One cake mix will fill one 9x13. You could either cut the 9x13 in half lengthwise, after it cools, to make 2 layers, or make 2 cake mixes and make 2 9x13's...but that would be a LOT of cake. If you should cut the cake and ice it, you might need extra icing too. I always just make my 9x13 and leave it in the pan. Makes for easy storage too.

Kristin the last few days I have become addicted to the canal site ask Nancy. Oh the things that amuse small minds LOL

Good idea. I'm going to make it from scratch so we will see how much it makes... Thanks, I usually do it from a box but the kids want to cut up all of the carrotts tomorrow morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then tell him and he turns the guy and says, We're ya Gellin'? And the guy says, Yeah, I was! and the cop says, Gellin' like a Felon! Let's go!
