Have any folks who are particpating in the FE exchange have anymore information that you would like added to the list? I still need some folks' cabin number and name and actual number of folks actually participating from you group.

The lists are set to go out after the Sept 5th. I don't know if I will be able to post them, though. So, if folks wouldn't mind sending me a PM with an email address and can forward them to you all that way.

Not to worry. I realize that some folks are still in the GTY stage and probably won't have the cabin numbers until about two out. We will update everyone then.

Did you guys do any of the cruises out of New York????

We drive the NJ Turnpike to I 95 then straight to I 4. We did not do a NY cruise bur oldest DD and family did an 8 day out of NY in June. They loved it.

Our family loves cruising on DCL. Our youngest DD is doing this cruise with us, and oldest DD and grandkids are doing the 11/4. We have finally convinced middle DD and her DH to come with us on 6/29/13.

I retired on Aug. 1 as planned, then we had a 10 day trip to MI (where my husband is from). Yesterday I joined Facebook, as I had promised various friends and family I would do after I retired. So if someone could clue me in how to join the Facebook group for this cruise, that would be great. I am listed on Facebook as Elizabeth Keast.

We are leaving on Sept. 3 for a road trip to Disneyland, where we are staying four nights at Paradise Pier, Sept 5-9. Then we move on to Las Vegas for three nights, then home. After that it will be less than a month until we fly to FL.

Still haven't reserved a rental car, as all coupon codes for National seem to only be good for rentals starting by Sept 15. Any help appreciated.

Sorry I've not been good about particating on the thread -- thought I would have more time after I retired, but so far not the case!

Wow you could have saved a long drive going out of NY... But its more fun to drive to FL... That is great getting family to come with you...Having extended family on board is great. And the greatest part of a family cruise is you can see each other as much or as little as you want...

The calender is finally ticking down. We are getting excited. Just a few more thousand dollars and we will be set.

Self employment is not necessarily worthy of all the hype it receives.
No work no pay. Many details to work out. When away it's a double whammy.

We love WDW, our youngest DD works there. So there is always a reason to take a trip. This year was busy with her wedding, showers, etc. Now we can relax when we go there.
