I try to get there as soon as the gates open! This is the first time we will be returning a car to the rental place and then catching a shuttle back to the ship.... so I hope we get back there around 10:30 am! I am not getting Palo brunch ressies so I won't be in line with you...but if you want to find me I may already be in the hot tub at the adult pool at 2pm!:cloud9:

Can't wait!

okay! Alright! You win!

I'm also sailing on Saturday and I've been lurking here for the last few months. There is NOBODY else in my life (besides my husband) who has ANY idea what kind of excitement I'm going through. Except you guys.

So here I am. Late to the party.

Hi.

:crazy2:

Hi Kimberly, and welcome!!!! Why did you wait for so long to join in all the fun after "LURKING" For a couple of months. Really we aren't that SCARY. well maybe some of us!!!. Actually we seem to be very supportive group of Die Hard Disney Fans. TO be honest...I'm not sure how I'm going to survive these next few days without this group. Come meet us on Sunday on Deck 10 at 1:00...or you may spot a lot of us in port on Saturday...just look for the group wearing mardi gras beads.

Forgot to mention, if you want to make sure your table ressies are linked to someone else, you can check on that when you first get on the ship. By going to Tritons last crusie- I was able to find out who our tablemates were and their ages!

Posted on the cruise board!!!!!! :cool1:

The new movie screen is awesome!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My husband drove by the Magic while it is in drydock and he could see a movie actually playing on the pool deck from the interstate! He said he could see it so clearly. They were playing a Disney movie. Yesterday we stopped by the parking lot at the drydock and ran into some Disney employee and they said the movie screen is unbelievable. Just thought I'd pass on the good news. I will be sailing on the Magic Oct. 22 so I will give a first hand full report.
The Magic pulls out tomorrow to head back to Port Canaveral.

Hey if Mr. DBFan is still out there, I need to vent! My Husband just got in so much trouble at work because we didn't use those tickets. I knew this was going to happen. Roger's boss gets seasons tickets at the club level every year and then divides them up amongst the employees...this is the first time we have ever not used them....and boy did he get the brunt of it!!! See Eric...I should have told you they were up for grabs just a little bit sooner, and dear hubby wouldn't be on the bosses #*@% list. Oh well...we have a good 6-8 " snow on the ground and in 3 days I'm headed south...things could be worse!!! :flower:

Sorry to hear about the sinus infections...I always seem to end up with one after vacation. Jen's right... a few fruity drinks and all your congestion will melt away! I'll warn you all now...I've been taking vicodin for the past month and probably will for at least another month until I can have surgery to "fix" me...I'm goofy enough on my own and these babies just kick it up a notch. :teeth:

I'll do my best to behave, though... although that might not be as much fun! :goodvibes

Hello to the newbies...don't be alarmed.. we're harmless (I think) and none of us (not even me) will hold your MLB affiliations against you! :teeth:

Good night all - I gotta pack tomorrow or we'll be hurtin' on Wednesday.

Brenda :goodvibes

PS. Go Cards!! :cheer2:

I also have a sinus infection and of all things I am getting tooth aches!!! Dr. said to take the sinus medicine and it should go away.
Take care!!

Take it from my personal experience: You don't want to have a sinus infection while traveling. One of the worst experiences of my life was when I traveled to Hartford CT with a sinus infection. The cabin air pressure *totally* messed up my head: an unbelievable headache/pain that felt like there was an ever-tightening vice on screwed onto my head. I was completely laid out for a day or two.

If it's a legit sinus infection, get on antibiotics now. If not, do some saltwater rinses between now and your flight, and have a bottle of Afrin handy for the plane trip.

Hey Jamie,

Does this link change on a daily basis? Today I'm looking at a bunch of car headlights instead of the Magic. Sure would like to see her one more time before leaving to pick us all up this weekend.

Nancy ::MickeyMo

That's odd ... I'm seeing the same thing. Lynnie04 originally provided the link a few days ago. Perhaps the 'tower 10' camera rotates around??

Not sure - I saw nothing but Magic for a few days - then today headlights ???
Do we know when she leaves to pick us up ?? :confused3

Hey to all...we spent a full day today at MGM - crowds were not too bad for a holiday. We were able to enjoy everything we were interested in at casual pace. My main reason for posting is; my youngest enjoyed Rock’n Roller Coaster – not once, but twice. Nan and I were unsure if she received the ‘thrill rider’ gene…but it appears the genetic trait was passed to all three of our girls (this proud papa needs a moment and a tissue…talk amongst yourselves…the topic is – rebooking during your cruise - GO) – see below photo

The temperature has risen...but, humidity appears a little lower - can I get a YEE HAW!!! Local news has tomorrow’s heat index at 100 degrees. Man, I thought we would get some relief from the heat.

