Heidi...when you mentioned the pole I thought of something you could do with it...but decided not to say it here!

Only you Bonnie!:teeth: ::yes:: Give Glenn big hugs and kisses from all of us! Yes I know, you'll be giving him lots!puckerup:

Susan, glad to hear you came out ok in all this yucky weather!

Denine, ok .... so who's your man for prez? I'm listening to the debate as I type and boy to I dislike politicians!!!!!!!!! How's Fri. 8th look? The kids don't have school that day and I might have Anna Marie too!

Well, gotta go. need to go work out for the cruise. Need to lose more before we go!!!! I need a new formal now (my others make me look even worst ). Do they sell formal with long sleeves and turtle neck type top? I need all the help I can get! I've got biggger arms then most men!

Later!

Julie, don't want you talking to yourself! I'm here. And Heidi is here in spirit. She is standing by me. You have arms of a man....lol. I have no idea what kind of arms I have then.

I hate politicians too. We watched a movie. Yes, very unamerican but come on......it was my birthday. Heidi rented Mean Girls. We really liked it. I have been craving a McD's small hamburger and french fries so that is what we had for dinner. That couldn't do too much damage to the diet. The scale is saying I did pretty good too.

Bonnie, you gave us a laugh about Heidi's pole. I was thinking the same thing when we toured but kept it to myself. Ted brought it up at dinner yesterday. We had a good laugh. Give Glenn a big hug from the Van Horn's.

Denine, sorry about the vioxx. Was wondering what they are going to do for people that was taking it. Good point about the kitchen but......you have to be willing to cook. Heidi's idea of a homecooked meal is Kraft mac and cheese. :teeth: Ohhhhh, I am going to pay for that comment! I was telling her this morning that she needs to buy duplicate gifts for all the showers and weddings she is going to. One for the bride and one for her. That way she can start up a kitchen or whatever for herself.

Better run and go weigh in. Heidi and I have plans to do some clothes shopping. Maybe luggage too. :wave2:

Ok, what's up? Now I am talking to myself.

Our docs came. Yahoo!

Found some shorts for 1.50 so I bought sizes 14 down to 10. Should cover me for next summer somewhere in those sizes.

Hi Sandy! I'm here for you! Congrats on the docs and shorts. We should have our docs by next week (long story, but they are coming).

I like your shorts idea! Buy all different sizes and figure out what fits later! I'm sure you will be wearing the sz. 10 on this coming up cruise! I'm sure Heidi was jumping off the walls today when you got your docs!

I went and got Brooke's birth certificate today. boy in 5 years did they go up! For Makenzie I paid $8, for Garry I paid $12 and for Brooke I paid $15!!! Her's is nicer looking the the others, but I don't think it is worth the extra money! LOL!

I will start to pack this coming week. It will all be done (hopefully) by Sun the 10th! except for the little things of course.

OH, I forgot to tell you.... Anna Marie got asked to the homecoming dance! She got asked by a 10th grader! (she's in 9th). He is on the cross country team with her. We don't know him, but he better watch out! The dance is the day we set sail! We told her we will call her from the ship to say bye and maybe she can hear the mickey horn!

Well, gonna go! Take care and I will be here for you Sandy! have a great weekend!!!

P.S. (for Oct.2nd just in case I forget later..... )

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TED VAN HORN!! :cake: :bday: :cake: :bday:

Hope you have a great day!

P.S.S. I forgot on the 27th..... Happy Birthday to Dave Armstrong! :cake: :bday:

I am officially going on the cruise:boat:. My Doc's came today!:cloud9:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TED (alias Disney Dude #3):cake: :bday:

SANDY: Do you have an orange pumpkin t-shirt? Joyce & I both have those kind of t-shirts because we wear them when we work on Halloween. It would be really fun (& easy to pack) if we all wore those shirts Friday night. Tell me what you think? Would Heidi & Ted wear them?

Joyce & I had a good time (as usual) at Los Amigos. I had one too many margaritas:drinking1 :drinking1 & had to have a few cups of coffee before driving home. We worked together on Fourth Floor & had a great day.

Hope you all have a terrific weekend. Toodles:wave2: :earsgirl: JEANNE

Last one to post last night & first one to post this morning. What's up with that? I guess I'm the only one on EST that has a dog that get's them up bright & early :sunny: .

Just wanted to say "Good Morning" & wish you all a great day.

