Hello all!!! Just wanted to pop in and say hi!!!!
I just finished meeting with my friend and we set things up for tonight. I rinsed the strawberries, and in a few minutes I will start decorating them!!
So far, the day has been kind of crazy!! I came home to message on my machine from my friend who is doing the girls hair and make up, and she said, I'll see you at 4:30.......we have to be out the door by 5:30!!
So I called her back (we are now playing phone tag) to ask her to be here at 4. Hopefully I can get a hold of her soon!!

Hi everyone! A busy weekend here - DD16's show opens tonight and I'll be there both tonight and tomorrow night. I can't wait to see it- she''s been working so hard.

Candy- Can't wait to hear about your night. Our prom is in two weeks so I have some time to plan.

DH is heading to the cabin this weekend with DS14 to put our boat and jet ski in the water. And the ice just went out last weekend!

Hi guys!

I've been tring to catch up on all the chit chat.

Had a busy week. Started off with my 3yr. daughter, Brooke, on Sunday. She had a few sips of Powerade (orange) and she started breakingout in hives on her face. Then her eyes started to swell and hive up, so I quickly gave her 2 teaspoons of benedryl and Thank heavens that did the trick. She had no allergies, but she had a reaction to that! Little scary thou.
Then my oldest, Makenzie, got sick on monday so she missed school. She was better on Tuesday sos he went to school. She celebrated her 9th birthday on wednesday.
Then on Thursday, the kids had a spring carnival at school in with I did cotton candy for 2 hours. I had taht stuff everywhere! It was pretty funny. We all had fun though. Now I have to go take the oldest to brownies. The other two will stay home with dad.

Just wanted to pop in!

Candy, I hope we can see pictures! How fun! My step daughters prom in next week.

Busy weekend here too. Have to leave by 8:15 to get Alexa to her dance rehearsal. I am having breakfast with an old friend while she is there. Then we come home, have a quick lunch, they take my son and 2 friends to see Iron Man, since it's his 15th birthday tomorrow. Then we take them all to dinner and come home and go to bed. Then Sunday it's off to brunch at the snooty country club, then home, get dd ready for her 2 dance recitals, take off in 2 cars for them, since we only watch one, so the boys come home after we take her to scarf a quick dinner, and I hang out in the city waiting for her to be done with recital number 2. This is without a doubt, the busiest weekend of my year!

Sick kids are such a drag, mine have been quite healthy the last couple of years!
