrs. over a 3 year period. So you had to go get your Brokers License? When did they do that?

Don't you love it when you have no choices?

I'm so ready to go.... I probably will leave more too.... We had great service in everything we did last cruise... I can't imagine Palo not being as wonderful...

We were all changed over to a provisional broker. those with less than 5 years were told we have to do 3, 30 hour classes over three years... over 5 years had to do 24 hours more... anyone who was a broker was free and clear. So I have done 64 hours so far this year... and will do the last 34 hours just to be a regular broker and have that taken off my license. I think they did it to try to eliminate all these in house one person real estate companies... but the problem is that bad agents will always be bad regardless of the education you give them.

I like to say that if STUPID were painful, people would cure themselves.

She is doing portraits, weddings. Probably whatever anyone wants. She's doing my boss's daughter's wedding reception in Nov. (She actually got married in Mexico and have a reception here, so Cassie is coming up to shoot it.) Cassie lives south of Dayton, 5 hrs. from here.

She'd love doing your pics, I'm sure, but she's not going on the cruise.

We're taking her and her boyfriend to Disney World in April 08.

we are still trying to figure out how to get an air conditioner into the dis tag bag for rob and cass:laughing:

Actually, forget the Tag gifts, just bring it with you when you help us move :rolleyes1
