Julie was busy yesterday. She left us a message too, but the power was out again, so we didn't know there was a message on the answering machine. It went out twice yesterday evening. It will probably happed again today around 6 PM.

We went to Lonestar Steakhouse for dinner. I had the salmon, it was sooo good. Didn't do too badly with points.

I love this warm weather. It feels like WDW! We haven't had any storms even though they are in the forecast every day. We could actually use a good storm to dampen down the dust!

Our trip is really creeping up on us. It feels like it is both forever away and tomorrow! Need to pull out the suitcases this weekend and pack.

Sandy: We get doctors orders for alcohol too sometimes. Sounds like it was a nice dinner.

Our favorite time to go to WDW are May and October, especially for the flower fesitval and the food and wine festival. We like December for the decorations, but not for the timing. We have never been in June, this will be a first.

Until tomorrow sometime, since I have to work in the morning.

Denine, I love Lonestar sooooo much! Actually, I have been craving them for the last month or so. Glad you enjoyed it.....and congrats on the weight loss. I am not sure what or if I lost/gained. Too lazy to check.

Jeanne/Joyce, Stacey is now toying with a normal birth (can't use the term cuz it gets **out) or C section. The first baby is headed down, the second is not. Today they told her that they have about a 2/3 chance of him turning around. She honestly does not know which way to turn. Do you have any advice either way? Pros, cons or even what if it goes one normal and one Csection. What would you do? Help, help, help. PLEASE She thinks if she chooses C section that she is wimping out. Gosh, I just don't know what to tell her. Thanks if you get this before Saturday morning.

C-section: wimping out, wonder why she thinks that? Someone must be teasing her...I have to go tell them to leaver her alone and beat them up. Maybe Taura can help, doubt it since she had Elijah natural...but she is always good for some suggestions!!

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP MY SISTER CHOOSE!!!!!

Sandy: If I were Stacey, I would go through a trial labor and then opt for the c-section if it is not happening. There are risks both ways. A c-section would be a more controlled environment, but the fluid doesn't get pushed out of the lungs during the process, so the babies usually need to be suctioned and possibly put on oxygen for a bit. But, she will know that everything is OK and won't need an emergency c-section if she tries labor and someone is in distress. By no means is having a c-section wimping out. It is major surgery. She won't be missing anything. She will have 2 healthy, beautiful children no matter how they arrive in this world! She needs to decide what is best for the babies, not her.

I started a thread about this on the community board and people are saying that it is easier to recover with natural labor rather than a c-section.

Hi all! Just popping in to say hi. We are in for our afternoon rest and we ate lunchback in the room. It has been raining all day here. We did MGM (some that is) this morning and early afternoon. It wasn't storming, but just raining. It has stoped so it might be ok for the rest of the evening, we hope. EPCOT is open til midnight tonight so we will go there in alittle while. We did do Soring yesterday (everyone but Brooke that is). It was really good, but I wouldn't do it UNLESS you have a fast pass. I was talking to a guy who's wife was on it and he had been waiting for over an hour and a half for her. The stand by line was stating 60mins.

Makenzie did Tower of Terror today!!!!! She was a trooper. We got the picture that they offer because it was her first time. She said she doesn't want to go on it again, but then she says maybe next visit. We also did Playhouse Disney, Voyage of the Little Mermaid and Great Movie Ride besides Tower before we left to come back. We got to the park about 12ish and back to the room by 4pm. Not too bad.

Sandy, I can't say about a c section, but I do know some people who say they feel like the missed something since they didn't even try to go "normal". She isn't wimping out if she does have a c section so tell her to stop thinking that. I do know that even with a c section, a mommy still goes through all that the post pregnacy stuff (some cramping, bleeding etc.). So, IF she can try going through a "normal" childbirth then I would say try it, they can always go c section if she isn't progressing well. I wish I could help more. Sorry!

Well, off to EPCOT! We'll be back later!

Hi Everyone Happy Thursday

Last night we went to a banana split get together at our friends house that is moving. It was so sad. We get to see them 3 more times before they leave. Their house sold in 2 weeks. after we got home I could not sleep I was up until 1:00 crying my heart out. I will miss them so much. I am going to print out the words to the song by Michael W Smith called friends and frame them I am also going to buy 2 copies of the CD with that song on it. One for them and one for Bob and I. I will cry everytime I listen to it.

Denine- I remember you mentioning that Kaleigh was watching Baby Einstein DVD a while back. Can you tell me about Baby Einstein. Would it be good for Ethan?

Barb ::MickeyMo

SANDY: First of all the itching belly could be what they call a "PUBS" rash which some pregnant women can get. Hydrocortisone cream should help with the itching. I agree with a trial of labor because recovering from a C-Section is recovering from major surgery & then she has to go home & take care of two babies! Did you have a C-Section or a vag. delivery?

