Denine...have a wonderful time with Mickey.....I finished the front and side of the house and now just have the back to finish.....still can't believe I am still at it in June!

We are without internet unless we use dial up...they said we are not getting power so they have to track it down....

Ethan had to be put under lights too...he was really yellow but ok now

I want to hold the babies!!!!

Denine have fun at WDW!...VERY CROWDED!!! It is probably as hot here as it is there but without the benefit of afternoon showers to help with the humidity. Walking to work this morning you could feel the wetness in the air. The sun at noontime helped with the humidity a little bit. We are supposed to be like this through Wednesday...surgery day!

By the way, Le Cellier gave me the recipe for their cheese soup, maple creme brulee and the vinigrette dressing. Unfortunately the soup makes a gallon!!!

Bye Denine, have a great vacation!!!!! Say hi to Mickey for me!!!

Okay Okay, I took the day off yesterday from work to spend more time with my sister and the babies...I hate sharing the babies, atleast their are 2 of them so it's a little easier to share!!!! I think today will be the first day that I won't get to see them :( unless Stacey has to stay in another night!!!!!

Bonnie - make up the soup and ship some off to me!!!!! I have never had that soup but it sounds wonderful!!!!

Okay off to catch up on work since I had Friday and Monday off!!!

I'm here. We are expecting strong storms to roll in between 3 and 4 PM. Our flight leaves at 3:25, so some pixie dust that we aren't delayed would be apprecitated.

Bonnie: I also have the recipe for the soup but haven't made it because it makes so much.

We have ressies for 50's Primetime Cafe on Friday at 12:45 PM. Julie is going to try for Shula's for Thursday evening.

We are ready to go. This waiting around is going to kill me! Jerry signed on to work this morning so he only has to charge 1/2 day of vacation.

Sandy: I am sure they will get both babies under the lights soon. They will be fine.

Heidi: I am guessing your sister won't have trouble getting some help with the babies at home if she needs it!

Bonnie: Today is the last hot day here, then we are down to the 60's and 70's. Glad we are heading to WDW to prolong the heat. Good luck with your surgery on Wednesday!

We have everything packed in 1 big suitcase, 2 carryon's and the diaper bag. Not bad for us. Now, August will be another story!

Julie will probably update you guys on our adventures, but I won't be back on until we are home.

Good morning,

Pixie dust to Denine. I hope the weather forecast is wrong today for you. Have a wonderful time and tell Mickey I miss him.

Ha, ha Heidi. I get to see the babies today. Stacey already called to borrow my play pen. They are going to have one in the family room and one upstairs in their room. BUT, I probably won't go over until Dad can go. If you want you can hitch a ride with us.

Barb, how can you afford to print every picture you take of Ethan? My gosh, we have every pose, every person we could think of and of course I want to print them all. Guess I will just have to choose a few and make a DVD of the others.

Bonnie, maple creme brulee? I love the ships creme brulee so much that I don't think I would accept the maple version. Must be pretty good if you wanted the recipe. When you come out here we can make soup, creme brulee, choc souffle and the mango soup that Heidi and I love. Man, I will put back on all my weight. As of yesterday, I have 4.2 pounds left. The last ten is sooo slow. I am up and I am down and then I repeat the pattern all over again.

Good Morning

Denine-Have a wonderful and PIXIE DUST to your for your flight! Where are these resturants you are talking about?

Bonnie-If you come up here you can hold Ethan too. He is smiling now :goodvibes

Susan-Are thing slowing down for you yet?

Sandy-Ethan had to be under the light too, remember. Boy it was hard not holding him. He did not like being without his clothes at all!

Barb :teeth:

Barb, so far they haven't put the babies under the lights. I was kind of surprised because Joey came back at a 9 and Tyler a 5. Remembering back to my kids days and them being in intensive care because of jaundice I thought 9 was bad. Then they go home today so who knows?? Hopefully, the pediatrician will catch it on Thurs.

