it was awefull....and scary LOL at some point the car was just floating on top the water on the road because there was just SO much rain coming down!!!

Shauna, Canadians don't have accents, you Americans do

Yea I guess that is mostly true....we have so many accents that it isnt even funny. Somewhere a long the line my son has picked up a country accent Its so cute though...instead of WHAT he says WUTT, and just certain words its more noticable. Although I did live in Mississippi off and on my whole life UGH I wont go there though with that...but that is probably where he has picked it up from me. Although i honestly dont think that I have that much accent anymore

hubby and his family are originally from Michigan so they probably have a little accent as well

Mike and my dad have gone to Chic Fil A to pick up some lunch Chris and myself slept in because we are still on Vegas time I am hoping though that today I can get some things printed up That will make me happier knowing that I am one step closer to the cruise

OH GOODY!!! Another GPS junkie!!! My GPS goes almost everywhere I do. I always take it on the cruise, because I just have to know where I am. I know... I'll have to talk to Randy about it!!!

I don't know about your GPS, but if I use mine on the cruise, all it will show me is a screen of blue

We are taking ours too, since we are going from the airport to Cape Canaveral and then the hotel, so it will definitely help with directions. And then Saturday, it'll help me find the rental place to return our car.

Good Afternoon Everyone!!!

we left the house at 745am for the boys dentist appts and did not get home until 2pm! We have run all day, and it's not over yet! we went to lunch with a friend and her kids to a Mexican place. Here it is almost 4 and I should be starting dinner, but no one is hungry! we did this yesterday and ended up eating at 9pm.

Maureen, can I just say, I don't miss working in retail? I am sorry you had a bad week!! Just a few more to go and we'll be on vacation!!!!!

Judy, thanks for the link! I ended up ordering from Magnet Valley. They too, take PayPal, but i just used a card. I guess I should have used PP since I had never bought from them.

Gina, Nancy and Candy, LOVED all the photos!!! I would do the zipline! Looks like fun to me!

Hey everyone! Our pirates costumes arrived today. Merkie's and mine both fit really well. I sure hope you all dress up to. I'd love to get a picture of a group of us dressed in pirate costumes.

My FE came today to, but it's at the post office and I have to go pick it up tomorrow. I can't wait to see it.

I found Merkie another swimsuit on line last night.

Now, all we need are dresses for formal night and the FE gifts. I know what I am getting for the gift, I am just waiting for Labor Day weekend and hoping for a sale.

Hey Gail- We are definantly dressing up for pirate night in our family...I have Christopher's outfit and Mikes and I had one but it was way too small so I had to send it back and get a new one...the new ones arrived today so I have to try them on as well now to make sure they fit. But we are dressing up It would make for GREAT photos wouldnt it?

I got almost everything printed out today I just have maybe one or two more things to print out but I got my t-shirt transfers printed out, now I just have to iron them on the t-shirts so maybe tonight
I am determined to get everything printed out and sorted out before the end of the weekend. Then next week i will start packing what I can for the cruise

That zipline looked AWESOME but I am not that brave...I would love to try it one day but they would have to secure me in with ropes or something

Oh we tried to go out today to the bookstore and Target and oh my goodness it is FLOODED everywhere!! I took pics that I will download from my phone when I get back home (at DMIL'S house for dinner now) but thank goodness we have a Jeep and were able to get thru. We saw many cars stalled in the water though! It was DEEP!! And the bad part is that it is still raining It was really a lot worse than I thought it was out there...with the flooding

So whats for dinner everyone? We are having home made Nachos YUMMY!!

Hello and welcome home! I's so glad you are dressing up. I asked once before if anyone was going to. Only one person responded and she said she wasn't sure if her family was or not. I am so much more pleased with this costume than I was with mine from the last cruise.

Good Evening All!

We are back from football, Connor is in the shower and Colton started making speghetti! He is learning to cook, sort of out of necessity. I am sure things will get better on Tuesday when school starts! I'll work until 230, have dinner at 4, the bus gets here at 4, so they will eat right away. Hopefully, Connor will be able to eat and get his homework done by 5, since we will have to be out the door by about 530 to make practice by 6. Then it gets over at 8, rush home to shower, snack and finish homework. In the ideal world, I would like him to be in bed by 9, but I don't see that happening!!!!!!
