Greeting from Colombia!

Had a second to check my e-mail. The internet on the ship is slower then cold tar running up hill!

We had quite the adventure in Colombia today. We had a blast at the mud volcano!

We're on our way to Panama now...should be an interesting port.

I can't believe our cruise is almost half over!

Denise, sorry to hear Heather is moving to Korea.

Greg, I am so happy to hear that buying me a gift in columbia was such an adventure!!!! I cant wait to see what you got me!!

Actually she is not "moving" to Korea she will just be "deployed" there for a year!!!! Moving sounds way to permanet.....

OMG, I don't know how I am going to make it 1 year, 6 months, 4 weeks and 1 day...wait a minute isn't 4 weeks and 1 day a month????

Well I just received some bad news....
Heather is being deployed to Korea for a year....she's not going until January, but has to leave Isabella home with daddy...who will be stationed at Ft Lewis Washington (state). Now I have to work out with daddy, some time to bring her here for a little while...

So needless to say, I'm not real happy right now.

Hypothetically, if she wanted to ... is she allowed to take Izzy with her? Just wondering.

still freezing here. 35 today and rain and wind is coming back later today after a few brief hours of not raining.

Greeting from Panama!

Our internet seems to be running much faster today. Was able to get all my work done this morning before we left on our excursion. The Panama canal is quite a piece of engineering!! We also got to see the new locks they are building....very large!

The kids got to experience their first "true" tropical rain storm today. It rained so hard to couldn't see more then 10 feet in front of you. I think they said it was raining more then 2 inches an hour!!....crazy!

Well....back to relaxing and having fun!

maybe thats my problem I am living in a rainforest and thats why its been raining so hard for the past few days.

Glad your having fun. Did you have rain gear on or did you get soaked all over?
Hope you took pictures of you guys in the mud volcano, I want to see that

Yes she is...however she would then have to stay for 2 years instead of 1, plus the base is in the Northern end of South Korea...very close to North Korea border...so she dosnt want her there. Pluse, she dosnt want to be there for 2 years. So, talking with Heather last nite...she is time spliting with me and daddy...we each have her for 6 months.....so it wont be that bad...now trying to figure out if I have enough strength to handle a 2 year old Oh there is also another downside to this.....we may have to cancel the cruise since I get her the 2nd half of the 6 months...which will bring us into october....will see what happens....hopefully we can still make the cruise.

A beautiful sunny warm day here....high was 75....ahhhhh feels almost like summer.....

Still cold and nasty here. I cant believe it's April 1st today.
Wish I had an April fools joke to play on everyone but I dont.

This week is almost over which means this cruise is one week closer.

Anybody have plans for the weekend??

No plans here, its suppose to dump rain all weekend.

The Chinese lady won a senior beauty contest and is gone now. She has moved into the playboy mansion with Hugh and it going to pose for some sexy photos if the camera doesnt break.

I am here everyday and not even sure if we will cruise. So surely you and the Mrs.'s can stop by a bit more often.

You need to recruit more nanaheads for this cruise too.

We're baaaaaaccck

Had a nice trip. Weather was beautiful. Bay Lake Tower was gorgeous. What a great resort. DVC is improving their resorts with each one. We heard that the next on the horizon for DVC is a resort at Grand Floridian. Nothing official but heard it from several sources. Wouldn't that be cool?

Lizzie's arm is better. They took off the cast and didn't have to recast ! It seems to be getting better every day.

So on to our trip. Believe it or not, I forgot the camera! Left it sitting on the kitchen island. So we bought some disposable cameras and once I get a CD with the photos I'll be able to post. Also took some iphone pix so I will upload those soon too.

We got to see Wendy and Judy at the airport, at Epcot and at the GF. It was great catching up!

We also got to spend one afternoon with Pat, Steve, Esther, Stephen and the kids. We had a great great time. Lizzie and Stacey were once again fast friends and Emily had fun with Cullen and played "mommy" to Laura. Just great seeing old friends and to find out that they will be on the Nanahead sailing in November 2010. Now we will too.

By the time Tuesday rolled around the parks were mobbed - really more so than we have ever seen. Thought that Christmas week was nuts but this was even worse. I doubt that we will go during spring break again as it was just too much. We still had a great time by getting into the park early, using fast passes, and getting out.

The pool at Bay Lake was great and the Top of the World Lounge was amazing! All in all a good trip. Great dinners at Narcoosees and 1900 Park Fare as well as Whispering Canyon and a breakfast at Chef Mickey's.
