Worked with Joyce for the first time in ages and we went out after work with four other co-workers to Los Amigos & had a great meal & time as usual. Still REALLY hot in New Jersey but I am loving it compared to all that rain. Hope you all have a fun-filled weekend. Toodles JEANNE

Sandy just called at approximately 2:30 CO time Joey-5 lbs 10 oz and 19 inches long And Tyler 6 lbs 1 oz and 2o inches long!

All are doing great!!! Hip Hip Hooray!!!!

Hi All! YEAH TO GRANDMA AND GRANDPA AND AUNTIE!!! AND MOMMY AND DADDY!!!

Just popping in to say hi before we go to dinner in Italy. I'm so happy for the VanHorn's!

We are staying fairly dry down here. We have pretty much missed the showers by coming back for our afternoon break. Today was a pretty good "storm" this afternoon, but it has cleared up nicely. It's very hot and muggy.

OH, we did get our "freebies" already! LOL! We got an extra "full service" housekeeping since yesterday we were to get a full cleaning but they did a horrible job so I called and told them, so they gave us another full srvice today. Also, yesterday I got 3 free mickey ponchos. I was walking to EPCOT to meet up with Anna Marie and the kids and it was lightly raining. Well, I passed a convention group who was putting ponchos on and one of the guys tapped my arm and said "here you look like you could use these, we have extras". SO, that's our freebies for right now. LOL!!

Packing is tomorrow. We went to the pet store today for food and stuff. This should be an easy packing trip. No dress-up clothes or winter clothes and we are only going to be gone a week.

Yea, we are home and Ted got the internet up and running.

Everything went exceptionally well today. She did end up having a C-section. The babies are wonderful, adorable and small. Lots of tears and emotions. I cried every step of the way. We met them at the hospital at 7:30am and I cried. Then they put her in a room and I cried. They scheduled her for the c section at 11 but two other women had to be taken care of so she was pushed off until 1:15. She was wheeled out of her room and I cried. The other grandma and I sneaked over to the nursery after a while and they were there. We were so happy that we did that because Stacey didn't want anyone seeing the babies until she was out of recovery. We were looking in the door and what we thought was a doctor turned out to be Richard. We got BUSTED! He caught us looking at the babies before they wanted us to. Stacey was wheeled back and I cried. Then I got to hold them and I cried. I said goodbye to Stacey and I cried. Wow, too bad I am not emotional. Little Joey, the girl, had her eyes open after she got into Stacey's room the whole time so we got some really cool pictures. I am going to send everyone pictures now. Not sure what pics I will send as we have over 100 but remember Tyler has his eyes closed and Joey's eyes are open.

Good morning,

After a horrible night of no sleep, I am ready to get going. Have to order flowers and then up to the hospital. Thanks for asking Susan. We are doing great. I think the adrenalin is still pumping. I am very ansy to get going. We are going to try and hook up the camera to Ted's dad's TV to try and let him see the pictures. I hope it works. We will have to go to two different hospitals today. Will probably be a long day. Dinner at the hospice.

I will gladly give the babies kisses and hugs from you Susan!

SANDY & TED: Congratulations Grandmom & Grandpop Van Horn. You must be on Try to rest so you can lend Stacey a hand when she comes home. I hope she is doing okay. We use a medicine called "Duramorph" which the patient gets in her epidural/spinal after her C-Section & our patients do REALLY well. Is Stacey comfortable? Tell her to ask for her "Percocets"!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait to see the pictures!

Just REALLY hot in N.J. Thoroughly cleaned two bathrooms. Trying to get ready for the houseguests - one of which is arriving on the 22nd. It is really getting exciting.

Our computer has been down and I just got on and Oh my gosh Sandy but the babies are sooooooooooo cute!!!! And Joey looks older than a new born with her eyes open...like she knows what is going on. You are going to have a blast being a grandmother...what are they going to call you? I have been Momo for all my grandkids because my first started calling me that and they all followed where Linda, Patti and Barb are all Nana's.

