me too!!!! whoohoo!!!! flying from Port,Or to Long Beach airport on Sept. 30 we are staying on property for the first time at PPH. Will be in the parks from Oct 1st- 6th. Then we are heading off to Legoland and Seaworld. I can't wait!!! I think I am even more excited then my 9 year old son.

DL Halloween dates were released

Now I'm not sure what to do. I was thinking the party would be on Tuesday the week we're there and that would have given us a day to get used to the time change (coming from the midwest - 3 hours difference).

Now it's on Monday 6pm-9pm. I know my DS will be able to last at least an hour, 1.5 hour into the party, maybe longer if he takes his nap later then normal. The cost will be about $108 (unless the Disney Visa card discount is offered again this year). Do you think it's worth it? Would you spend the $$ for tickets if you were me?

He could (and will) take a nap before the party, but even with that he'll only be able to stay up until about 8pm local time.

i heard they happen at 9 and the first parade happens at 830 just from what ive read.
If i do the party-tour combo we will only get 3hours in the party this is a toss up to me 3 hours may not be enough for my fam, but Idk about yours I would test him see if you can keep him up later or rent a stroler? maybe when hes sleepy let him rest and you can enjoy some the party?

When we went in 2010 we skipped the party. I regretted it. We park hopped to DCA and it was so packed that we just headed back to our hotel. This time we are going...so to answer your question...yep it is worth it and we are spending the same.

We've been to Disneyland twice at Halloween time and WDW once and we didn't go to the parties because of of having a very young dd, but she will be over 3.5yr this time so I think she will love it and we are really excited to go!