JULIE: Hope the sun :sunny: comes out for you!

DENINE: I bet you can't wait

BONNIE: Welcome home! We need a Disney Dudettes :earsgirl: :earsgirl: :earsgirl: night out together. When are you available?

Took care of "the ladies" today since my cousin started her new job. I made them pork chops, buttered noodles, baked beans & a nice salad for dinner. My aunt hasn't been eating very much. I have to work tomorrow & so does she so they are on their own until the grandkids get over after work.

Hope you all are doing fine. I can't believe how many pages I had to read. Toodles  :genie: JEANNE

Baby Einstein comes highly recommended. It is wonderful. Poor Barb, it is so hard to lose a friend. I did it when our friends moved to Texas. In fact, the friends that will be here the end of the month during the baby shower. We have stayed in contact for all these years so remember just because she doesn't live here anymore doesn't mean you won't be friends.

Julie, you just tell that little Makenzie that she is a very brave little girl. I haven't even done Tower of Terror. What a trooper!! Sounds like your day is going ok. The rain never really sticks around too long in Orlando. I agree whole heartedly with you to try normal child birth and then switch. I think that is the way I am leaning and will probably tell her that. Thanks! How is Garry's knee doing? Any wheelchairs yet? Call me if you ever get bored. Yea, right.

The clouds look horrible but knock on wood we aren't getting hit like the rest of the city.

Hi Jeanne, good to hear from you. Thanks for your expert advice. So far the cortizone cream works for about an hour. Bless her heart. It is misery for her.

Well, I see lightening. I am closing down for the night. Thanks to all for your wonderful help. Hugs to all.

Happy Friday!

Went to bed early last night thinking I would catch up on my sleep. I am still tired this morning!

Mom-I signed up for the Disney in December class at the scrap book store yesterday. What do you think about the Disney tag class?

Sandy-Thanks for the information on Baby Einstein. What exactly are they? I have heard people talk about them but don't really know what they are.

Julie-Have fun in Disney. You are so lucky!

Barb

Well it is about time....I was afraid you weren't going to get in....I don't know anything about the tag class...did you sign up and how much is it?

I am about finished with the kitchen and then I will have one whole floor spring cleaned.... I had the kitchen done but couldn't get the dining room and living room done at the same time and I finally did it!!

It is really cool this morning..52 degrees...we must have had rain last night as the ground is wet this morning but I didn't hear it.

I didn't sign up for the Tag class. Thought I would get your input first.
Do you want to go see a movie Saturday night? They Still have 5 posts in the Christmas class. I think I am going to sign Tiffany up.

Barb

Good morning everyone,

It is the day before and all I can do is think babies, babies and more babies. I am so excited.

Sally, we got some rain over night as well because the ground is wet. It is a cold morning. I heard more rain is on the way for today.

Barb, a Disney scrapbook class sounds fun. What is TAG?

I have Graci today but Heidi and I are going to make the most of it. We are planning to go shopping at Kohls and after I lose her do our monthly shopping at Walmart Supercenter. After that, I plan to pass out. I am so tired. I just couldn't sleep last night. And....I know I won't sleep tonight. I will be way too excited.

Barb: Baby Einstein videos are learning tools for babies on up. They learn colors, numbers, animals of all kinds, etc. Everything is set to classical music re-done for little ears. The images are all colorful. Kaleigh has learned a lot and her Auntie Julie got her started on her video collection.

Sandy: I will be thinking of Stacey tomorrow. Hope all goes well!

Julie: Yeah Makenzie! Kaleigh will love the TOT when she gets bigger. I hope you are not Disney'd out by the time we get there! TS Arlene is supposed to arrive here on Tuesday. I hope we don't get flight delays!

ANother nice, warm day. We did get a t-storm, but not much rain. Our power went out again for an hour yesterday. It flickered today and I am running on borrowed time!

We had new tires put on my car today. The old one's were awful in the snow, so I ended up driving Jerry's car to work in the winter. These are supposed to be better. Next up, getting a new muffler for Jerry's car. There is always something!

WOrk tomorrow morning.

 Finished the second level today.....then Barb took me up to the hospital to see one of my best friends...she had part of her tyroid and some growths taken out this morning. She was still pretty out of it...we didn't stay long and she isn't suppose to talk which is hard for her..they changed the hospital so much I would have been totally lost if it hadn't been for Barb.
When Barb came to pick me up she had stopped and bought flowers for me to give to Donna.

It is still pretty cool and it did rain some. Not sure what we are going to do tonight but I think go to the $l movie....
