Does anyone know if rooms are pulled from inventory for a refurb?

Went and looked today (for a studio) at 11 months, and no availability for the first date. 1 room for the next day.

Just seems odd as Beach Club is totally open at 11 months during food and wine but Boulder Ridge is full. But at the same time Copper Creek is in the same boat, so is it walking?

Could be. BRV & CCV are both very popular for the Thanksgiving - New Year's period so people do start walking relatively early.

I suspect refurb will begin by June. So it is possible that they are pulling some inventory. Just keep a constant watch for your dates to pop up.

How far in advance do people start walking? I have to have a 2 bedroom lock off to fit my party. Already not fully available and that gives me less hope for when we go.

Oct to early January is extremely popular at BRV. If you're looking for Oct 2022, you're already past the walkers, as you can now book stays beginning on 11/6/2022.

Those dates aren't available for anyone to book yet. The farthest out anyone could book today would be November 6, 7 nights, = check in Nov. 6, check out Nov. 13. That's not to say that no one is walking toward your desired dates, but no one could have them booked yet.

I would say that people are definitely walking towards those dates, if they are interested in them, given the popularity. But you can't book them now - as of today, you can only book stays beginning on 11/6/2022 for 7 nights. If you must have a Lock-Off, I would start now trying to grab one (by which I mean, tomorrow morning at 8am) and then walk it to your desired dates. Studios go quickly this time of year, and if the studios are booked, so are the lock-offs.

I have 2 nights booked at BRV pre cruise next May. I will gladly accept a one bedroom if my studio is pulled for the rehab…….
