You're girls are darling!!!!!! I can't believe he would make such a joke with the little ones. Poor things. Older kids can probably get the joke, but not kids in K.
My kids were 40 minutes late coming home yesterday. Their bus broke down on the street behind ours. They could see our cul-de-sac from the bus, but they wouldn't let any kids off, whose stop wasn't on that street. So in 92 degree heat, no A/C, they sat in the bus for 25 minutes waiting for a replacement bus. One kids mom came to the bus, and the bus driver wouldn't let him off either. I would have been so ticked if that was my kid. I thought it was stupid anyway, these are high school/middle school kids and she knows darn well they live on the next block, she's driven my son for 3 years already.
Totally off topic, anyone an IPod fan? I've been waiting to upgrade for the new touch screen, but now it's out and it's only 16GB, so my movies wouldn't even fit. But it's soooooooooo dang cool!!!

I love all of the pictures. We've been back in school for 4 weeks now. We started Aug. 2nd, and will get a break the week of Columbus day. I'm counting down the days until we leave for WDW (30 as of today). I had 27 in my 4th grade class (including inclusion students), but now am down to 21 since they added an additional unit. It makes such a difference having 6 fewer students. My youngest just turned 9 and it is hitting me how he is not little anymore. We went to Auburn to see the Auburn/Kansas St. game this weekend and it hit me that my oldest son would be there in 6 years. The only good thing is that my brother-in-law and his family live there, so I'll have someone to keep an eye on my son when he gets there. Hope everyone has a great rest of the week. I'm enjoying reading about everyone's trips. I just wish I had more time to post. Take care everyone.

Hi Everyone! I just found these boards today! What a newbie, I know! Some friends and us just booked this cruise yesterday! This will be my first time to cruise and we are so excited!
I think I need some help with the lingo of these posts! If I am understanding this right.....Our passenger list consists of me DW, DH, and Twin DS's age 10 by cruise time.

I noticed 3sons is from Alabama also!

Any help and hints will be appreciated! We have plenty of time to wait don't we!!!!

Just checking in on the "Yes, we are alive!" list! Everything is crazy around here, with the kids finally all back to school, soccer, drum lessons, dance, swimming, gymnastics, trying to sell our house, packing to move to the new house, plus remodeling the kitchen and bathroom in the new house, JEEEESH!!!! Hopefully, all be settled and done by the time October '08 rolls around! Hope all is well with everyone!

Sorry all, I have not been on in a while. I feel like since school has started I have less time now then I did when they were home with me all day...LOL!!!!!
Between soccer, PTA, etc.. I feel like all I do is run and run.
I am doing the school newsletter and never thought it would be as much work as it has been..UGH!!!!!!

But on the upside we leave for WDW in three days. WOW!!! We leave early early Thurs. Morning. YIPEE!!! Can not wait for ten whole days away from it all. Then we are going to go back for April vacation too.....I hope it is nice and restfull for us...LOL!!!!

It's been awhile since I've posted. It's been really hectic around here between school, church, my DDs tennis team, my other DDs horseback riding team, trips to the doctor, dentist and orthodontist.

Looks like everyone else has been very busy also. I hope everyone is doing well. We can't wait to sail and meet everyone in person!
