I just wanted to let you know that I'm heading to Vegas and I'm going to be in a seminar all day today (and oh am I happy!!) - so - this might be my last post!

I will make all updates when I return!!

I am a huge Eagles fan, and while I am not thrilled about us getting Vick, I will judge him by how he plays . . .

THat is what we want to do.

I dont know if it will be the year after this cruise or not.

I think i would want to save up some extra monies with airfare etc i but i cost a pretty penny.

Did you do an excursion everyday?

What time of year did you go?

How was the weather?

On the last trip (eastern) we did an excursion at each port. The cruise was in April and the weather was beautiful.

This cruise we are only doing an excurison in Grand Cayman since we have never been. Key West we are visiting friends, Cozumel we will most likely stay on the ship since we are not that excited with revisiting it again.

We do a Disney cruise every other year and a non disney the other years. We did the Pride of America (NCL) out of Honolulu. We were at a port every day with no sea days and loved it.

I meant on your Hawaiian Cruise....sorry


But any way....
Visiting Friedns is Fun.....
I wouldnt mind staying on the ship in Key West....We can go there any time.

As far as the others we will likely find a DClexcursion of some sort to do.

My DD is going to be a piece of Candy Corn.
She found the costume online.....Very cute......Hopefully it will fit for next years cruise.

Trying to think of a couples costume for me and Dh.

I have a purplish blue dressy dress.....kind of poofy on the bottom part only knee length, i was thinking of wearing that and turnign it into either a princess with crown and wand BUT what princess would i be in purple???

Or was thinking of adding wings and being either a fairy or a butterfly.

But the wings would make it hard to ride rides, unless easily removable.

BUT what would DH be to go either of those.

Also though ti could make it inot a 50s dress and put a poodle on it. OR in the place of a poodle put a Mickey Head????

ANY IDEAS WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!!!!

What makes a person do a back to back compared to just a longer cruise?

Yeah this is Lois & Janet's 2nd B2B too, we were with them on one half of the other time! I'm jealous!

But i have done better with my packing.

Our first disney cruise the 4 of us took, 8 suitcases and 2 carry on size.

the 2nd one i got it down to 6 and we were even gone loner than the first.

SOOOOOO maybe i can get it down to 5 this time........But that is pushin it!

Good for you, we've gotten worse with each cruise. We had our max 10 checked last time (2 each for 5 of us) and about 6 carry on bags (after the cruise, that should read carry OFF bags...LOL...I think we only carried ON two)

As much as I aspire to cut that back a bit I don't see it happening.

I can't imagine having to fly for a cruise either...

We made it.... BLT is very new and still has the new smell.
I will post how our trips is going nightly (free internet for DVC)

Night all

We just checked out of Wilderness Lodge Villas this morning after a 10 day stay. We had the two bedroom and loved all the space. It was a great time; a little sad to be back home in NJ. ;(

Wow it seems like everyone is either in WDW or just back from WDW but us!

BLT sounds so nice (on my someday list..) and Glad you had a great time Pudo.

LMAO..I'm sure there are some Giants fans with all these Jersey folk here.
Us not so much. I can't wait to see how bad our team will stink this year (Bucs).... Of course we've been fans since the orange & white Bucko Bruce days when they couldn't give away tickets, so we are used to it.

We are having fun shopping the clearance racks for winter-friendly caribbean wear (i.e. shorts and T-shirts) before it is replaced with sweaters and fleece.
Bathingsuits are stupid hard to find around these parts in winter which is absolutely ridiculous since you can swim almost year round. So we are shopping now. Ron got a bathingsuit at Kohls over the weekend for 21 cents!!! Can't beat that!!!

Thursday is the longest day of the week, let's bring on Friday!

I didnt realize you had been on the thread and cruise that i was on, but then changed to the Cali one.

I was the one tryign to get our shirts etc done and then had to hand that off to soemone else.

no worries... we did a macadamia nut and coffee tour in Hilo and Kona, in kauai we rented a car and drove around. Mauai we did a beach day and we did the volcanoes national park tour.

I would be up for some type of social function centered around a game. I couldn't find the schedule for Oct. 2010. I don't know how far in advance they publish them. Either way, football is football. It doesn't really matter who is playing. The Sunday night game may be a good choice since we are at sea the next day. I never paid much attention during the last Halloween cruise as to whether sporting events are available on the TV's.

So, knewton64, were you volunteering to organize this event? haha

The pool is very nice. Not too many people and the slide is cool. We are being very spoiled by the monorail. It is so nice not to have deal with the bus. Be forewarned.... the showers will blast the skin off of you. Just a side note: the coffee makers in all the units are full size (12 cups)

Well, that is going to be it from BLT. We are only here for two night and now we are off the the Tree top villas for four nights.

Hello everyone Just finish reading, 37 pages for this thread , wow very active group, we sailed this past April 30 on the Wonder, and the group was small and quiet.

We just booked our next cruise with all of you, this time I'm bringing my parents and brother family so we will be 10 in total, we normally go every 2 years and celebrate Christmas or New Years at Disney world, but next year I convince them to go on the cruise, this will be our 5th cruise for my DW and my 2 DD, but their first for my Mom, Dad, Brother and his family.

We will be celebrating several things:

My 11th Aniversary
My brother 6th Aniversary
My Parents 36th Aniversary
My Brother 30th Birthday
My DD 9 Birthday
My DD 8 Birthday

Yes I know October and November are very busy months for us

Yes, we are off to a good start considering we are still 14 months out. Typically threads for 3 and 4 day cruises are not as active as 7 day.

We just returned from a 10 day stay at VWL; our next planned trip is this cruise so we have switched our focus on this vacation.

We plan to book 3 or 4 days at the Tree House Villas or Beach Club Villas before the cruise. We have stayed at most of the DVC properties, I am very interested in hanging out at Stormalong Bay.

I'm guessing you didn't read the last paragraph of my recent post. Well, to be fair, maybe I wasn't clear. We haven't stayed at the Tree House or Beach Club, both our next on our list just not sure which one we are going to do first.
