Okay, it's 8:54 p.m. my time. Our flight leaves tomorrow at 3:05 p.m. and DH is planning to work at least from 8-12 or 12:30 tomorrow. He has packed NOTHING yet. Not one single thing. He's watching the d#*& baseball game (ahem... Astros 2, Cardinals 0 in the bottom of the 5th) and not packing. I have to let him do it on my timeline, but I warned all of you. It will be one in the morning before he starts, if then!!! More likely it will be one tomorrow afternoon!

PearlandPaige...take deeeeep cleansing breaths. My husband isn't packing until he gets home from work tomorrow. Seven-thirty am.

I'm also going to attempt to wax my upper lip by myself tonight -- in case that reminds someone else of something they have to do.

I have most of my stuff packed...just waiting for a load of laundry to finish so I can pack some comfy clothing for just hanging out. Our flight leaves Philadelphia at 12:55pm tomorrow. We're staying at Pop Century tomorrow night, going to Epcot for the Food and Wine festival and then catching the bus from the Dolphin to the Port on Saturday. If I can find some Mardi Gras beads I'll wear 'em.

I'm intending to come to the DIS meet on Sunday. But I'm really really shy in real life though...so if you see somebody lurking from a distance...it's probably me. Maybe I'll wear my Phillies cap to fit in w/the baseball theme.

Back to packing..back to the boards later.

OK, about 85% packed. The big suitcases are full and closed. Only *little* things left are the last-minute things, mostly along the lines of carryon bags.

Oh, and for those of you at home playing along, it's Cardinals 2, Astros 1 (top of the 7th).

Anyone left on this thread? Am I going to be the last one to leave? Do I have to turn out the lights?

This is probably the last post for me!

I am at Mom's now cause she has to hem Gary's 99 cent dress pants that I got from e-bay!

We are all packed and ready to go..

I get my nails on and an eye brow wax in the morning at 9:00 and then off to the airport by 11:30 am.

I have been so busy getting everything ready that I did not even feed my kid tonight!! OMG! I am a terrible mother..... Oh well she will get to eat plenty on the ship! Just kidding!!

Ok....You all have safe travels and I will see you guys in line to board the Magic!! I have a feeling we will all be lined up at 10:20 with our mardi gras beads on!!

Well It won't be me that's the last to post! This is going to be it for me. All packed except for toothbrush tomorrow am, etc. It's time to plop myself down on the couch, have a glass of wine, then off to dream world as we leave for the airport about 6:00 am. Evelyn... so sorry about your hubby's foot/leg....Hope it wasn't me that jinxed it with my comment about finding you at DIA. I'll be sure to come say Hi if we notice you at the gate. Both my girls will be wearing pink blazer type jackets so if you see something like that...it'll be us. (We Know how to spot you! )

To change the subject a bit, have you tried "threading"? I do that to my eyebrows and upper lip out here, its last for weeks!

Threading is when somebody takes a small string and knots it around each eyebrow hair that is to be removed. Then, the threader yanks up on the thread, pulling all the hair out at once. It's supposed to leave a cleaner line than waxing. Tonight was the first time I tried to wax my brows myself. Threading may be an option for me in the future if my eyebrows ever grow back.

Yeah...I'll be EASILY recognizable on the boat. Shy girl...slinking around...very skinny eyebrows.

I'm waiting for the jeans to dry now so I can pack them. Then, I THINK I'll be done.

In the meantime, time to get into my PJs, put the formal gown into the garment bag (still on the fence about wearing the tiara this year) and try to wind down. TRY.

Officially all done! :thewave: Its 12:30 am in Cali, we have to leave for the airport about 6:30 am for 10 o'clock flight because of the freeway traffic and LAX is such a pain to fly in and out of...

Hey Everyone......if there is anyone left!! We left London, KY last night at 5:30pm and arrived in Hilton Head about 1:30....We are so excited!!

The last couple days I was packing furiously....I agree with Sam.....packed then added some more...yow.....we have 6 suitcases...a record for us!!

Getting ready to leave for the Raddison....and plan on going to Grills tonight. It sounds like others are going to be there...I'll wear my Mardi Gras beads there
