Next year is going to kill us with all of our vactions. Thank goodness we are DVC!!! Vikki and i decided that we are going to pay for this cruise using points.

Not only are we planning to go with the other family that have never been to disney, but my mother want to go to Alaska, we have a relative that is getting married in Cancun, and I won a credit for a dive trip to either Grand Cayman or Bahamas. But with the dive trip, I need to pay for air for two and half of Vikki's ticket. So I am not sure if we are going to do that trip unless the money tree starts working in the back yard ,lol

We dont get another BIG vacation until our Cruise.

But we do get our MNSSHP/Family Reunion THis October

And we have decided our Summer Vacation NExt year will be
Fly to Washing DC See Our families...Drive to New York City spend a couple days there
Drive to Sandusky Ohio Go to Cedar Point
Fly to Mall of America and Buy School clothes and then Fly back Home.

Hello all! Having a nice, lazy Labor Day (so far). Very expensive one though... $500 in new tires and service for the car. Spent a ton of $ at Ikea yesterday. If you've never been, take it from me and don't go!!! I'm convinced that they modeled this place on hell itself. And then you have to put all the stuff together. So today I'm determined to take it easy and try to forget about that place and all the time spent assembling the stuff I bought. Hope you all have a good one too!

Yeah today we are lazin' by the pool. I spent a lot of time making my RCCL spreadsheet yesterday. Tough time with the menus. CC isn't as good as the Dis with that one. And their Compass (the RCCL version of the Navigator) is NOT as good as DCL's Navigator. So it has taken a lot of work to figure out what days we want to do the specialty restaurants (and we aren't totally sure yet since there are about 4 menus I was not able to pinpoint so I will have to wait until the IOS returns to the Caribbean in Dec---and by then it will be too late, so we'll have to take a guess. )

HAPPY LABOR DAY EVERY ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My baby Bella is doing GREAT!

She barely poops or pees in the house.

She did gain 8 oz....

And she is sleeping wiht me on the couch most of the night then about 4 am i put he in her cage and go to bed..........

CAGE.....we are teaching he is called CASTLE.....So we are teaching her to go to her castle!

Our older dog goes to his cage when ever we ask so we didnt want to confuse him, so we called hers CASTLE....fitting i think!

I have visitd IKEA once and that store is sooooo huge....we actualy ate in their cafeteria. Good food!

We only have 6 weks until our family reunion....Mnsshp Trip and i have been working on costumes and menus and itneraries....

Yeah us too...I can't believe how fast it is creeping up since I don't have a ticker for it to keep track. What days will you be there Lynn? We will be at Pop on Oct. 17th (no parks since we have football/cheer that morning we are coming in around 2) and in Epcot for F&W on the 18th. Just a weekend trip but it is just enough to hold us over 'til the cruise. Are you doing F&W while you are there or just MK/MNSSHP? I'm excited since my mom is coming with us and she hasn't been in Epcot since 1983! Around the world in a day.....and I need to show her it ALL!

We are not going to WDW except for Mk on MNSSHP night which is the night of the 22nd.

I have never been to the F&W sounds like it would be fun!

Very excited. After three Disney Cruises, we’ve upgraded to an ocean view room! (OK it’s not a veranda, but it’s a start). ]

We had an ocean view room last time and it was nice. I thought I would be disappointed after having a verandah but the huge portholes are wonderful! Congrats!

I know there has been no mention of the price on these anywhere yet. I don't know if they will have that info to present at the D23 Expo this weekend with the rest of the DCL announcements or if pricing will come at a later date. Did I read there will be only 6? If so, they will be in high demand!

F & W is great!!! You should give it a shot if you have time! We tried to eat around the world. I didn't pace myself too well but I did get as far as China before I was ready to toss my cookies. (we started in Canada) I remember sitting with the ginger ice cream and watching the acrobatics thinking there was no way I was getting up on my own power! I have a better plan this year though so we'll see!

BIG fan of the MNSSHP.

There are going to be 20 cabanas added to CC, most on the family beach. A few will be at Serenity Bay. I agree that they will probably be hard to get and even harder to afford. I do love the idea of having my own little place on CC (even if it is only for 8 hours or so) but I suspect the cost alone will turn my little cabana into a towel on the sand. Hey, nothing wrong with that.

IF the expense is large, maybe they could be shared forlike a couple hours for each couple orfamily then handed off to the next family to use for a couple hours.
