If your reservation has a change button, you may be able to change it yourself. But depending on availability, you might have to change resorts or room categories to get a discounted room. Availability is always limited & having an already booked room doesn’t guarantee you can get it at a discounted rate. Also, some people have been having problems completing a change online. If that happens, you can call & hope you get thru quickly. Or just make a new reservation with a new deposit. Then cancel your current reservation after you have the new one secured.

I always call to do any kind of change like this. Mostly because I don't trust myself to do it online! LOL

Uggh, now POFQ is showing no availability in any category for our dates (Nov 30-Dec6). I guess no discount for me tomorrow. (I already have a full price room)

According to DTB, this discount is just the first tease and more discounts and details will release on Thursday. So, I guess we will see if there's anything better.

I certainly hope so because this offer is disappointing. Especially after the 35% I was offered on Aulani.

So does this mean your stay has to start on a Sunday? And if it doesnt youre SOL?

It means Friday and Saturday nights are excluded. You may book, but those nights will not be discounted.

If there is any chance that a family might want to take advantage of this discount, even if you are unsure of the exact week(s) you might possibly go, I would try to book as many dummy reservations as you could afford on July 10th. Because there's nothing stopping them from pulling this promo at any time like the did with Free Dining.

Just remember, there is a $200 deposit for each dummy reservation you make!

They told me I had to call.. Im guessing since our days are now sold out, we are SOL. It doesn't give me any options when I try to change my reservation myself. I will try calling though.

We were told it would be best to call; probably because FQ is sold out now and we have a package reservation, instead of room-only.

I'm currently sitting in front of my computer at work so I can't call...Mom's calling for us now. I'll try to let you guys know what she finds out!
