I'm keen to know as to how busy the parks will be at DLP in the Oct school holidays - we are going from the Saturday 19th to Tuesday 22nd. I know it's hard to base this on previous years as there is now a new park - how long have you queued for rides at this time of year.

Also says in the Cresta brochure that you can prebook one breakfast in Fantasyland and take advantage of getting in there before the park opens (if staying 'on site') - what I'm really asking is can you wolf down your breakfast and have the rides to yourself for a little while?

breakfast in Fantasyland is a continental breakfast. Crossiants, youghurts etc. You just help yourself from a buffet.

You can enter the park an hour before it opens, and you certainly don't need an hour to eat.

The rides don't actually start until opening time, but you will be at the back of the park, when everyone is coming in the front, so you will be at the front of the queues.

When we were there, in November, it was pretty quiet anyway. But we got on 3 or 4 rides pretty much on our own. Katie was certainly the only person on the carosuel, and I think we did Dumbo and Pirates pretty much straight away.

Hi Sue

We shall be in France from Monday 21st October to Friday 25th October but we shall be staying off site. We've got 3 day hopper tickets from Keith Prowse.

have never been before in October so am hoping for short queues like you.

Hve previously visited in June & August.

Even in August we didn't think the queues wer e too bad & we got on all the ride we wanted to. Though October has shorter opening hours, of course.

Remember that DLP has fast track tickets too, though not on as many rides.

Be warned the tickets for Peter pans flight run out very quickly.

Not sure if there's the info you'd like here !!!! but have a great holiday.

We went to DLP 2 years ago on the last weekend in Oct (Thurs to Mon) and the crowds were terrible, probably due to Halloween things though. On the Mon the park was closed due to storms and we didnt think we were going to get home! Mid week should be a lot quieter but it really surprised us as we go to Florida for Presidents Day and it was as busy as that if not worse!
