Hey Sally, we got the snow, too. Ted was called out last night at 2 in the morning to plow. I think he has to "unvolunteer" to do that. He has too much on his plate to miss sleep. It is very beautiful but now I have to go shovel that beauty.
He still isn't home yet.
You need to take pictures of your tree and post them for us. I would love to see them.
Denine, that's good that Kaleigh was such a good girl at the dentist. Graci wasn't so super when I took her to her mom for her first cleaning and it was HER MOM!!! Every little girl needs a kitchen set. She will play and play with it. I remember cleaning my nephew's potty. He never aimed and even when I quit babysitting him at like 11 or 12 he was STILL missing the pot. I have cleaned enough potty for a lifetime.
Jeanne, how did the dilemma on the M&M tree come out?
Thinking of you Julie.
I am doing pretty good about Christmas. I need to make my peanut brittle soon. That is weighing pretty heavy on me right now. It makes such a mess for awhile cuz I make such so many batches that I leave everything out for a few days just so I don't have to take things in and out. Got the party mix done. Need to shop for Ted and Heidi and a couple of EASY gifts. Need to wrap. No cookies made at our house.
Need creative ideas for Ted this Christmas. He doesn't need anything or want anything. Any suggestions? He always wants movie gift cards or restaurant gift cards and usually gets them from someone. Can anyone help me, PLEASE??

Oh shoot. I am just checking to see if anyone posted. Oh well, guess I will get ready to bundle up and visit the grandbabies. Heidi is babysitting tonight for them. Ted got home around noon and is napping now. They might need him again in the morning if the next storm hits. Visited our friend and uncle. Louise got very pale over night and her breathing is very noisy. She pretty much only sleeps now. Now Uncle Bill on the other hand is doing awesome.
I told him it served him right....what goes around does come around..
hugs to you and Jerry. You know that Ted and I can relate. You feel so helpless and not even the doctor is helping you. I love the idea of an early Christmas. Too bad they don't understand. Do they have a social worker in charge of the visiting Physicians? Maybe you could contact them. The social worker is the one that got the hospice rolling for us. All we did was ask to talk to her and then she was our liason with the doctor. We finally got truths about her condition and then the doctor brought up the hospice idea. She shot it down and then between the doctor and Ted a second time she accepted. They are definitely in denial and I can understand that. The hospital Chaplain was also great through this. She would talk to us and to Louise. I pray for you that they will come around. It would be the best for everyone.
It was a blustery day. The wind was gusting up to 90 miles an hour. It was soooooo cold.
& Minnie
that are about three feet tall & move which are usually standing in my front window. Well they are still there but you can't see them because my mother doesn't want the lights on. So they just stand there & no one can see them.
JEANNE
We are not looking at the sun. It is so darn windy and cold AGAIN.