Toodles:wave2: :earsgirl: JEANNE

Sorry I was MIA. I had Jerry work from home yesterday. plus the landscapers were here all day. I am still miserable with cramps. They just won't go away.

Julie: The 8th sounds good. Yeah for Anna Marie. That is exciting to be asked to a dance. I have a small bag of clothes for Brooke.

The landscapers will be here all day again. They are finishing up the front yard so the sod can be laid today. It should be here in a couple of hours. It has been interesting watching them.

Bonnie: Enjoy Glenn's visit!

Jeanne: Maybe a margarita would help my pain, but I don't have any tequila.

Sandy: You are doing so well on your diet.

Ted: Happy birthday!!!!!!!!!!!

You are so right Julie. When I saw the docs had arrived I couldn't wait to open them. I dropped everything and ripped open the box. My mom commented that I must have been excited and in a hurry because the box was torn open!!!

Jeanne - Yes I would wear an orange pumpkin shirt. I think we are going to Old Navy today to look for some orange pumpkin shirts!!

Julie - How cute, Anne Marie gets to go to her first Homecoming Dance with a boy. She has to send us pictures of her dress!!! My first homecoming dance I went with my elementary school boyfriend and my sister and best friend tagged along with us!! (my mom probably put my sister up to that one to keep an eye on me...smooth move mom!!!)

Bonnie - ya the pole brought up many conversations with my family!! I told them they would have the check on me to make sure I didn't knock myself out because of the wall being so close!!! Practice you know.....gotta pay bills somehow!! :p ;)

So other cruisers, have we set up a meeting place so that I can meet you before/after the cruise.....parking lot?

OK, I have a few minutes to log on.

My friend had her baby yesterday. Even though he wasn't due until Oct. 21, he weighed 8 lbs. 9 oz. and was 20 inches long. I am glad she didn't have to wait any longer. His name is Morgan and he is so cute!! I was there all day yesterday starting at 6:00am. I was back there again today helping her and holding Morgan.

Paul and Turner had a great trip to Earthshine. One of the things they had to do was gut a fish. Only one small problem, Turner passed out when the lady was showing them and nameing all the parts. Paul happened to see him getting pale and wobbly and got behind him with one arm just in time. After a little while he did gut his fish. Paul said there was a lot of gagging, puking and crying but everyone did it!! Turner said it was an awesome experience.

I need somebody to give me a rundown again on who is going on which cruise. I know you all are going to have a great time and I want to be thinking about each of you.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, TED!! :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :wave2: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: I hope you get more than a McD's hamburger and fries for your birthday!

I'll check back in tomorrow.
Later!

Hi guys, it was a busy day......again. We went to a 50th anniversary party. And did some halloween shopping and had mexican dinner for Teds b-day. Yes, Susan, he had a better dinner. :teeth:

Wow, that baby would have been huge if he went full term!

Jeanne, we are in the process of looking for shirts. I was actually thinking of them yesterday. Ted found a plain orange shirt.

Julie, I think it is so cool that Anna Marie has a date. Boy, does that kid know what he is up against with Garry interrogating him? My sisters dates were so intimidated by my dectective dad! They were divorced by the time I dated. Thank goodness.

Will talk more tomorrow. Heidi rented a movie for tonight. Sleep tight everyone. :wave2:

SANDY: I am glad you like the pumpkin shirt idea since I don't think I would have been able to talk Joyce into a costume! Our shirts are really OLD so I don't know where we got them. Joyce & I want to have an early dinner at Le Cellier. Are you interested? They are a little pricey but the food is excellent.

Loved the fish gutting Turner story.

Sandy, Ted, Heidi, Darren (with friend Rachel), Faith (new poster) & family, along with the three Disney Dudettes:earsgirl: :earsgirl: :earsgirl: are on the October 23rd Disney Western Carribean Cruise:boat:. HURRICANES STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We all can't wait!

I guess you can tell that Dodger Dog is still here since I am up & out at 6:00 AM. The cowboy called for a date but I just don't have the energy to date again:sad2:. Bobby broke my heart.:sad1:

Hope you all have a blessed Sunday. Toodles:wave2: :earsgirl: JEANNE

Thanks, Jeanne for the 10/23 cruiser list. So, I guess it is Denine, Jerry and Kaleigh & Garry, Julie, Makenzie, Garry, and Brooke on the 10/16?? I'll keep it straight now. I am doing a NO HURRICANE DANCE for you all!!

Have a great day everyone!
Later!

Good Sunday morning....

