Oct 2011 trip crowd question

Hi, I am planning a trip to Disney and Harry Potter for the last week of Oct 2011 - specifically Oct 26-28. I know that Disney has the Not So Scary Halloween Party during that time. Do the parks get crowded for Halloween? Any advice is appreciated.
