Oct - Dec 2006 Disney VISA discounts question

Does anyone remember what types of package discounts were offered to Disney VISA holders and/or general public for last Oct/Nov/Dec? Did the discounts pertain to ticket upgrades, room savings, free dining or what?

I was looking at the historical trends for discounts on mousesavers and noticed that package discounts for Disney Rewards Visa cardholders traveling from 10/1/06-12/23/06 became available on 8/14/06. A few days later, there were general public package discounts made available for the same travel dates. Does anyone remember the particulars?

It was 20% off the room for deluxes...

Maybe they'll do it again - any discount is better than no discount!

We stayed at POFQ, and it was around 20 % off the rack rate as well. I think we paid $144 per night with taxes. It was better than the AAA discount, that much I know.
