Change of plans....

Jaymee will be going to South Carolina instead of Georgia. One of the guys in her class wanted to trade her because his family is in Georgia. Bob and I did some quick research on both bases and states. I have always heard SC is beautiful so we suggested she take the trade.

Happy Anniversary Sandy & Ted!

Jeanne: I saw about their 1 cent sales. Of course, none of them are going to Orlando. We have been flying Spirit out of Detroit. Zoe sounded like Kaleigh used to be ALL the time when she was a baby.

I made Kaleigh a certificate for finishing pre-school. She hugged it. She is so proud. Today we went to the library.

I have had the taste for roasted chicken, so I have one in the oven.

Heidi: VA Beach at the end of April I am guessing will be in the 60's low 70's. I could be wrong.

Barb: South Carolina is beautiful. Where in SC will she be stationed? There is an army base that we pass on the way to WDW when we drive. Oh wait, she is air force.

It is "warm" right now, it is 29 degrees, but at least the sun is shining.

Jerry said the roads were awful on the way to work yesterday, very slippery.

I work tomorrow.

Too bad that Jaymee is going to SC because Susan lives in NC.

Just went to Walmart and met Stacey and the babies there. Had fun. Heidi, it is your fault that I spent more money at Kohls on them. I didn't find your blouse but found socks for the kids.

I forgot to post that Jerry found out yesterday that Alfredo's in Epcot will be closing the end of June. Their contract is up with Disney.

Very sad here. I know Julie will be too.

I know one place we will be eating this trip.

Just wanted to share an email I got from Tiffany


Heck yes. Guess what, there's a disney store in my mall. So I get to shop in the disney store everyday!!! And guess what else, today was my math-meeting-thing. The Computer Science and Mathematics department had a lunch for faculty and students and the teachers had to invite one student and Dr. D invited me. It was on the 6th floor of the GC, where student's arn't allowed most of the time and that's where Oral Roberts office was so it's really neat and you can't get there by stairs. It was very exciting, I felt very important. Dr. D told everyone that I was without a doubt the best math major that he has in all his classes this semester. To which I responded that I was his only math major. lol. Oh well, I still felt very important and I enjoyed it a lot.

Jaymee will be on the outskirts of Sumter. It is about 95 miles from Myrtle Beach.

Sandy: Virginia Beach is on the coast near Norfolk or about 1/2 way down the state. It is a big military area with navy and air force families. My uncle lived there, my aunt still does.

Barb: Nice e-mail. I'll have to look for where Sumter is on my atlas.

Disney is trying to find a replacement for Alfredo's. I just hope they do a better job than they did with the fish and chips place in England.

Mom - Virginia Beach is in Virginia!!! Near Norfolk and is about 3 hours South of DC. I guess it is an hour away from Colonial Williamsburg...so I am guessing Chris will want to go since he loves History!!

Barb - sounds like Tiffany is doing good at school. Wow, a math major....no way could I do that!!! What does she want to do with that degree? Glad she can shop at a Disney store to get her Disney fix.

Denine - I can't believe Alfredo's will be closing. I love that place, I am so sad that I missed it last year and won't have a chance to go again. Boo Hoo.

Denine, when you said fish and chips place in England, did you mean the Rose and Crown? We weren't very happy with it.

Stace - got this tip for wagons and strollers at CC. We have to remember this for Joey and Tyler.

We rode the tram to the family beach and kept walking down the path. They were to the left hand side (the ocean side) of the path. I can't remember exactly where but it was definitely past the Flying Dutchman and before you come to the shopping area.

The wagons really come in handy especially if you want to get to the least crowded part of the family beach. There are ideal shady hammocks by the Heads Up bar on the very far side that my family used, but you have to cross a fair amount of sand to get there and my umbrella stroller would not have made it.

There were a lot of people doing what I was doing...hestiantly taking them and looking both ways for someone to leap out of the foliage saying "What's your room number??!!?" But no one did!

Barb-YOU HAVE TO EAT AT ALFREDO'S FOR ME!!!
I am soooo sad that they are leaving. Richard and I love it so much. They have the best fettucine alfredo...highly recommend it.
Alfredo's is on the left side inside of France I believe if I remember right.

I do have the recipe if anyone wants it...but it still isn't as good as the real thing!

Barb - Yes, I would get reservations for there. You have to eat there....the best alfredo sauce!!!

You know what Barb, Richard and I have made reservations before and other times we haven't. I think it depends on how busy WDW is. I would make reservations just to make sure you get in though!!

I think reservations is a really good idea especially because we have so many that will be eating. I will be calling!
