Johathan is a real jerk....he is my team and I hope he gets it next.....I would hate to see him win....If I was his wife I would leave him in someplace on the other side of the world.

Krista, the lodge sounds unbelievable. Would love to have done something like that with my girls! Mouseketeer is sooo cute! Lucky dog!

Stacey is due June 25th so I don't know where that puts her in weeks. Today is the day. Can't wait.

Sandy: No, I never did get my nap, but Kaleigh did finally fall asleep.

Julie: Glad to hear the CXR came out fine. I sent you an e-mail about Friday.

Krista: The lodge sounds so cool! i'd love to go to a place like that. We have them around here, but by the time I think about it the places are all booked up.

I made 2 more batches of cookies today. Tomorrow is my last batch for us. I bake on Friday for Kaleigh's party on Saturday. Maybe we will make the cut outs then too. Jerry loves to decorate those.

I finished wrapping presents!

We lost power for an hour last night. Don't know why.

Still waiting for my secret santa

8 PM est should be fine for us.

Taking Hera to the vet tomorrow for her eyes, plus a check-up. This ought to be fun!

Oh yeah...it's that person that went on the cruise and then disappeared sometime before Thanksgiving.

I have read the last few days of posts...

Glad Garry's dad is ok. That must have been a scare. What is the going rate for a tooth these days...when I was little I got 10 cents for a tooth, 25 cents for a molar. The tooth fairy has gone up over the years with inflation...just wondering.

Christmas shopping not finished. Gave the team a Christmas ...excuse me..."Holiday" breakfast and their gifts this morning. This is after I get back to work on Monday with a call from my boss saying that my favorite employee lodged a complaint with HR that the reason she is on probation/corrective action is because she is Jewish. I have never been so angry in my life...because of her inability to do the job she has to attempt to attack my character. Of course this is after she said she can't do the job because she has brain atrophy...went to HR with that one also. So a job assessment had to be done and now they want her to provide medical proof of this...yeah right! Like that will ever happen!! I have never been so angry/upset!!! The best part is that another supervisor came down to me and presented me with a Hannucah present!!! (she's Jewish) I was thrilled!!!!!!! It couldn't have come at a better time! Meeting with HR and my favorite employee tomorrow. Wish we could fire her now!!!! This one has to go to legal though! It doesn't matter that one member told me last week that she did not choose our insurance for the next year due to my favorite employee!

Tree is up...of course the boxes of decorations aren't away yet but getting there.

I did receive my gift exchange!!! Gee...I wonder who it is from...hmmmm...

I sent mine out on Saturday so it should arrive somewhere today or tomorrow...if not I want to know!

My gift has been sent and will arrive to it's destination by Friday if not before. Sunday evening is good for me. I can call in from Florida. We can use my conference line again if you all would like. Julie, can you send me a list of those participating in the exchange so I can send an email with the confernce number. I don't want to post it here - to public.

I just to back from Turner's school Christmas program. Since it is a Catholic school we can use the Christmas word and sing songs about the true meaning of Christmas. The kids sang and played a variety of instruments. It was great. I hate Paul had to miss it but he is still out of town. He'll be home tomorrow and then the mad rush to get his laundry done and get packed.

Tomorrow I have to be in an all day diversity training class. Want to join me, Bonnie? Just kidding!

I was given a small homeade cheesecake as a gift today right before I was going to my Weight Watchers meeting for weigh in. So, I skipped lunch, weighed in, then came back and ate most of it. Then had to go to a retirement reception for a dear coworker. Of course, I had goodies there too. So, no dinner for me. I bet I gained from today!!! Sandy, I hope your weigh in went ok. Remember, maintain is the goal for the month. Just don't do the things I have been doing!

Not a good TV night. Oh well.

Susan, I lost 2.6 yesterday. I am finally UNDER what I weighed before the cruise by about 4 lbs. FINALLY! Hopefully I am through with that plateau. It was a tough one that is for sure. I still want to lose another 30 or so. That leaves me about half way there. You don't have as much to lose as I do so a bite here or there won't hurt YOU. Heidi was kind and let me have a bite of her cookies. Poor Ted had to finish mine and his. Mmmmm, so yummy!