MK tomorrow - Gotta get some rest…good night to all…Kevin

It must rotate, but I go on it and see the lights of the boat - when I looked earlier today (or yesturday?) it was hard to see because of what looked like rain.

I'm anitbotics and a decongestion med that the doc warned would make me hyper - yeah baby! :Pinkbounc

Dont worry hitomi, my nephew just told me he's wearing eyeliner on pirate night (ala Johnny Depp) & my man will be the one with the earrings (yes, plural) larger than mine... :rolleyes1 If you have anything that says Nightmare before xmas from Japan, I would love to buy it off of you, my 7 year old daughter and her dad love that movie! Our chihuaha is dressing up as Zero for halloween (if I could only get that picture thing correct)

Oh yeah - definitly looking forward to my four hour flight this week...

OK, now I don't have trouble getting to sleep, No, that's not my problem. My problem is that the last 5 days I have been waking up sans alarm clock mind you...4am, 4:30am, 5am, 5:30am...You get the picture. And can I go back to sleep? Sometimes, but that's only if thinking of this Saturday, and my DH husband's snoring aren't competeing too hard with my sleep. Needless to say, THIS morning, Disney & the snoring won. :goodvibes

Also, it could be that I'm going to the spa today for my pedicure & my eyebrow wax. :teeth: Now the BIG question is???? Do I do what I usually do and have them paint my nails w/ Berry Begoda & put cute flowers on my big toes OR do I have them do what I never have done, but I have seen on others & is cute too, Have them do the french manicure on my toes with the cute flower on the big toes??? Decisions, decisions... :confused3

Anyway, enough about me. :)
Glad your having fun Kevin. I like the picture of your family too. :)

Griselda, I pray you feel better. I have only had one sinus infection. I too was on antibiotics & I remember that it was awful. The pain & pressure even effected my upper teeth. :teeth: Lots of pixie dust coming your way & to others that are not feeling quite up to speed. :wizard: :wizard: :wizard:

Oh, my alarm clock just went off. Now I have to sneak & turn it off before my DH knows I'm up & on these boards. Than he will for sure think I'm certifiable. :rotfl: Shhhhhh, I'm even typing quietly. :rotfl2:

-Have a MAGICal day everyone!!!

P.S. 1 week from today we will probably be getting up & ready for our day in St Martin...2 weeks from today we will probabyt be getting up or soon to be getting up & lamenting that 1 week ago we were on a hot, sunny, beautiful St Martin. :sunny:

Here is the news-- DH came home and he was on crutches and a "boot" to encase his right foot. Doctor suggested to keep on for at least two weeks.

So Diane, I think we won't be very hard to miss at the airport. :cheer2: :goodvibes
In addition, since American Airlines did an involuntary change on our return flight we can request a different return flight. So last night I spent my time calling the customer service area and making some changes... :smooth: We got an earlier afternoon flight on Saturday but we go through Chicago and I'm hoping there will be no weather delays. :moped: :cold:

We are going to play it by ear and see if DH can do any of the excursions. He will most likely cancel out of the 12 meter regatta and hopefully he can still do the parasailing and the snorkeling at Trunk Bay. Oh - well this just adds to the adventures of the Paul family :rotfl2: :sunny: :rotfl:

Will wake up the kids... it appears the snow has stopped this morning and believe it or not, the weather forecast is 70 degrees in two days... This is Colorado weather :cloud9:  :umbrella:

By the way, welcome to Kimberly :earboy2: :earsgirl: and Griselda best wishes for a quick recovery -- I can only imagine the pain it must feel with the sinus infection. :guilty:

Evelyn

Sorry to hear about your Dh's foot, Evelyn.

Michelle, hope your toes & foot is better too.

Well, I too have to get the munchkins up & ready for school. Of course we don't have 6+ inches of snow to drive thru. Evelyn, here I thought only Minnesota had the rollercoaster weather. :teeth:

So excited!! :cool1: 3 more days!! yippee......... :cheer2:

Jen,

Do the flower on the big toe!! cute! :flower:

I am painting my toes a samon color since my formal dress is samon! They will be pretty with my "Bratz Shoes"!! that is what my DD calls them! I hope I don't break my neck!! :rotfl: We better have smooth sailing on formal night!

I am getting nails put on Friday morning..."French manicure"!

Have a good day! :goodvibes