Heidi, make sure you come home today. I have your movie AND rhubarb muffins. I made some for Stacey and Richard, too. Been baking all afternoon. Your movie was 16 something at Walmart not 14 something.

I just talked to Julie. They were standing in line for Test Track and I could hear them talking over the loud speaker. That was so much fun. Thanks for calling Julie!

Julie, being you can't get your email, I found the post about the death on Mission Space. It is so sad.

http://www.cnn.com/2005/US/06/14/di...h.ap/index.html

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Florida (AP) -- A 4-year-old boy died after passing out while aboard Walt Disney World's "Mission: Space" attraction -- a ride that has caused previous concerns because of its intensity.

Daudi Bamuwamye passed out Monday afternoon while on the attraction, which simulates a rocket launch and trip to Mars. The Orange County Sheriff's Office said his mother carried him off the ride and employees helped her place him on a bench.

Paramedics tried to revive him, but he died about 5 p.m. at Celebration Hospital.

The sheriff's office said the boy did meet the minimum 44-inch height requirement for the ride at the Epcot theme park, which simulates twice the normal force of gravity.

A cause of death could not be immediately determined and an autopsy was expected Tuesday.

Officials said the boy was from Pennsylvania, but his hometown was not immediately available. He was on the ride with his mother and sister.

The $100 million ride, one of Disney World's most popular, was closed after the death.

In 2003, Disney began placing motion sickness bags in the ride. During an eight-month period in 2003-04, six people over age 55 were taken to the hospital for chest pain and nausea after riding it, though none of them was found to have any serious injuries.

It was the most hospital visits for a single ride since Florida's major theme parks agreed in 2001 to report such problems to the state. Updated figures were not immediately available.

Signs warn visitors about the intensity of the ride.

"For safety you should be in good health, and free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness or other conditions that can be aggravated by this adventure," one sign on view last year said.

Disney officials in a statement after the boy's death that they are "providing support to the family and are doing everything we can to help them during this difficult time."

Yum - Rhubarb muffins, that sounds so yummy!!! I will run over there!!!! Thanks for getting me the movie!! I was hoping to watch it tonight but I think I might go visit Stace if she doesn't get released today!!!!

Ya I read the post about the little boy that died, that is soooo sad.

Everyone at work keeps on commenting how beautiful the babies are and that they really don't look like newborns....they said I took great pictures, I felt my head getting a little bigger!!!!

Just checking in to say hello and see how the babies are doing. They are both so cute. I would be holding them every chance I got. Do let Stacey hold them some too!! ;)

It was 93 today! Looks like summer is here to stay now. I had to work late today and I have an all day meeting tomorrow. No,k things have not slowed down a lot. We go to Raleigh this weekend for hockey. Our team entered state games so 3 practices this week and then we leave early Saturday morning.

I had to take Stanley to the vet today. He has a bad rash on his groin area. Turns out he has a bactierial infection causing it so he will be on 3 weeks on ATBs. While I was at the vet checking out, they had a box with 2 abandoned kittens in it. They both looked like my dear sweet Abby. I broke down crying and had to get out of there. I still miss her so much. I didn't realize how easily those emotions can just take over! I'm still not ready for another one though.

Barb, where in NC are your friends moving to?

Bonnie, good luck with the surgery. You will love it! My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner!

Hope our Disney adventurers are having a great time!

Love ya!
Later!

DENINE, JERRY & KALEIGH: Have a safe flight & a great visit with Mickey ::MickeyMo. Tell Julie & family we are thinking of them & are VERY JEALOUS.

SANDY: A bilirubin of "9" is not that bad but it has to be "charted" on the bili graph to see where it falls. With a bilirubin below 10 each Pediatrician does something different, 10-15 they may or may not put them under lights, 15 & above always require phototherapy. I am so sorry I missed your call. My phone rang at the desk at work & I didn't recognize your phone number & then when I listened to the message I wanted to kick myself since Joyce was there too!

