Gina,

Give me a hollar this afternoon if you have time!!!!!!!!!!

I thought of that when I read the sign.... hmmm wonder what the curds are like, I'd try them. LOL

I'll let you know!

Michele, most people probably don't get Spam booths, but since Spam is a MN food and we have one of the largest fairs in the country, it fits right in! And LOL, I did not even notice it said Ice Cold "Pop"!!!!

Hey,, Erika!!!!!!!!

Hey guys! I just reserved seats for Merkie and me on the 10:00 shuttle from the Radisson to Port Canaveral. I know that is early, but we did this the last time and we were one of the first allowed in. We walked straight up to the counter and signed in, took lots of pictures before the crowds arrived, grabbed a seat and watched cartoons. Then when the started letting people board, we were able to jump in line and, head to the buffet and then to the Mickey Pool. Merkie loved it!!!!

I just can't wait to get there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we have 8am ressies at Kona Cafe that morning. I have been DYING to try the tonga toast and kona coffee that is ever so popular! I thought this would be a good time to try them! Since we'll be packed and ready to go, we'll leave as soon as we are done eating. I expect we'll be to port between 10 and 1030, then Steve will drop us off with the luggage and return on the rental shuttle. I am not sure how hungry we'll be after a big breakfast, but I know swimming in the pool is part of the plan once we board! Last time we ate at Parrot Cay. Maybe this time we'll do Topsiders for a lighter fare.

I think that is where we plan on eating too Michele!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's actualy called cretons and the link Allen refered to was from wikipedia. I deleted it because I was afraid of people hurling. It's sooo good. Vegans would curse me, health nuts would spit on me. There's probably a zillion grams of cholesteral in every serving.

Huh, the link that I found on Wikipedia actally sounds good to me! :confused3 As Emeril LaGasse always says, "Pork Fat Rules!"

Afternoon all!!!!!
How is everyone doing today???????
Just wanted to pop in and say Hi...................Hi!!!!! LOL
Randy and I are going to a 90 minute presentation for our timeshare at 2:00!!!
We are supposed to get some kind of gifts!!!!!
I hope everyone is having a great day!!!!!!!
I'll check in later!!!!!

Great! Sounds like we will have time to hang out before we board. We will probably have our Dis shirts on. Some people posted that they did not want to wear these the first day because of the embarkation photo. We need to come up with something for us all to do so that we can recognize each other at the port. Any ideas?

We will definitely watch for you. As for a meeting place, I was there only once. All I can remember are all the seats with televisions that you can watch. There was the model of the ship, but not seats around it. It seems that there was a shop, or little restaurant. If you want to set a certain place, just let me know where. It will be easy to recogize me. I'll be the one smiling so big that all you'll see is teeth!:rotfl:

I'm just going on a hunch here but I'm guessing unless we get there really early the area around the model of the ship is going to be packed. Since there are a lot of kidlets on the cruise we could start by the television area and move on from there.
If you send your pic to Nancy or Kristin, they will add it to the website. A lot of us are doing this since we can't all meet beforehand. It helps put a face to the person. There are lots of pics there already

The only pictures we take seriously on the ship are Formal night, and one other casual night we have our "family photo" made. Since they basically force you into the embarkation picture, I want it to be very informal and fun!

I purposely omitted that part! Once we get through this hurdle I can introduce everyone to more French Canadian foods. Like, poutine and sugar pie LOL!!!
