Hi all!

I finally took a picture of my Fish Extender. :) Here it is. :) As you can see, Minnie and Mickey are the parents, Ariel is Lil and Baby Winnie the Pooh is Katelin. :) Enjoy!

Kristi--I love your FE, it looks great!
Michelle, sounds like you are taking on several major projects at once! I can't wait to see the paint colors!
Well, I accomplished something cruise related today :cool1: I ordered Riley a Hannah Montana night shirt for $5.99. So now we all have new disney pj's for the cruise. They have such cute spring/summer stuff coming out right now, but I need to wait until the end of summer and get it all on clearance.

Hello:

Looks beautiful :thumbsup2 , I do not have mine yet ( I hope in April)
I have seen some on e-bay. Next week, we have the appointment for the passports (My husband and daughter).
I hope everything continues well:cool1:
Nice weekend for all..:cheer2:

Good Morning all! So is everyone ready to leave? We are under 200 days...woohoo! I wwent to the dollar store yesterday. Bought things I needed for the cruise--toothbrushes,hair brushes,wipes,3 oz travel shampoo, body wash containers, etc. Also found cute Disney arm floaties and swim rings. I get them for the little girls so that when at Castaway Cay nelia has a swim ring more her size. The ones at Castaway are tooo big! I start getting stuff now so I don't feel like I am hunting for it all before we leave. Got the girls matching old navy swim suits. I like to only look for one suit and find 2 girls...just makes it easier.

Anything new for anyone? Today I have to go to the store, then go to our PTO fair for school. I am working the cotton candy stand for an hour. Then home to do the spackling I have been putting off for a few days now.

Well I better get motivated! Ugghghgh

Hey guys. Just checking in. Kristi your FE looks great!!:goodvibes
Not much going on with me that is why I have not really posted. Still looking for good buys for the cruise. The formal wear is all set, just need shorts and tops.

I will just chat with everyone later. Oh, Michelle I do like the new logo.:)

Well some of you may not have known but the Dis was down for like 24+ hrs. I found out on my facebook, since of course I belong to Dis thread FB page I was notified! Devistation I thought!!! Some may not have noticed if u aren't normally on. I am sure Corinna noticed along with me...=)

I hope everyone is doing well. I spackled my walls and now this week will have to prime them. Maybe paint in a few weeks. Anyone wanna come to Ohio and help paint? Actually once everything is primed and I paint all the molding then the rest will only take 2 days. It's just getting to that point! Well off to figure out a plan! TTFN

Hi all! Sorry it's been awhile since my last post. Lilli has strep again. UGH. We're trying stronger meds. It's tax season and my office is hopping and I'm trying not to pull my hair out. This week the house gets measured for new carpet and next week the new carpet goes in. :) Waiting for our tax refund to arrive (estimated day is the 27th) so we can pay off the carpet and get a new loveseat and chair (our living room is too small for a full size couch). Got lots going on. Will touch base with ya'll later. Kristi

Hi all. Just thought I would check in and say Hi. It's been a rough week here. My husband, Ryan, is an Oakland CHP officer, so, well enough said. He will probably be working the funeral procession this week, I'm not sure yet if I'm going. I told him I would if he wanted me to, but I wont even see him. There will be thousands of people there.
Nothing new on the cruise front, although I just became aware that our payoff date is quickly approaching, which means the cruise is getting that much closer. We finally got our state tax return, so we will be starting on the backyard soon. We went and looked at some stuff at Lowes and Target yesterday, so we have a pretty good idea of what we will be doing.
Well, I hope everyone has a great day.
Andrea

Our trip is officially paid for! Ahhh the relief....Work is keeping me sooo busy. I guess after April 15th I'll get busy on my FE and gifts. You all are so on top of the game. I haven't started doing anything for the cruise. Oh well, I'll get there eventually.

Andrea,
I am so sorry for the lose of the wonderful police officers. being from Philadelphia, we ALL feel your pain here as we have buried 6 in 2 years. All of us in this town will pray for All of you.!

Sorry I havent' been on, Just trying not to get too excited about the cruise until after we pay. Work has been tough another round of layoffs last week , thank God I was not one of them. So We are being cautiously optomistic about things, still just saving money and praying things go our way.!! :rolleyes
The new logo is awesome, and michelle so was the old one, you guys are so talented!!!

I have been out of the loop over the weekend. We had a long weekend in London and had a great time. The weather was beautiful and we spent a lot of the Saturday walking by the river. It was so warm that we were fine with t shirts. We did some shopping on Sunday and I treated myself to some new make up. Unfortunately all the bead shops that I normally go to whenever I am in London were closed on Sunday. I suppose that gives me an excuse for another trip to London soon.

