I sent you a PM!!

Thanks for the advice about the Waterparks.

We had decided to go to Blizzard Beach, but . . . . . . . . . . .

Just checked and it is closed for refurbishment until October 26th.

Guess it's Cape May for breakfast on Friday morning and off to Typhoon Lagoon afterwards.

I shipped mine Friday and it was delivered today. I was afraid if I waited until this Thursday or Friday, it wouldn't get there..

Mine shipped yesterday (Monday) and according to tracking will arrive tomorrow (Wed)

CRUISE CONCERN !!!!!

OK. We have three cruises under our belts, but they have all been short three nighters on RCL. Being a seven nighter, I'm concerned that we will forget something and will regret it big time, soooooo....

If everyone would please give us your top three things to not forget to bring/pack, this will be a good reminder.

Our first three:

One dollar bills for tips
Extra camera batteries/charger/memory
Suntan lotion or aloe vera for sunburns

If everyone contributes three I believe it could help us or someone else. If it just helps one person it would be worth it!!!!

TIA...Randy

RISE AND SHINE PARROTHEADS!!!!

It's WEDNESSSSSSSSDDDDAAAAYYYYY!!!!

Just 8 more sleeps!! YEAH!

Kristin, yeah, I typed the letter because each boy has like 7 teachers. I wasn't going to handwrite that many letters!

Maureen, sorry!! I just can't stay up late! Well, On the cruise I can, but I can sleep when I get home. (or by the pool or on deck 4 or deck 7...)

Randy, Just THREE things to not forget?? HHmm....medication, (we learned that is a tragic mistake when we went to the beach this summer!), ahhh, bathing suit! Don't want to swim in my birthday suit! and......UNDERWEAR!! Commando might be okay for some folks, but this lady likes her undergarmets! Seriously, Meds, documents...cruise papers, passports etc, and a power strip for in the cabin. There are not a lot of outlets, so this adds a bunch!

Okay, gotta get these boys to the bus! Connor has a scrimmage tonight, then no practice on thurs and friday!!!! Thursday is the middle school homecoming, so we will go to the game.

Have a MAGICal Day!!!!!!! :wizard:

Hope this helps!!!

Off to work, see y'all later!!!

Good Morning everyone! This is going to be an odd day. I've got so much to do. I'll try to stop by and say Howdy. You guys all have a wonderful day.

Hi Again,
Thanks for letting me jump right in guys! Someone had mentioned an official website with planned activities and such...does anyone have the link for that? This is so great, we have been so excited for this trip, and now it seems even more exciting...I didnt think that was even possible! lol

Also...kind of a random question...can you purchase bottles of wine from the bar or room service to drink in your room...I really want to take advantage of this verandah!

Welcome to the group!

We usually bring our own-much cheaper. Don't forget the opener-we did the first cruise and had to borrow from somewhere. We also usually bring our own bottled water along with a Brita pitcher. My kids are kinda picky with their water.

Good morning all-

I can't believe how close we are to the cruise. Have alot to do today. Just wanted to say a quick hello. My weekend is pretty much booked already, so I really need to finish up the packing during the week. We're taking the kids to Disney on Ice Saturday and they also have bowling.

CRUISE QUESTION
Are we supposed to be wearing the parrothead shirts on embarkation day? Are we meeting before Sail Away?

Oh Michele,

Good idea then with seven teachers that you typed it out.. I sent my note in today....

Randy,

The link Allen posted is great but heck lets see what others here have to say as well:

Three ideas for you:Power Strip or extension cord, there are not that many plugs in the room to charge, cameras etc...
A small night light the rooms are really dark and it is helpful to have something to be able to see if you get up in the night
Mugs like the WDW resorts have. This way it is easier to fill up your drink at the drinks stations. ( I know now they want you to use their small paper cups but you can pour it into your mug. Their cups are small.

I think we had decided to meet by the pool before Sail Away kind of informal since many of us said our kids had wanted to swim. I think some of us are wearing the shirts to board and others are putting them on after we board. Do whatever you feel comfortable with.

GOOD MORNING MAGIC CRUISERS!!!!

best played in the Ty Pennington voice that's stuck in my head LOL

Michele, I hear ya about staying up late. I was born a nightowl, but my Target hours have changed all that. As long as you're up late on the ship, its cool. Would hate to see you fall asleep at the table during the salad course:rotfl:

Candy, 3 things must have hmmmmm... since I'm a first timer not sure i have 3. But here goes:
Hat to protect against the sun
Advil, Phayzyme, and immodium for medicine kit
Water bottle for toting around the ship. Found out about the paper cups last night reading some thread.

good morning everyone!!!!!!!!!!! wow 10 days left:banana:
