Okay. I'm finally going to ask. What are all the magnets you guys are talking about? I didn't want to ask and feel completely stupid. i thought if I just kept reading I would get it but apparently not. I know you all said something about them with tag but I don't really get what I do with them then either. Sorry for being a magnet dummy!!!!

Hopefully this will clarify things. DIStag magnets and Cabin magnets are two different things. First, the Cabin magnet is something we are all making up on our own (with a little help from friends ) to place on our doors. There is a really good thread on the Regular Cruise thread that has pictures of door magnets. Hopefully, someone will post a link for you. If not, I'll try to find it for you later.

Secondly, the DIStag magnet is something totally different. DIStag is explained on page 367 Post 5496 of this thread. Lori, you signed up already to play tag with us. Maybe Missy & Carrie would like to read about it. Those magnets are little green mickey head magnets that I will supply to DIStaggers on our first DISmeet along with a list of participants. We have 15 participants already but I'm thinking of cutting it off at 20. (OK Karen?? )

Sidenote: I realize that we all have limited space in our luggage to bring tag gifts so, perhaps cutting it off at 20 would be in the best interest of all. What do you all think about that?

Nancy: Tag SOUNDS like a lot of fun!!! Count me in!!! (I'm not really clear on all the details but I wanted to get my name in the hat before the cutoff!!! ) I will read the posts that you suggested and Lori has promised to fill me in!! (It's great to have a fellow KK sitting next to you everyday at work!!) She's the best!!! Thanks also for the clarification on the magnets. We will check out the regular cruise thread!!!!

Welcome Missy, Mike and family This is a great group of cruisers and we sure are getting to be a large group of DISers on board thsi sailing
I am Cheryl and I will be cruising with my DH Al and DD Rachel 13. This will be our 5th cruise onthe Magic (1 Eastern and 4th Western) and we are cruising with a couple we met on our first cruise, Lynn and Chris.

Sean and Bob are not ummm like really good buddies....errr....even not very outwardly friendly with each other......
not horribly awful, but there is definitely no bonding going on there.

Tough to be a single mom for many years and have your kid wish you were married and then when you finally meet someone and your kid isn't a kid anymore.....they're a teen.....WHOA! Watch out...... suddenly they don't want anyone else around or any other adult telling them what to do or giving advice.....etc....etc.....

Caught in the middle am I!

Things may get better in a little while Teenage years are hard for all concerned, whether they are the teenager, parent or partner.

The house move is progressing slowly, I've been packing like a mad woman and the house surveys shopuld be done this week or early next, we hope to move early June.

My mom isnt too bad - we just avoid the subject of moving nowadays - I have asked her if she will look after some things for a few days when we move and she said she would so maybe she's thawing

I'm not a match for my sister - her only hope now is that she can find a match on the donor register. I havent heard off her in days (since she called me to tell me I didint match) and she doesnt answer my emails either
I'll keep emailing her - maybe she'll answer one to just shut me up and to stop me filling her email box up

I am glad I am not the only one who doesn't (I guess I should say didn't) know how to post pictures here. I still need to get a picture to Cass for her site and one day Rachel and I tried to do the photo album on the Konked Kruisers site and we couldn't get our pictures in there either. I'm going to come back to these pages later to help me figure this picture stuff out once and for all!

Hey!!! I'm so excited! I think it worked. Thanks for all the help everyone......especially goofyfreak who is sitting here beside me at work walking me through it step by step!!!!! I'm giving it another shot. This should be Hayden (DS7) but I didn't re-size the picture so it's probably going to be big if it works. He has a Spongebob bedroom and his walls are actually that day-glo green you see. Thanks Nancy!!

Abby those are great pictures of Hayden and Gwynne! You could also say that Hayden's walls are DIS green from the looks of it. I love colorful walls in childrens rooms!

Congrats on another page Lindyloohoo.

OK, so here's why I don't sleep at night. I don't know, maybe it was the mix of Margaritas, Hard Lemonade, and beer yesterday but I had the wierdest dream last night.

I was on the ship and trying to put up my magnets but kept getting sidetracked. The cabin numbers were hand written on scrap paper and stuck to the doors with masking tape. Tony and Stacy's cabin was hidden behind a wall and she was upset because no one would see her magnets. Jesse's FBIL (who is not really cruising with us) was sick already and we hadn't even left port. I was crawling around on the floor of our cabin looking for my luggage. Ooh, I'm in big trouble if I need to crawl and look for luggage. Call me Mrs. Magoo. A CM comes in to tell me that my luggage isn't really lost, it's just wet. It was sitting in water somewhere and everything inside is ruined. Did someone throw it overboard? I looked out over the water and there was tons of luggage floating around. I started to cry and woke myself up. Can you imagine, I was soaking wet and had tears on my face! YIKES!!

OK, that's enough from Wierdsville Wisconsin.

Nancy that's it no more mixing alcohol for you Our friend Chris has been having weird dreams/nightmares about the cruise too. One of his dreams involved water too, something about everyone having to get off the ship and going on an underground monorail. No more bad cruise dreams!!!
