I have just started hearing about Twilight, anyone want to fill me in further? I know vampires. I know ds's girlfriend LOVES them, he said she brought book 1 to school yesterday and re-read for the 100th time, and got about 3/4 through it again, before the end of the day. I also know Cedric from Harry Potter is in the movie. Should I be reading these too? Alexa is 12, can she read them? Although I think the thought of Vampires freak her out.

Good Morning to everyone one the thread-
Kristin - I sent my box yesterday!!!! I sent it UPS (out of loyalty - my husband is a pilot for UPS ) and they told me it would get there on Monday.
I was happy until I started thinking I hope they don't lose it while it waits for our cruise date (I'm sure it will be fine)

Hi Erika! OMG, I was going nuts this week. We were at the game Tuesday night and turned down tickets for Wed. because it's so draining! LOL Last night's game was fabulous. Now just 3 against KC!!!

My DD17 read all the Twilight books and LOVES them. Funny thing is when the last one was released this summer, we heard the lines and B&N were filled with moms who love the series as well! DD said all these "soccer moms" were lined up in front of her friends.

The girl she nannies for is 12/13 and has also read all of them. I may start the series once I get my mom moved to the cities and a few other major projects out of the way. Maybe I'll bring one on the cruise!

WOW only officially 2 weeks left I think we are all so excited!!

Nancy- Sorry to hear about your computer going Kaput...that isnt very good...Im glad that you have hubby's that you can use to get on with!!

Christopher's tux arrived yesterday that I ordered (I got off of ebay brand new for $17 total!!! I was so happy. I tried it on him last night and he is sooo cute (of course i am biased) But I took pics to share with you all...This is my cutie with his Tux for Formal night...He asked me when I tried it on him "Am I a pirate??" I told him Nope...wearing this you are a Prince!!...he liked that idea...but of course he was more than happy to get back into his night clothes (that is my child of course...will forgo looking good for comfort)

Thank you Kristin...Im so glad that I went ahead and bought him a tux, because its hard for little boys to have 2 levels of dressy...formal and semi-formal without a tux...if I didnt get that he would probably look the same both nights..just his suit(s) but at least now I feel like he would be one level classier

I dont know why it even matters to me about the suit & Tux...doesnt really matter honestly...I just think because I never get to see Chris that dressed up fancy so I wanted to see it on the cruise It shouldnt matter to me though because food is going to decorate both the suit and tux both quite nicely after dinner each night
