Hey everyone!

We just decided last night that we will upgrade to AP's during our August trip! We were just going to buy a one day ticket for Epcot because we are also going to MNSSHP one night during our long weekend trip.

That means I can go to the F&W Festival at Epcot for three days instead of one. I am so happy!!! Now I've got to start planning again!

We just booked our trip for 10/1-10/8, staying at our home resort of SSR in a 1-bedroom villa. We will be going to the F&W festival for the first time and we are all very excited about it. I am still on the fence on whether to go to MNSSHP or not (we have gone once before), just not sure if I want to spend the extra $$$ on it. I turn the big 4-0 this year and DH and both DDs decided that a trip to WDW is only right for my present , and since I have been wanting to go to F&W for a while now (never have been able to take the time off or something was always in the way before), now is a good time then any.

We are going to F&W for the first time too. Can't wait!!!!

As for MNSSHP, I would probably wait and see how you feel about it once you get there since you've done it before. I don't think those earlier party days sell out. Maybe if the weather is cooperating, you might decide to go for it! Either way, have a great time!

I turned 40 back in May too....I might wear a bday pin, when we go in october, to make myself feel better....lol

111 days to go! Figured I would kind of introduce myself here...I've been lurking for a while, and started posting about 2 weeks ago, but I figured now's a good time for an introduction...my name is Rachel, I'm 28 and I am in love with Disney! Fortunately, for my boyfriend, I'm in love with him too His name is Marcus, he just turned 31, and he's never been to WDW! We've known eachother for just about 4 years and have been together now for about a year and a half. He's currently going through the process of becoming a New York State Corrections Officer which is a HUGE career move for him. We originally planned on taking our first Disney trip together in October 2014, with 3 other couples who we are close friends with. We realized that he will most likely be in the Academy then and we may not be able to go. I got an offer for the special free dining for selected dates through January, so I decided that we would push our trip up to this October. We're going the 19-27 and I just absolutely cannot wait! He's excited as well, but nowhere close to my caliber...I know what he's missing, he doesn't! I'm sure he'll fall in love with it as well...he's a sucker for detail and we all know how Disney is with their details! We're staying at the Caribbean Beach and have all our dining reservations set. We're also seeing Cirque Du Soleil which will be a first for both of us! I'd like to add a picture of us here to complete the introduction, but can't seem to figure out how to add a jpg file? (Any help would be lovely!)

We paid our October 26th - November 2nd trip off yesteday too! Airfare & photopass plus are paid off as well. We are 100 percent ready to go. I just wish October would get here!!

The conference I go to is called the SUGA southern regional, it usually draws about 300-400 people, not very big.

Oh, ok . Was just curious as DH and I will be there during the same time for the AAP conference for him and CSR was one of the only 2 Disney hotels. Love going to Disney with a conference

So do we My conference is at CSR so that is the only resort that is offered. I would like it if they had a conference discount to stay at another resort, just to break it up.

I got worried today when I saw that the MK railroad was going to be down for refurb during most of October Found that it will be closed from Sept. 30 til Oct. 20th. So it will be back and running when we are there

Joining in since it looks like we're headed back to the World! DD and I are headed to an event at the Convention Center in October and we decided to add on a couple extra days - we'll do the 10/20 MNSSHP and a day at DHS (My favorite park) before returning home on Tuesday.

Super budget trip - won't be onsite, probably aren't doing any ADRs. But it will be nice to get to the World for a couple of days and get a Disney Recharge!

I figured the 27t because its the "furthest" from halloween during our stay and its on a sunday night, so I'm hoping not as crowded.

Upon further reflection we are going to move to a value on Sunday and Monday. It's not that much more expensive, will make travel easier, and we can use the free DisneyQuest passes in Tuesday before our 830 flight home.

And I'm seriously considering checking to see if I can get Ohana breakfast on the 22nd.