Patti, Ken ; their 3 children and their spouses and their 4 grandchildren.....and a friend of Julie's.......for a total of l2

Barb, Bob, Missy, Jaymee and Tiffany......total of 5

Dick, Sally and daughter Linda for a total of 20 in our family.

We are on the l0/l6 cruise......

Hi guys, another beautiful fall day in Denver.

Jeanne, so far we haven't found any good orange shirts. We bought at Old Navy for just in case but we really don't like them. Got Ted a plain orange shirt. But....today we went to the Disney Store and they had adult tshirts in gray but not orange. They have Mickey heads on them as a spider, pumpkin and something else. Might just end up with those. Will look more tomorrow. I can always return what I have already bought. Thanks for the dinner invite but we are keeping it simple and will grab a bite to eat when Heidi hits MK. We will definitely be going commando style that night. Heidi will want to get in all the rides she can possibly get in before midnight. She also wants to get in a parade and WISHES. You guys might not want to meet up with us for the evening and we would certainly understand. I will keep my cell phone with me. Heidi probably will too.

Susan, the fish story was cute. Bless Turner's heart! At least the cruise is split up and you will never be alone!!! But of course, you will be with us in spirit. In fact, I was thinking about taking your picture with us.

Wow, 20 total out of the Marshall family. Now that is a cruise!!

Better get going. I am doing laundry and have plans to make and can apricot jalapeno jelly.

Sally, I didn't relaize there would be 20 from your family. I knew Barb was going but I didn't remember Patty's family going. I couldn't remember which cruise you guys were on but I knew Denine and Julie were on the 16th.

All of you (both cruises) will have an awesome time. Sandy, thanks for thinking about taking my picture. I will definitely be there in spirit for both cruises.

I went to see little Morgan this morning. All is well and he is still just so cute!

I'm still working on laundry and housework. I got my grocery shopping done this morning.

Turner is doing standardized tests this week at school so they are not gicing homework out this week. What a blessing that will be.

We have cooler weather moving in this week. We will get into the 40s at night and only in the 60s for the day. I'm not ready to give up shorts and flip-flops! I know a lot of you have already had the cooler weather.

I better go get more cleaning done. I just wanted to pop in and say hello.

Later!

Hey all!

I am finally feeling better. That means Jerry goes back to work tomorrow, so I should have time in the afternoon to get on the computer.

The landscapers finished putting the sod in the front yard. They still have to trim it in spots and fill in other spots around the one bed and finish making me a couple more beds. They still have to finish putting in and adjusting the sprinkler heads too. The yard looks sooo pretty. It is nice to look out at a lush, green lawn in stead of dirt.

Sue: Turner has more "guts" than I do. It has still been really nice around here. It has gotten cooler, but it has been sunny, except for yesterday morning, when it rained. Before that, we were still in shorts and it hadn't rained in well over a week.

I had a kamikaze last night. It wasn't bad. Vodka, triple sec and lime juice. Kinda tasted like a margarita.

Gotta go.

Denine - A kamikaze sounds good. I wouldn't mind having one of those now. Your yard is sounding so nice. I bet you're glad you didn;t have to wait on seed to take for a nice lawn.

Sandy - Yes, baby fixes are needed every now and then. I just love the little cooing sounds they make and how they like to cuddle up.

Nothing new here, I just wanted to check in one more time before bedtime. I hope everyone has a great week!

Later!

Good morning. Happy Monday to everyone.

Susan - do you mind passing the baby around to me? My baby fix moved to Florida!!!

Denine - your house sounds like it is almost complete and soon enough strange people won't even have to bother you to put stuff in!!

That's right, Friday night at the MNSSHP I will be running through the park..(ok maybe not running, but pretty close) I haven't been to WDW in 2 years so I have to make up for lost time. I plan on grabbing something like a hot dog when I get to the park, and my first ride will probably be my favorite, which is POTC!!!! Then onto Splash Mountain, Thunder Mountain, Haunted Mansion, Mickey's Philaharmagic, Buzz, Space Mountain.....what else am I missing? Parade, Wishes, and rides all over again (maybe a short stop for some shopping.) I CAN'T WAIT!!!!

Mom - don't scare off Jeanne and Joyce, I promise I won't run too fast, if I do they can ditch us I promise, I will understand!!! Ya I will have my cell phone on that night and for the 2 days afterwards until we lose signal!!!

Did I mention...CAN WE GO NOW!!!!! Geez I am so impatient!!!
