OMG, that is just too funny!
So how did your weekend go Garry? Thought of you guys all weekend with the fallen officer thing going. I never realized that they have a "Natl day" for it. We got down to the campground and CO Springs was talking about it as well.

Denine, I just had the yummiest dinner at Applebees and I told Ted that I thought of you the whole meal. It was a Weight Watcher meal, 7 points. It is new. It was steak and portabellos. I mean yummy!!

Had a great weekend other than poor Tyler getting sick. They are coming up here to close on the house tomorrow so Stacey is going to take advantage and run him into the Doctor. He has been sick for a couple of weeks now, off and on.

Good morning. We had a very busy weekend with the girls. This was their birthday weekend and we had a lot of fun celebrating it. They had a great weekend but my parents is what made their day. On Saturday they opened up their presents and loved them. They chose their activity as going to see Shrek 3 and then we asked them where they wanted to go for their birthday dinner...they said they wanted to go to the Armadillo and have brunch with my mom and dad. That was so sweet, so I asked my mom and they came down to have a birthday brunch with the girls. The girls were so excited. We played a lot of volleyball, webkinz, and littlest pet shops!!!!

SOunds like at least some of you had a nice weekend.

It was nice yesterday. We had no plans. Jerry washed the cars and we went for a walk.

Today Jerry is renting an aerating machine and he is going to do the lawn. Tomorrow, the swing set comes.

We had a nice time on Saturday. We went to Macaroni Grill. Then we went to the mall and I got 2 new pairs of tennies. One is sooooo comfortable. They are Easy Spirit and have a sling back and vent holes on the top. They are cute too.

I went grocery shopping this morning so Jerry could have my car for the machine.

Tomorrow the swing set comes.

I closed out my Pampered Chef party. I can't wait to get my stuff!!!!!!

Sandy: we haven't been to Applebees in many years. I hear the WW menu is pretty good, but no 'shrooms for us.

Gotta go.

Good Morning!

Tea party behind me PHEW! It turned out great. Lots of very good feedback. Next year we are going to charge for it because it is growing to be so big. I worked on the tea from 1:00 on Friday to 10:30 that night and left at 9:00 the next morning and did not get home until 6:00. I was beat! I was only home for about 10 minutes before we left again to go see Shrek 3. It was good but I thought Shrek 2 was a lot funnier. I may have just been to worn out to enjoy it.

Next event...... Pirate Party this weekend. This one is at my house and only about 20 people coming. I will be decorating and preparing food this week.

I have to get organized for the Missionette graduation in June. I am doing all the decorations for that and have to start getting some things down on paper.

Just quick check in. It was a horribly busy day. I am glad it is about over. Started off babysitting for Stacey till around noon. Then did my errands. Then took the truck in to Camping World to be looked at. A quick sandwich at Subway and then off we went to Ted's dad's house. The last big snow took out tons of trees and branches so we were hauling them down in front of the house. I think the family will splurge and get someone to come out and chip it. Thank goodness. I don't want to haul it in front of the house and then into trucks and then out of the trucks at the dump. We still aren't even done in the backyard. Tons more to do. I will be stiff and sore tomorrow that is for sure!

My cousin called us and told us him and his wife are expecting and are having twins!!!! That is too crazy, we aren't related by blood just by marriage and they don't have twins on either side. Too many twins around us!! At my wedding there will be now 4 sets of twins there.

Barb - glad the tea party is over for you and everything went off great. Pirates Party should be just as fun. I can't wait to see that movie. Chris and I went on opening day for the 2nd movie and waited in line forever, but I will be at the campground on Friday so I bet we won't go on opening day.

WOW Sandy that does sound like a very busy day. I bet you were tired last night!

We have tickets to see Pirates on Thursday!! Yipeeee We will see it both Thursday and Saturday!! Only 2 more sleeps!!!

Not much new with me. One of my friends came over and we went over what flowers I have to order for graduation. I am making corsages and table arrangements and presentation bouquets plus doing all the decorating. Not sure how I always get myself into this....No wait I do know. Heres me I'll do it!!!! I'll do it!!! Pick me, pick me......

Barb, your post made me laugh! I'll do it! Pick me pick me! Garry tells me that's what I do all the time. Except my house pays for it when I do volunteer! My house has been paying for YEARS and YEARS!!!

Sandy, you take it easy! With you just getting over your strep! I'm sore just by reading your post! LOL!

Heidi, I'm sure that seeing the twins and your sister will make not seeing opening day of pirates ok. You never know, maybe you will get a chance to see pirates! Let me know how it is when you do see it. The last pirate movie we didn't see until it came out on video!! The first movie we saw in the theater though.

Denine, so does the swing set come today? That's right the swing set comes today. In your last post I wasn't sure who was more excited about the swing set, you or Kaleigh! LOL! (of course Garry pointed it out to me that your repeated yourself about the swing set coming today)

Well, starting to get things out to pack. We only have 9 more days of school for the kids and I believe 14 more til we are visiting the mouse!!

This next week is going to be real rough for Garry. Actually until we leave for vacation. He's got way too much going on at the station. Once it's "officially stated" I can post. All I can say right now is that Garry has been put in an situation that I won't want to be in. It is rough, but it goes with his position.

Well, gonna go. I'll be back to see if the swing set came today!

I am not really as stiff and sore as I thought I would be. Thank goodness. It is more in my wrist than anything.
