Denine, what can I say to make you feel better? You are so correct, it is wintertime and you know it does affect you. You are a great mom that loves her angel very much. Hang in there. You are doing a great job.

Good Morning Everyone!

Things are better for me today. I am not so down. I talked to Bob yesterday on the way home from work and he sounded very UP. He was getting ready to go to Niagra Falls with some of the other guys he is with. Someone told him before he left that he should try and make friends while he was there. He has decided that he is going to do it. I told him "Great!! as long as they are not women!!" Heater still acting up. Not sure why but OF COURSE it has to be on the coldest day!

Denine- I think you are a great Mom. You always sound so together. Kaleigh is very lucky to have you as a Mom. Once you get to feeling better things won't seem so bad. You are just run down. I know I felt like that sometimes with the kids. Wishing I had done this that or the other thing differently but my kids turned out great and Kaleigh will too. I had 4 little ones on my own. If you had more then Kaleigh you would be able to be a great Mom to all of your kids. You just do what you have to do. I love to read your posts. You sound together and are an inspiration.

Well I have officially decided to go with Pine Crest for the graduation. It is way more then I would have ever spent but I feel pretty certain that I would not be able to get my family up here for any type of gathering by the end of the year. Everyone has a lot going on this year.

Now next step is to start planning and making stuff. I have both the wedding and the graduation party a week apart so this will be tricky to manage both and especially since I have a major part in both celebrations. and I am making almost everything for both!

Denine - Hang in there, you are not whining. You are allowed to have these kind of days, I hope you get some sun to help you out and get Kaleigh to feeling better. My sister makes it look so easy with the twins, but I know it is a lot harder than what she makes it look!!!

Barb - Did you ever figure out if you could spend the night?

My good news:
Chris had a contest with Coke a few months ago and the top 2 sales people would get the chance to go to Dallas, TX and win a mustang. Well when the contest ended he was in third place so he missed it by like 15 cases. Well his boss was counting Rockstar product and he should have been so that put Chris in 2nd place so he is going to Dallas. Better yet, he gets to take me. We are staying at some fancy resort called the Gaylord Texan resort. I looked it up on the internet and it is a 5 star resort and sits on a lake and is HUGE!!!!! We leave in 2 weeks!!!! We will be arriving on Thursday March 2nd and coming back Saturday March 4th. On March 5th, my parents are taking us to see Beauty and the Beast at the dinner theatre.....it will be the best weekend!!!!!!

I have 2 appointments today. I really do not want to get out. Suppose to go to a movie tonight with Jaymee. Not to much out that I want to see. DId you want to go Mom? We will go to dinner first.

Trying to figure out what to pack for tomorrow's scrapbook crop. I have not worked on my scrap book in such a long time. It takes me forever to get started!

Hi guys, just like all the CO posters are saying, it is DARN cold outside. Heidi and I ran errands and froze doing it. I thought it was suppose to get in the 20's but has stayed in the single digits. I also heard that we are to get 3inches of snow tonight. We will see!

Probably heading to Louise's house after Ted gets off work. It is a long weekend for Ted because of Presidents day so we will probably stay at both houses.

Went and visited my friend from Argentina today after my eye Dr. appointment. She is visiting her son and daughter who both live in New Jersey. She really wants Joyce & I to come to Argentina this year and visit her and her husband. She lives near Buenos Aires. Something to think about

Got my first pair of socks today!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you all for your kind words. Julie called to check on me yesterday too. I felt better yesterday after getting some sleep the night before.

Barb: Sorry the lodge is booked for graduation. Too bad we can't have a get together with all of us!

Sandy: Good luck with another weekend of cleaning out houses.

Had a good day at work today, but, my back is hurting. The last few months, somthing has been moving around by my fusion that shouldn't be and now my back is hurting. I had fallen down a few steps while holding Kaleigh and landed on the hardwood floor on my butt. Nothing hurt at the time, but that is the only thing that I can trace this back too. I haven't gone to the doctor because I didn't want to open a can of worms. But, since my back is hurting for no reason, I made an appointment for Tuesday. I am sure I will have to have x-rays and maybe and MRI or something to find out what is going on. My surgery was 20 years ago. I really don't want to go through surgery again, so send some pixie dust please.

We actually have no plans this weekend. I hope to keep it that way.

We had a high wind warning last night with gusts 50-60 mph. So many things got blown off or over. Jerry had to go around the yard this morning to pick everything up. It is only supposed to be in the teens tomorrow and Sunday.

Jeanne: GOing to Argentina could be fun!

It is -9 this morning....I couldn't find the little guy for cold in the smilies...it must have been too cold for him to stick around

I woke up at 5:30...was hoping to sleep until at least 6:30. Barb said she would be here around 8.

There was a bunch of little ants in my entryway this morning....don't know where they are coming from....I had ants last fall in the kitchen. Never had them before in the 39 years we have lived here.

I got a Valentine yesterday from Patti with a gift card....I love gift cards. My kids are the best!!!

I actually went to a scrapbook store and didn't buy anything....that has to be a first! Dick was waiting in the car and I didn't want to stay there too long. Maybe that is the secret for me not to buy...take Dick Right!!

Well, Kaleigh officially has a cold. She woke up all stuffy this morning along withthe cough.

It is 10 degrees here.

Going to test drive a Ford today for $75. I will test drive anything for $75

Now I am having pain down my right leg. I don't know if it actually sciatica since sometime it goes down the front of my leg, but it shouldn't be doing this at all.

Going to have a mini wine and cheese party tonight to finish the cheese and bread before it goes bad.

Maybe I can help Jerry work on taxes this weekend since we have no other plans. It is wonderful for a change!

Sure was quite around here today....we just got home from scrapbooking. Went to the all day crop and then went to Archivers tonight for a crop until ll......poor Barb...it was way past her bedtime. Criss wants to get our pj's on and crop some more. She is practicing for the all night crop we are going to next month.....

Dick is at the hospital doing his sleep study.....
