Mom- that's what makes it funny...I know it isn't mine!!!!

Denine- love the chocolate story! Made me giggle. I love my exercise ball. I also have a bad back so I pull it out every now and then too. I haven't used it since I had Joey and Tyler...I am afraid I would never get it back!! Haha!

About the pics...I already broke the bank paying for them!! The place we go to you can pick the pictures up the same day so we already have them. I spend around $160 I think...what a killer. At least I got the cd so I can now make pictures with my printer...save a little extra money!!

Have a good day everyone!

Here is a picture of Bonnie's grandkids. They are so adorable. Christian has the bluest eyes!!!

Stacey: Kaleigh does like the ball, but I won't let her play with it.

Bonnie: Nice picture!

At this point we will not be seeing Julie tonight. She called yesterday. She had Garry persuaded to get together, but then found out that his dad was being relaeased from the hospital today and EVERYONE is going to his house. Julie was not a happy camper. As of yesterday he was still in ICU.

So, it looks like we will be exchanging presents at Brooke's party in January like last year.

We went to the mall last night. We had to pick up POTC2 which we pre-ordered. I also found a light jacket at TDS for 1/2 off for next year for Kaleigh. We had a coupon to get another 15% off of that. Then we just walked around and I did inventory on what stores had for my day-after-Christmas shopping trip. It was nice not having to buy presents.

Stacey: We have to limit ourselves when it comes to pictures. We get the $9.95 package and then 1 vignette with 3 poses. You could really go crazy. So many come out soooo cute! We go to Picture Innovations. They do a really nice job and you get to pick up your pictures the same day.

Glad you all liked the chocolate story.

I think Barb and Sally come home tomorrow.

I was just thinking about Barb and Sally. I think it is tomorrow that they come home.

We have a "family" Christmas gathering today with our adopted family. Dinner will probably be at Olive Garden and then head over to their house for dessert. This woman is a cook beyond words. Man, I only wish I could cook like her. She is in her 70's and cooks old fashion style. Nothing better than that.

I got an adorable Christmas card from Lori this week. Believe it or not, Katie has taken over the "Christmas letter". I loved it. We will get together after the holidays for Sangria at Olive Garden.

Tomorrow I have to meet my step dad at his house and decorate my mom's blanket for her grave. It is made out of pine bows. It is sooooo cool. He bought it last year too. Then we will head over to the grave to place the blanket on the grave. Bless his heart, he is making a big deal out of it this year.

We hope to paint the office tomorrow as well. So if I am MIA it is because the office is torn apart. Ok, ok, Stacey.......your room.

Good morning. It is a wonderful Monday morning and I want to crawl back into bed to go to sleep. I slept horrible last night. Hope Barb and Sally made it back home safely.

Hoping the Lauter's are managing okay.

WOW, quiet here lately. We didn't get the office painted. Instead we washed 3 cars and then Ted's sentra alternator broke so he attempted to fix it but they gave him the wrong part. It always happens.....always! We went out for dinner to Souper Salad. Oh my, it was so good. I haven't been there for YEARS.

Thinking of Julie and family.

Barb, Sally are you home?? Sally did you at least get to see Amazing Race finale?

Survivor final is next Sunday for all you Survivor fans. And Heidi, Beauty and the Geek starts Jan 3rd. I was going to call you last night about it but was to lazy to get up and get a phone.

Stacey, see you soon.

Nothing new and exciting here. My goal is to get at least three more people to do a Pampered Chef party for me in January this week. Richard is gone...who knows when I will here from him. He is first in Chicago until tomorrow night and then he heads off to Houston until Thursday. The worst part about it is that he has to share a room with his boss!!! :rotfl:

Sharing a room.....um no thanks, thankfully the govt. isn't that cheap!!!

Oh my gosh, that is way too funny! :rotfl2: :lmao:
See you in about a half hour. Haha Heidi, Dad and I get the first shift!!! :cool1:

I'm here.

Yesterday we went to church and then to Jerry's moms. We had to give her some decorating sugar we bought for her in Amish and the Cars DVD she is giving Kaleigh for Chirstmas. I really needed a break, so we asked her to watch Kaleigh for a while and we went to Olive Garden for dinner. OMG, the cheese fondue appetizer and the chicken roma were sooooo good! We were only gone a couple hours, but it was nice to eat a dinner by ourselves for a change. Then, we stayed for a while when we got bakc. We watched a Disney Christmas special on the Travel channel with his mom. She really wants to go.
Today, Jerry worked from home because I had a dentist appointment. My teeth are finally clean, but I have to go back in January for a small filling. Yuck!

I started bakc on my exercise ball today. I only did the easy stuff. I tried to do one of the harder ones and it hurt too much. Tomorrow I will try to start back on the treadmill.

Now, if only my asthma would get back under control. It is really bad right now from being sick. All I do is cough.

Haven't heard from Julie.

Tonight is bath night for Kaleigh, anyone want to volunteer?