I am so excited, I just don't want to put those babies down. There have been a lot of visitors so unfortunately we get short time holding the baby. I took tomorrow off at work so I am hoping to get more time with the babies tomorrow. Mommy and daddy are doing good. Rich can't wipe the smile off his face!!! I tried to be brave because I am not comfortable crying around Rich's family, but I definitely did cry quite a few happy tears!!!

I can't believe they are here, it still seems so surreal. Love to all.

We are almost done packing. It was pretty easy this time.

Julie: Do you guys want to go to Chef Mickey's Thursday morning? We will go either way.

Kaleigh can't wait to leave on Tuesday. She keeps asking if we are ready. We went to the grocery store and she didn't want to come home.

Hi everyone! I'll have to wait until I get home to see the pictures but I know the babies are adorable!!!!

Denine, what time on thursday? We'd love to come! Call me when you get in Tuesday. IT IS VERY HOT VERY HOT!!!!!! DOn't forget your rain ponchos!!!! The afternoon showers are here everyday! Hey, are you and Jerry up for adults only at Shula's steak house for dinner one night??? Anna Marie can watch the crew at our place if you are interested. Just let us know. Just pack a nice pair of slacks and shirt for Jerry and the same for you or a sundress. We have heard nothing but great things about this place and have always wanted to try it. The 1 bedrooms have DVD and VHS players (not sure about OKW yet) just FYI. I called before we came down to ask about it. I'd call to see if OKW studios and 1 bedrooms have them and that might help with the princess.
Italy was good, but not as good as last time.

CONGRATULATIONS SANDY HEIDI AND ALL THE VANHORN FAMILY!!!

Sandy-Heidi- The babies are adorable. Joey is so alert!! Mom is right she looks older the newborn. Their little faces are not even swollen. Cute Cute Cute!

Burrrr another cold morning. It is suppose to get up to 75 today. Sure doesn't feel like it now.

Spent the entire weekend cleaning and yard work. I need a day off from my days offs!

Julie- All you talk of Disney is making me crazy!! I wish I were there!!!

We actually are getting some rain. It's not much, but it will do.

Talked to Julie for a bit yesterday. I couldn't get PS for Chef Mickey's but did get for Cape May at the Beach Club on Saturday at 9:50 AM. We've never been to that character breakfast, so we will try it. We just had them keep looking until they found one. Of course, we could have gone to O'hana's at 7 AM! That is a bit too early! The nice clothes are packed for an evening out with just us adults.

Kaleigh has been a bear today. She was no better on our walk, plus she woke up an hour early! I put her down for her nap early. Tomorrow will be weird since our flight is not until afternoon. We always leave in the early morning.

Barb: You and your mom do nothing but work in your yards! How about doing mine?

Kaleigh took a much needed 4 hour nap then we went to Friday's for dinner. We haven't been there in a long time. Jerry is cutting the grass and I am going to get Kaleigh ready for bed soon. I was just on checking to see if our flight was still the same time and it is, 3:25 PM. I talked to Julie for a bit today and we are going to try to go to Whispering Canyon at WL for lunch " OH Hickory!!!!!!!" We are also going to try for the 50's Prime Time cafe. We could have a lot of fun there!

I don't know if I will be on line before we leave tomorrow. I will try. If not, I will say hi to Mickey and Julie for you all!

Barb, it was a cold and rainy weekend. I can't believe how much rain we got. ALL WEEKEND!! But that is ok, we were inside the whole time anyway.

Julie and Denine, let me know how the restaurant was. An adult night sounds so good for BOTH of you.

Julie, so what's new with you and this fabulous trip? Makenzie riding anymore scary rides that I won't?

Bonnie, just hop out on a plane and you can hold the babies. That is after Heidi and I get our time. We are now trying to learn how to share the babies.

And finally, Jeanne. Thanks for all your advice for Stacey. You are wonderful. She is taking percocet and seems to be doing better. She is now walking OUTSIDE of her room, not just to the bathroom and back to bed.

Joey is now jaundice so we are waiting for the test results. They took them in the morning and are still not back. I don't remember it taking that long for my girls. Tyler is showing a little yellowing but not as bad as his sister. I just wish they would get them under the lights. Heidi went into intensive care because of it and Stacey did too for a short time.

Better run and cook some dinner for my hubby.
