LOL sounds like me. I had a dream last night that I thought DD and DS were in the kids club and they were just out and about the ship.

I checked yesterday and there were still a lot of cabins for sale for our cruise. I hope that means we will get upgrades.(we can dream right?) I hope to find out on Monday. If you have a grty check on line on Monday. I heard that is when Disney updates things. Good luck all and have a wonderful weekend! We are going to take a walk down at the Disney Boardwalk.

good to know. i guess i can quit checking the dcl site 5 times a day then and wait till monday. with lots of cabins left, maybe we'll get an upgrade.

Hi, all. I just booked this cruise two weeks ago. I only have 4 weeks now and am a bit stressed trying to learn and plan in only 6 weeks total. I know Disney very well, but have never taken a cruise of any kind, so I have a lot to learn!! To introduce our family: Karen (me, Mom), Ron (Dad), Claire (12), & Jared (8). We are leaving our oldest son at home to run the business while we are gone. We are going to stay at POFQ for 3 days after our cruise for a little mini WDW vacation. I am sure, as the weeks progress, I'll be asking lots of questions, probably in a more and more frantic tone, but I just wanted to say hi to my fellow cruisers.

Welcome to the group, Karen! You are going to love the cruise. We are staying at POFQ before the cruise and my gang is: Beth (me, Mom), Pete (Dad), Mitch (9), and Grant (6). My parents will be on the cruise as well, it will be their first cruise ever. Can't wait!!

Well maybe I shouldn't have checked. How could I have forgotten that we are in an inside room!!! I'm so mad at myself. We had booked a cat 5 or 4 I can't remember..on the 4 night cruise and we had a veranda. We ALWAYS have the veranda room. I forgot that in order to get the "good deal" that we would have to take an inside room. I was just focused on the fact that we would be on a 7 night instead of the 4 night, and forgot about the room situation. We will be in the 6th floor which is great, but I'm hoping they have some upgrades available at the port...cheap upgrades...LOL

I am interested to know about this also. We book the GTY and have stateroom 6319 (Cat. 11 I think) listed right now on our reservations (it just showed up today) could this change again on Monday? Is that what I was understanding from the OP? Or will this be it?


Also, I asked earlier when the schedule changed but I'll ask again. With the schedule change, will the shows still follow the same schedule they have had or will it be tied to the port/ day? (ie. Toy Story = Nassau Golden Mickey = embarkation)

we got our upgrade too. we were a cat 12 also and got moved up to deck 5.

i guess we wont have to pack our oars after all.
good thing, because we would have had a heck of a time getting them in the suitcase.

yep. we always have fun, no matter what.

we too are spending 3 days at wdw after the cruise, but we're staying at the all star music. (the sat. before the cruise we will be staying at the caribbean)

Since this is our 1st cruise I have no clue about these things. Do they usually come out about 4 weeks before? I booked thru AAA so it may take a little longer till they send it to me.

I'm starting to try to get things together a little bit, but don't really have any place to set up the suitcases and start packing, so that will have to wait a little. If I get stuff out too soon it stresses out the cat & dog, cause they seem to know that something is up.

You are almost exactly across from my parents (my mom is the one who made our fish extender I posted earlier). They are in 6634. If you run into her coming or going from her room, you should freak my Mom out if you run into her and tell her you saw her crafty work on the internet. She can barely email. She'd be thinking about that one for hours...better not, LOL!

We got #6521 which is a sideways cabin? Well at least that is the way someone described it on the board...we booked a 12 and this said its an 11 so I am guessing this is good....I am getting so excited!
