Thank you so much!! I had one mom call today and she asked, "what time are you setting up?" I told her 6 tomorrow night. She said, "Oh good! Well, I'll be there. I want to help and do whatever you need me to. It's not fair that you have done everything so far" I just wanted to reach through the phone and hug her! Everyone else is saying stuff like, It's home opener for ball, it's our first soccer game, blah, blah, blah. One mom said, "My son has a soccer game" I asked what time? She said, 11. I said, "So you'll be done by 12 or 1230, so you could help at 1 for an hour?" She was DUMBFOUNDED!! And of course said, "Ah, yeah, I guess I could" I am tired of excuses!!! Step up and help....PLEASE!

You should be calling it Michelle's carnival. At least one or two moms helping is better than none but you might want to turn on the guilt trip a bit then ask for forgiveness Sunday morning LOL