I hope that Lilli is feeling better soon.

Looks like we have found our flights. We found a really good deal from Manchester to Orlando via Atlanta with Delta. We flew with Delta in 2006 via New York JFK and loved Delta, but hated the interchange in New York. I have heard that Atlanta is much smaller and the transfer arrangements are much more straight forward. DH is going to try and book this.

Corinna

Flights are booked, Delta it is, would have preferred slightly the direct virgin flights but they are simply not competitive at the moment.

Hope everyone is well. Just had a really nice sunny weekend but today it is winter again

Thank you for the thoughts and prayers. I was actually in Philidelphia (I think it was two years ago) when two officers were killed in the same month. And if I remember correctly a third was shot that same month, but survived? Ryan will be going to the funerals on Friday, he'll be in the procession. I'm not going to go because they are expecting 15 to 20 thousand people. I will just watch it on TV. I will be saying prayers for you guys and your jobs as well!

Corinna--I hate to be the one to break it to you...but Atlanta is the US's largest airport. It passed up Chicago O'hare a few years ago. So I will be hoping for a nice smooth transfer for your flights. :thumbsup2 I'm glad you had a nice time in London. I love London! The first two times I went there I hated it (probably because I got so sick both times) but after that I just loved it. :lovestruc I love walking the streets and going to Hyde park. Don't ask me to drive there though! Whew, I don't know how those big busses get around those tight corners and narrow streets.

Well, our weather has turned to full spring. It is 76 today, but we are still in the middle of doing our backyard, so I can't really sit outside and appreciate it unless I want to look at a big mound of dirt and half a yard of dead grass. Hopefully it will get done quickly!

Well Corinna--glad u had a good weekend!

I am still painting my heart away but here is a photo of what it looks like now. I need 2 more coats of red and the bottom right now is primer so I need to paint ultra white on the bottom and 1-2 more coats of yellow. Let's just say my entertainment room looks like Mickeymouse clubhouse! ACTUALLY it looks like the cruise boat. Red for the stacks, yellow for the safety boats, white and black for the ship.(ship is actually navy) All Mickey Mouse in my house.

Oh dear, this sounds not to good especially as we have only a 2 hour connection. Still, I checked in our system yesterday and the minimum connection time at Atlanta between an international flight and a domestic flight is only 90 minutes so hopefully we will be OK. The problem at JFK was that they had closed of the transit area so everybody had to clear immigration at the same desks irrespective if they were ending their journey in New York or transferring onto a different flight. From what I heard from people that have transitted both JFK and Atlanta, Atlanta is much better organised. An added bonus is that there seems to be a flight from Atlanta to Orlando once an hour so if we do miss our flight, we should not be stuck at the airport for 5 hours as happened in New York. I am glad that the vacation is coming together. Now all that is left to sort out is our pre-cruise stay.

I also love London. I could not live there, but I like to go once every three month or so. I love walking around the Westend (Oxford Street, Regent Street, Theaterland, China Town and Covent Garden). Every time you turn around a corner, the scene completely changes. I also love the Docklands.

I wish spring was here. It is absolutely horrible here with strong winds and rain.

Well Corinna--glad u had a good weekend!

I love the room.

We are seriously considering a short (5 night) cruise around the British Isles in May with NCL. Part of me thinks 5 nights is so short, but our two DCL cruises were 5 nights and 4 nights respectively.

Thank you Corinna.....I love it. When not at Disney still have Disney in my house....can't wait to have it like I want it. Hopefully this week!

Hope everyone is having a good day! Nothing new just painting and then off to Art Fair tonight to purchase Sydney's framed artwork! TTFN

Hi Everyone,
Sorry haven't posted in awhile. Still waiting for spring around here, but things are starting to pick up. Baseball is just around the corner, then summer camp, then school starts, and then yeah Disney cruise. I have so much to do still. Passports, FE gifts, spending money, clothes, airline tickets. WHEW!!!!

I should be getting my FE soon. I can't wait to see it. It should be awesome.

Good morning Everyone!! I hope today will be my last painting day. Though the yellow is causing me some issues, I should have primed the chair rail and windows twice I think.:guilty: But I am eager to get my FR back in order this weekend. Nothing else going on here. Nelia has her preschool conference today, then tuesday kindergarten registration and screening! :woohoo: well I am off to get ready for my day. Here is a pic of one of the prints that will hang in my clubhouse....lol