Okay I am done with baking for the next few years. Ya remember me saying we are only going to bake 8 dozen, well that didn't happen. We made 4 dozen of no bake cookies, 4 dozen of angel cookies, 4 dozen of monster cookies, and 4 dozen of brownie/hug muffins. So if my math is correct that means 16 dozen, no more for me!!! My back and feet were killing me, we were baking from 4:00-9:30!!! I need a nap today.

OMG I can't believe Bonnie posted....yea Bonnie posted, I am so excited!!! Your fav employee sounds just like one of our problem child at work. Only our problem child runs gates at the security gate, gets put in jail, and then files an EEO complaint.

Susan - have fun at your training, my dad hates those type of trainings and tells me that because I work in HR, I make people suffer and go to those stupid classes that are pointless!!!!

So has anyone guessed who has their name for our Christamas Exchange?

Glad to see you back Bonnie.

We are having a gift exchange at work and a cookie exchange. The cookies I brought in are Chocolate pudding cookies in the shape of Mickey Mouse I was up until 11:00 last night cutting out 60 cookies and icing and decorating them. Nothing like waiting until the last minute! I am ready for a vacation...

Yeah!!!!! Bonnie is back (hopefully)!!! Hugs your way for dealing with your favorite employee.

We have our gift for the exchange and our gift to our family should be there either Friday or Sat at the latest.

Just got back from Garry's Christmas program. He actually sang and did the motions! I was sooooo proud of him!!!

My grandmother from Florida is coming in tomorrow. She is staying with my mom and dad. We are going out to dinner with her tomorrow night. She hasn't seen Brooke since she was 4hours old,so she is soooo excited to see her. (and the rest of the little ones!!!)

Bonnie, the first lost tooth price is $5 over here. I remember I only got 50 cents or $1 and that was for the molars! Oh well! Tell Glenn to stop by Garry's website castawaymail.com. It is one of those click and get paid sites. Glenn should join. ACTUALLY EVERYONE can join and its free. It doesn't take that much time. You click on search sites, do a search and get money. Garry does it in his freetime (yeah when does he, I don't know) and we use what he makes for our fun money when we go to disney. We had over $200 for our last trip.

Sue: Enjoy your diversity seminar. I can't believe public schools don't do anything Christmas now. It is ridiculous, and no, I don't need diversity training. I think they should do programs that involve everyone so that kids can learn about other religions and cultures instead of ignoring them completely. That is diversity. Stepping off my soapbox now.

Barb: Have fun at your party.

I may make something to take to work the day after Christmas. I may work Christmas morning if no one else picks it up. We are going to my parent's on Sunday instead of Christmas morning.

I doctored up my Italian wedding soup and it tastes better. I couldn't do anything with the meatballs, since they were already made.

Hera goes to the vet this afternoon. Fun, fun, fun!

Quick update...

My favorite associate thought she was to be fired today so she went to lunch, came back and decided to call the employee assistance program and threaten suicide. I then had to send her to the ER with another person in attendance. Amazing how this happened just before a scheduled meeting with HR and my boss. Such manipulation!! Jeanne-no word about this to anyone in our area!!

Off to harp lesson...really just want to stay home but alas I must become a virtuoso.

Congrats on the weight loss Sandy...I think you gave me the pounds though.

Bonnie, one quick question: is this employee the "individual" that we talked about on the last chat??? If so, 'nough said!! I had enough of the diversity stuff today!! Can't tkae it anymore!!

Paul is home and I have to help him with paperwork and invoice so maybe the payment for the last week of work will come in before the end of the year. I'll post one last time before we leave, even if it is mid day tomorrow.

I am really upset....Yahoo will not let me send email.....I can get it but can't send any out. They say I need a secure key or some such thing.....I don't even know what a secure key is! Dick put me in mindspring but I don't want mindspring, I want my yahoo back. I would have to send my new email address to everyone and I even sent my yahoo address out in some of my Christmas cards and don't remember who.....I am so mad at yahoo right now but I want it back just because of all the trouble it would be to change everything

Good morning to everyone. It is Finally Friday!!!

Mom - I don't know if you got my email or not but Jules wrote me last night and told me that her grandpa Fred died last night. Please keep the Brunaugh's in your thoughts and prayers.
Also - Mom, a few of us are possibly going to Happy Hour after work today, I will let you know for sure by the time I get off of work.
