What are our chances of booking a 2 bedroom at BCV or OKW for Oct 14-18 at the 7-month mark?

We have gone the last couple of years at that time and I do not usually have any trouble getting what I want at the 7 month window. And we have stayed at VWL couple of times, and BCV. Remember if you can be flexible it helps. If that is around Columbus day the chances may not be as good.

In fact, I'll be calling in March to see about a 1 bdroom around that same time.

You'll never know until you try.

We have gone the past few years during the Columbus Day weekend. I usually forget to call until about 5 months out.

Each time we were given a choice of OKW or SSR.

As long as your are flexible I think you will be fine if you call at 7 months.

OKW your chances are good. For BCV I would say the chances are poor as it is a "walk in" to the Food & Wine Fest. Small resort and fills up quickly that time of year. You probably could get it with the waitlist.

The last two years we have booked at the seven month window for BCV and WLV and both times gotten a two-bedroom with no problem. The one at the WL was a lock-off but that was fine. October has been fine for us, but I guess every year is different. Good luck!

This past Oct 4-8, I was given availability for a 2 bedroom at every DVC resort except BCV. And I only called about 8 weeks prior. We went with VWL, but reserved a studio instead as dh and ds decided not to come (school/work commitments). But there were 2 bedrooms available.
