Anyone for chocolate Lava Cake:::??

4 Squares of baker's chocolate
1 stick of butter
1 cup of confec. sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
6 TBSP. Flour

Microwave butter and chocolate. Whisk in sugar, blend in eggs..
Bake at 425

No work for me today! Their daughter is competing in Murpheesboro, TN in a National Horse Show! It'll take about 7 hours to drive there and I think she said she competes tonight, as well as all weekend.

Kristin, what size dish does that recipe make? Just one ramekin? For some reason, it seems there should be more to it, but I guess if it's a single serving, that might be right. Also, does it bake in a water bath? HHmmm......

Okay, off to start our day!

Its friday and I'm off the weekend :

Have no idea what's up for this weekend. If anything. May just hang around the house. Gotta clean stuff at some point today. I haven't really done the bedroom in awhile except for the sheets so I should probably start there

Michele: So glad you have the day off. Does the family do horse shows often? or is she just starting? They ever do the Devon Horse Show in PA? That is a nationally ranked show as well. Had a cousin who competed.

we had both ours (they were the mini ones) and they were SO good, but I did like the chocolate one alot better, go figure!!! LOL

Which other flavor did you have? I tasted Banana at the store and it was amazing! I bought banana, chocolate and coconut, which will probably be all mine cuz no one else at my house likes coconut LOL! Too bad...

we also had banana.....very good, but not as good as chocolate!!! we also tried the banana one at the store!
