***October 2012 Thread*** MNSSHP + Food & Wine - Does It Get Any Better?

Hello, our family is planning on staying at Pop Central The last week of October. I am looking for any help and onfo that could help me plan this. This is my first big trip I have planned. As of now I am going to book off the Disney Resort website and do the package plan. Is there anything I should know, and do you guys recommend I get a travel agency involved? Thanks for any input, it would be greatly appreciated!

Hi everyone! We have officially decided to go back to the World in October. We are going to book for October 28th - November 4th and staying at the Caribbean Beach Club for the first time.

We are looking forward to our first MNSSHP and Food & Wine Festival on this trip. Hoping to maybe see some of the Christmas decorations as well before we leave the magic. It's just going to be the DH and myself this trip so looking forward to it.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone in here and possibly starting up a pre trip report this time for a change. Please add us to the first page as well.

Flights from Germany are booked. We (Me, my wife and our then 9 year old Daughter) are flying 6th Oct. to Orlando and having a vacation until the 20th. We have a reservation for a 3 day Bahamas Cruise on the Disney Dream (first time on a Cruise!) on the 11th also. We could use our Anual Passes from last trip (late October until early November), so we are fine here...
Didn't have a Hotel reservation already. I guess we will rent a House like the last times. Hopefully it will be a great vacation as last times.

We'll be doing POP for the third time on 10/8-13, the four of us, plus the newest addition to our family, the yet-to-be-born DD. This will be our first trip with an infant (outside of a day trip). Any and all advice on that front would be very much appreciated!

My oldest DD (24) and her DH gave me the best birthday present ever when they told us the news. My grandbaby should arrive around Oct 1st

We are tentatively going Oct. 24 to 29 For my Mom's 70th Booked in to sugerloaf (GF). Our dates may change as I'm waiting for my DD school schedule as I would rather only take her out of school 1 day instead of 2 and I know she usually has 1 if not 2 fridays off in OCt.
