October 2025 - December 2025 Discounts

No one HAS to give discounts, just like I don't HAVE to visit Disney. If I don't like the price, I don't have to spend my money there.
And likewise if Disney likes its current booking levels they don’t have to offer a discount, but if Disney doesn’t like its current booking levels then what else can they do besides offer discounts?

They don’t want to give any discounts, they need to give discounts………. Big difference.

I am moreso grateful when a corporation does not give misleading advertisements, is truthful, is consistent, stands by their product, and fair, just giving a discount does not make me grateful at all.
As one of the Phineas and Ferb songs chanted… “corporations are a platypus”. 99% of the time their eyes are green with money.

First half of Nov must be booming booking wise for them. No AP rates, slim general public offer and only on weekdays. A bit surprised. Early Nov, yes that’s very busy but mid-Nov there is usually a lull before T-Day weekend.

DTB also said it pretty likely more summer Passholder discounts were coming. Still waiting on that one…
Ah, I did not notice that since I don't have an AP. Oh well, it is what it is and I'll take what I can get. They aren't going to give a good discount if they don't have to.

Does anyone know if we will be eligible for the 100 gift card if we have a Saturday to Tuesday resort stay with 4 day tickets? I’m not sure if they will give it since our stay starts on a Saturday and we only have 2 days during the discount days allowed.🤷🏻‍♀️

given how low value the $100 giftcard is to Disney, they should just give you it as a participation trophy.
If you want to be petty and make yourself feel better make it a 2 or 3 park ticket and enjoy everything else Disney has to offer outside the parks (it’s honestly better that way sometimes)

If I am reading everything right, we have to wait until 7/10 to see what resorts are included in the room discount/gift card deal? If I already have a package booked for this timeframe, do Disney travel agents get notified ahead of time or do they find out all the details when the general public finds out?

Disney travel agents get same info as us, except they should be checking this type of stuff more than us. So they should become aware of it before us

I just want to make sure I'm reading this right. Can we get the room discount if we don't buy any tickets? 🤔

Thanks not that I’m that worried about 100 dollars. We already have 3 rooms booked with 4 day tickets, so 100 each room is better than nothing. We are doing a split stay.

I would like to suggest that people do their math on whether or not this is a good deal. I ran my numbers yesterday and as far as the tickets go I might save an additional $35 getting my tickets from Disney instead of an outside source I use. That $35 is not worth the change from room only to package that I would have to make as a result of adding the tickets. I like to keep my flexibility with my plans as long as possible.

The details are released to the general public and TAs at the same time. Also, booking is available to both at the same time.

The benefit to at TA- if you have a competent one- is they can check for your discounts and get you booked at the discount rate while you’re still eating breakfast and didn’t even realize it was discount day.
