just got a pin code today but it ends 10/01/2009. I really don't want to go until end of Oct. We have a trip booked 10/24-10/31. Hoping for another pin or some other codes by then.

I booked yesterday with a Free Dining Pin that I got on an e-mail. Is there a chance a code will also come out for the room discount, and I could combine the two, or is it just one discount per reservation?

Usually it's one code only. If a new one comes out you will need to do the math to see which deal is better.

Yep, you just have to check in by Oct 3! Although I don't know if the same rules apply to LSU fans!

my dh is convinced that b/c we have a trip already booked for the end of Oct. that we will not get a pin code for that time. Should I reschedule my trip for end of sept using pin code and hope that a code for Oct comes out?? What are your thoughts??

My sister is already booked for end of October and she just got a PIN on Sunday. Unfortunately it is for a family of 4 (and it's just her and her DH) and it's for a value and they're booked at Poly, so she can't use it. So, you may get one - though I wouldn't want to tell you not to reschedule if you've already got September codes. I do understand that historically some sort of rate usually comes out for October (usually released mid-August).

Yeah, if you already have a trip booked will they avoid sending you more PIN codes? I would love to get a better one, ours saved us some but it's just kids price for adults, nothing spectacular.

I don't think so. We had a trip already booked for mid-October, and I received a 40% off pin code. I called, and they applied it to our reservations, plus the reservations that were linked with ours.

We got a free dining code for October but I had to jump thru hoops to use it!

It was sent to an old email addy...one that I had set up in my early 20's. I dont use it anymore...its a little embarrassing now that I'm older. They couldnt understand why I had changed my email addy. Does no one else update their email addresses as they get older?

I also have gotten married so my last name has changed then & I couldnt remember my address that I gave. Its been almost 10 years since I signed that email addy up and was moving around alot with different roommates. UGH... I almost couldnt used it. Luckily the CM was really understanding and helped us out. She also changed my name on the reservation to hyphen my last names so that there wont be any questions anymore.

I offered to send her my marriage certificate to prove it and she laughed at me I only wish they would tell you that you will never be able to update or change your info in their system to get codes.

Anyway...super excited for free dining!