Stacey: That sucks, having to share a room with the boss! Good luck on getting you parties lined up.

Sandy: That is nice about your mom's grave. Never heard of one of those "blankets". At least you have clean cars, for now.

We have had crazy weather here. It is in the 40's and 50's for a few days and then we go into the deep freeze with snow and then we are back in the 40's and 50's. I wish it would make up it's mind. I'll keep the 40's and 50's, thank you!

Charlotte's Web opens on Friday, so we will take Kaleigh to see that next week. It looks really cute. I liked that book when I was a kid. Saturday is Kaleigh's Christmas party that we go to every year.

Until tomorrow.

Hi guys! Just popping in to say we are here. Things are ok I guess. Garry's dad is home. He had a real bad time of it yesterday. He called us at 7am and at 8am. They just had him in a "normal twin bed" and that was killing him. So, I call and got him a hospital bed and got it delivered yesterday afternoon, so at least he has that now. He is now on a morphin (sp) patch. We will find out this week how bad the cancer is. They sent out the tissue sample they had from the surgery because they aren't sure if it was lung cancer that went into bone or the other way around. So they had some kind of idea how to treat and slow down the progress. So we have been going to his dad's almost every evening.
My dad seems to be doing the same, BUT he has had a few "accidents" that I just got back home from helping clean it and him up. I'm hoping that this is just something he ate, because this is what was happening last march when he became septic (sp) and ended up in the hospital.
To top off our holiday season, our dog is sick and has had diarrhea for the past two days so I'm taking him to the vets this afternoon. We CAN'T afford for them to do too much on him so he might have to be put down.

SOOOOOOO, sorry to be such a downer, but I know you were all wondering what has been going on around here.

Stacey, maybe I could do a catalog show for you. Let me see what I can do.

Heidi, glad to see you are keeping the thread alive. Once Sally and Barb get back, we will pick a day to open our secret santa gifts. I BELEIVE everyone has their gift this year.

Sandy, I did get a chance to watch the final amazing race. Out of the three teams that were left, I guess that would have been the team I wanted to win. I liked the Cho brothers the best.

Denine, I WISH I could go out to dinner without kids OR have an hour or two for myself and Garry. We thought that Christmas season was going to be a good one since Garry was off for both Christmas eve and Christmas day, but that doesn't look like that is going to happen. I don't even know if what gifts I have will get wrapped this year. I don't have time without kids to wrap and IF we do, we are at the hospital or at Garry's dad. This Christmas isn't going to be so great. And here I thought that I was ahead this year with buying gifts, but Dec. put a halt to that. Maybe we can get together before Christmas, but don't hold our breathes. Tis the season!

Well, gotta go. Gotta go clean up after the dog!

TTFN

Julie- I am so sorry for all that is going on. Remember that you are in my thoughts and prayers every day. Please let me know if there is anything I can do. I completely understand about your dog. Richard and I just had to get rid of our cat because the vet bills were way out of our price range. We had a miracle though...the vet adopted our cat. I'll pray for a miracle for you!!! Hopefully it won't be anything too expensive. I would love to do a catalog show for you...only when things slow down though!!! Thanks for offering!!

We had a dr.'s appt. yesterday. It went really well. My poor mom had to go with since Richard is gone. I didn't make her the bad person though...I handled both shots. At least it was only one on each kid!! Woohoo!! Joey is only 21 lbs. and Tyler is almost 24 lbs. but Joey is a little taller right now. I made dinner for my parents last night and I think my dad had a really good time playing with Joey and Tyler. He feel asleep before my kids did when it came to quiet time!! Haha!!

Julie - Hang in there, I guess the saying comes true..."when it rains, it pours." Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. If I could, I would come out there and wrap the presents for you to help relieve some stress/duties. Remember, You're the Hottie. ;) :grouphug:

Julie, thanks for popping in to let us know how things are going. Sounds so hectic. Sure wish this sis could help you! You guys remain in our thoughts and prayers. I liked the Cho brothers best. They played a "nice" game and lost because of it.

Denine, it sounds like you had a nice time out. You need to do that once in awhile!

Heidi, the laugh is on you again. IT WAS BATH NIGHT!!

Time for Graci.

Good Morning and a plain old Hello.

Back from vacation and it was incredible. We had so much fun. Hawaii is so beautiful.

I am still feeling like I am on the ship. The pressure comes and goes. I thought I was coming down with something last night but I feel ok just this pressure feeling.

Tiffany is under so much stress at school and she has reoccuring pink eye from it. I will be glad to get her home on Saturday.

I got my Secret Santa gift!!! Yipeee!!

Ethan is so cute. I missed him so much. Missy and Ethan came to meet us at the airport last night with my puppies. That was a nice surprise.

Well better run. I have a million things I am trying to catch up on today before I go back to work tomorrow. BLAH!

Welcome home Barb. Poor Tiffany! Pink eye is just not fun. When does she come home for Christmas break? I bet you were so excited to see Missy and Ethan when you got home!