Miss you all. Toodles  :genie: JEANNE

Just checking in...surgery tomorrow at 12:30 so I probably won't be on for a few days as I won't be seeing well...recovery is slower with the Epi-Lasik.

Regarding the death of the boy on MS...what they aren't saying is that he had several health issues...was born a premie and had problems since birth. Why the mother ever took him on that ride! Especially with all the warnings. He is from the town that one of my nurses is from.

I hope Denine got out on time...boy do I know about delays!

I am debating staying at my mom's after the procedure...probably not, I would really be buggy!

I would love to see Ethan smile!! Funny, I always get babies to smile even when they start to get fussy but I never got to see Olivia smile...no matter what I did she would just stare at me. Maybe dislike is hereditary? If so she got it from her mom.

Sandy...ditto what Jeanne said about the bili. Make sure she gets a visiting nurse at home. They may end up putting them on the bili blanket. A lot different than when our's were young. Kisses to all the babies...including Ethan!

Bonnie - good luck on your surgery, I am sure it will all be worth it!!!!

Susan - :grouphug: to you, it is so hard losing a pet. I still don't want to get a bird because I was so attached to him and I get emotional just seeing pictures of him and it was over 2 years ago when he died.

Denine - I hope you made it to WDW okay. Have fun!!!!

It was nice having Monday off because this week is flying by!!!

Mom - the rhubarb muffins were awesome. In fact, I am sure they are going to be gone by tomorrow :rolleyes1 we tend to like them. Chris took 2 for work, I had 2 yesterday, and Chris had one yesterday and I am sure I will have 2 more today....okay they may be gone by tonight

Good morning,

Bonnie, good luck today with your eyes. I am so jealous. Make sure you check in as soon as you can so we know how you are doing.

Heidi, you are too funny about the muffins. I have more rhubarb and buttermilk so you and Chris better get to baking! :teeth:

Susan, I ditto what Heidi said about pets. My dog died when the girls were six and I STILL get teary eyed when I see pictures. Hugs. :grouphug: It seems so funny to be talking about hockey when it is hot outside. Good luck to Turner. :cheer2:

Jeanne, I was very sorry I missed you as well. And then to think I could have talked to Joyce too.

Barb and Sally, ready for the warmer weather this weekend? I can't believe we are actually going to see sun a whole weekend! I can picture it now Sally out in her yard working. Hopefully we will be at the pool. Right Heidi?

Well, Denine is now at WDW with Julie. How unfair is that?

Stacey and babies made it home just fine last night. The hospital fiddle farted around so long that they didn't leave until 5:30pm. Then they couldn't find a wheelchair and Stacey said enough is enough and walked out. She was in some serious pain when I got to there house around 7.

Gotta go weigh in.

BONNIE: Good luck with your surgery. I am supposed to work 11 PM - 7 AM tonight but if you need anything just give me a call. Just think you will be able to see! :magnify:

SANDY: I hope they gave Stacey a prescription for Percocet. If not, tell her to do a Tylenol/Motrin combo. I know pain control! So glad everything is okay. I showed Joyce "the babies" yesterday on the computer.

I am so jealous - both Julie & Denine with Mickey ::MickeyMo

Still really hot :sunny: here but I think the weather is getting ready to cool down.

I have this sinus headache (or maybe heat headache) that just won't go away today but I just took some Tylenol Sinus so I am hoping for the best. Miss you all. Can't wait until August :boat: Toodles  :genie: JEANNE

Um, no you have had more practice so it's all up to you.

Mom - are we still going to the games tonight? Have you seen Stacey today?

Back from seeing the babies. It is really bad when I buy them something for an excuse to see them. Ha! They are very accomodating to me and tell me that I am not intruding though.

Jeanne, just called Stacey and they did in fact give her a percocet perscription. She thanks you very much for all your advice. She really appreciates it.

Think I will call Bonnie and see how she is doing.
