Not to scare you off but I wish I had someone to tell me what a mess it was going to be!!!!!!!!!

Oh, I could have told you that......ours affected our whole house, the girls moved into the living room......for awhile, we were living out of 2 rooms and a bathroom, and we could NOT get away from the dust!!!

Unfortunately my home theatre is in our family room which considered one of those great rooms that opens up into the kitchen!!
I wish I had a basement....then we could put our pool table in the house instead of the garage!! But I don't think basements would do too well here in earthquake country!

My great room opens into my kitchen too..
Oh,, no basements would not do too well there...It is like Florida and hurricanes!!!!!!

We are actually working on a home theater.... I have the tv and the surround system, just need the chairs, which we have picked out and time to redo the den, and ....BAM!!!...oh sorry, thats food network talk.... anyway...

Anybody here a computer geek?? I am building a "screaming picture computer" for my digital photography. Although I don't know when I would work on them, I can't get off of the dis long enough!!

Just make sure you cover everything with plastic.....especially when they put in the drywall...UGH!!!! That's when the dust gets really bad!!

Our yard was really bad too.....but now we have a nice green grassy backyard and the mess is a distant memory!!

Steve says to scrap the minifridge and just go with the BeerMeister and just keep it on tap! He says "You can pull a tall cold one, right from your armchair" Men..they all think alike. We too, have the 65" tv, but it's in the family room and can be seen from across the street!

no I wouldn't have to do that LOL
the closest we've lived to Toronto was Kitchener LOL
it would be an adjustment for sure! we'll see what happens first I guess LOL
