Been a busy weekend, but today calmed down a little. I have to take my suburban to get tires brakes and front end aligned tomorrow ching ching!!!

Good news!! I only had to do tires!! Alignment was good and brakes are good, so I got out for a little less than $800. Beats $1200!!!! Now I can buy an extra tank of gas!!!

Hi yall

Looks like everybody's got something, dry, rain whathaveyou. Who'd like a tornado? Apparently there have 2 in my neck of the woods today. Got all the local channels covering them now. One apparently at Norfolk Naval Station and another across the river in Suffolk, that 1 was a doozy. Just rain at my house for the moment, doesn't seem too ominous here fortunately.

Oh no!!!! I hope the weather cooperates for you Maureen!!!!!

We took our cans and bottles in for recycling today and swept and hosed down our patio area and watered front and back lawns.....would have done more if it weren't so stinkin hot!!!!

I'm getting ready to jump on the treadmill....I lost 4 pounds last week!!!!
Going to keep trying to lose more, I have a ways to go!!

I changed my mind.....I'm going on the treadmill after dinner tonight instead, maybe I can work off some of the food I'm going to eat!! LOL

Hey guess what!!!!!
In less then 2 weeks the Magic will be leaving Port Canaveral and on it's way here to L.A.!!!!

That means I will be able to drive down to San Pedro and see her in person and take pictures of her!!
I can't wait!! I already told my family we were all doing it together!! Of course the girls are not that thrilled about being stuck with their parents, but they'll have to get over it!!! LOL
When we went on our cruise in March, we were mapping out which would be the best place to see the Magic at the port!!! I think we have it figured out and I should get some good pictures!!!!

The nice thing about going when we are is we will be on the Magic a week after coming off of drydock!!!!
I think that's perfect timing because she'll be like new and she should be totally finished!!!! The cruise right before us might have to put up with some finishing touch work!!!!

that's right!!!!!!! we almost booked for the first cruise after dry dock but from reading the DIS I knew that there might be some more work done for that cruise so we booked for this one....
