Ok people...............I'm officially under a year for countdown.............Whoooooooooop whooooooooooooooopppp!!

As of today we have 51 weeks and 2 days til we're on that plane! Come on!! I only get excited *** now I can actually start telling my family how long we've got......There's a rule in our family ya see, only allowed countdowns less than 52 weeks (ridiculous I know, hence me doing a 'secret' countdown to myself since 63 weeks! *insert sneaky chuckle here* )

I can't believe it's going over so quickly, I have a trip to NYC in February and even though it's my first time and I am way beyond excited......I can't help but look forward to Florida more! Eeeeeeeeeeeekkkkk

So what are the dates for your trip? Where are you staying when you get there?

I know what you mean. We have a 2 night cruise with DCL about 3 months before our WDW trip. I'm looking forward to that but not half as much as I'm looking forward to WDW!!

New Fantasyland (Belle & Ariel Realms) Opens Fall 2012
I'm hoping fall means mid-September and not late November. Fingers crossed! I really want to try Be Our Guest.

Now the bad news:

Seven Dwarfs Mine Train Opens Early 2014
Too bad. This ride looks so cool and I'll have to wait until Fall 2014 (most likely) to ride it.

GM Test Track Closes Summer 2012 for Multi-Month Refurbishment
Wait...WHAT? That's one of my favorite rides and it looks like it's probably going to be out of commission for October. We all remember how long SM was closed for that refurb right?

So excited to find this thread! I have been reading others' trip reports for weeks now and getting so excited and our next trip is a YEAR AWAY! Our plans are to stay at the Beach Club (or Yacht Club if need be) from Friday night, October 26 until Sunday, November 4. After researching, I am super excited to be staying so close to Epcot, since it seems we always run out of time before we see all of the World Showcase PLUS we love to eat and look forward to LOTS OF FOOD at Epcot!

I don't know if I've already posted here, but we just returned from a glorious F & W trip at the BWV from Oct. 2-7, 2011. This is something we'd love to do every year. So.....count me in! I don't have all my details for next year yet, but I'll post when I do!

BTMRR is going to be refurbed earlier in the year and that's going to be closed for about 4-5 months. I'm not sure what they're doing to Test Track but I'm guessing it may take as long as that.

Thanks! I'm hoping the refurb would start in January rather than the summer of 2012. It makes more sense to shut it down for the slower months rather than the busy season. Disney rarely ever closes rides for refurb during the summer.
