YUCK, the next 3 days our high temp is suppose to be in the low 50's. I want summer!!!!!! It was suppose to snow this morning but so far only rain, the afternoon high is suppose to be 45 degrees at 3:00.

Hello everyone.

Julie didn't call and I didn't get a chance to call her. I am going with no news is good news or at least not bad news.

Sandy: Glad to have you back!

Susan: At least Pauls' mom is stable for now.

School today and tomorrow. I need Wednesday for vacation stuff.

I will have my computer with me.

We drive down to Columbus early Thursday morning for a 10 AM flight. SW doesn't have any non-stop flights from Cleveland anymore and we didn't want to change planes, so we are making the 2 hour drive.

Thanks Heidi. It's too bad that the colors are dulled when posted. The contrasting blues were so gorgeous.

Went to Kohl's today and saw two cars with lots of snow on them. No wonder my hands are so cold that I can't type. LOL

Well, I wrote a letter to DCL complaining about me paying 300.00 for an upgrade and another person with the exact upgrade got it for free. Then I talked to a lady on the cruise that paid 200.00 at the port. Bad business practice if you ask me.

Paul's mom has improved quite a bit so they moved her out of ICU. She slept real good last night and the confusion seems to have disappeared (hopefully for good). She even took a small walk in her room today.

Susan - that is great news. I hope she continues to have a speedy recovery.

Today my sister is suppose to be dumped on with snow according to the news. They are saying she will get 6-12 inches of snow. We will see if that comes true. This storm is suppose to sit over us until Friday, then on Sunday it is suppose to be 81 degrees again!

Kaleigh has her first PSR class tonight at church.

So busy today and tomorrow.

I am bummed. We really wanted to do another Panama Canal cruise in 2011. But, Jerry saw the prices today and they are RIDICULOUS! So, not gonna happen. We are back to thinking about the April TransAtlantic, but that is still 6K with airfare and transfers. UGHHH!!!!!!!

We went to Target last night and they have the cutest tops and leggings for little girls! They have adorable tights too. I will have to get Kaleigh something. She grew soo much this summer.

Denine, DCL's prices are outrageous. I did read about a great 2011 Transatlantic deal for May. I just don't want to pay the airfare plus be in the air so long and/or layovers.

I am soooo tired today. No energy whatsoever. I could fall asleep just typing this. Flu shot tonight and possible accumulating snow overnight. Oh my, as I am typing they just scrolled a note at the bottom of the tv that we are in a winter storm warning, not watch. Wow. Hope it doesn't come about. Guess we will have to run down to the trailer to turn on the heat tonight after the shot.

Did you guys see that DCL has new catagories. It will be very frustrating until we get use to it.

Julie, how are things going? Just wanted you to know you guys remain in my prayers.

Susan, that goes for you, too. How are your dad and Paul's mom doing? I sure hope you go to Disney.

Oooohhhhh, I am loving my new fence! Can't wait for it to be done.

Heidi, I just got an email from Occidental Vacation Club that they are having 1/2 off sale for Mexico until Dec 10th. Good grief, all inclusive for 27.00 per day. I sure wish we could take advantage of it!! WOW!

Paul's mom continues to show improvement. They are even considering letting her go home to build her strength and recuperate from the hip replacement. They are also saying they may wait 6 weeks or so before heart surgery. Oh well. I talked to her on the ohone and it was nice to hear her voice even though she sounded very winded.

I go with my dad tmorrow morning for his blood check and a shot of Aranesp. Hopefully his count has not dropped further.

Gotta take Turner to hockey practice so need to head out soon.

Did I tell you guys that our brand new computer that Best Buy gave us back in January never really worked and we were fed up with computers so we just let it sit in the office. Right before we left for the cruise I dropped off the computer and they found the problem but had to ship it to CA. Well.......it got dropped. Can you believe it? They are being so good to us this time. No problem whatsoever getting the new one. They are bending over backwards helping us. We will probably end up with a new printer as well. They are giving us software where we lost the license etc. Wow, a whole different picture this time. A new manager makes a huge difference!

Mom - I don't know if you have the worst luck in computers or the best luck. I am going with best since you haven't had to pay a penny for repairs where ours we have spent over $500 on and it is still not working. It is time just to get a new desktop I think. Did you go down to the trailer last night? Wish we could go to Mexico for 1/2 price but I think my work might kill me!

Susan - Glad your MIL is improving. I hope your dad has good results too. Hugs and prayers to you.

Denine - so close to vacation time for you, yay!!!!!

Sandy: Jerry told me about the new categories. Nickle and dime everyone to death on a cruiseline that is already more expensive. I know they don't have a casino to make extra $$$, but still. Now we are thinking about a 4-day in February and then booking a TA in September 2011.

Good morning, how is everyone today?

A chilly start to the day but didn't wake up to snow. It is drizzling now. They are putting up the final touch to our fence, the gates. I wish I knew if I pay them now or if they send an invoice. I don't want to sit here all day.

Heidi, I really think that we have good luck with the computers. I just don't understand why your computer doesn't get fixed under your warranty. I know it is expired now so it doesn't even matter. They gave us a full store credit refund with the exception of 70.00 which is the pro rated part of the warranty. But not to worry, they are going to give that back to us a different way since they couldn't outsmart their computer. We both are fed up with desktops and considered using the money towards something else but I really feel that since a desktop has a much bigger memory that we will get another one. Essentially it is free anyway.

Denine, have a blast in WDW. Take lots of pictures. It was a tad rainy when we where there on the 10th and 11th.

I am wondering since Julie and Garry have been on Facebook if that is good news about her dad. Hope so.

Susan, did you make a final decision if you are going to WDW?

Heidi and I have a DIS BBQ to go to on Saturday. Can't wait.

Oh and Heidi, I always hated audits.

There is a chance of rain in the forecast, but I think we will manage around it.

I got everything done, now for the final packing!

Sally harvested for me today and I got to chat with her. Too bad she can't get on the boards.

Something fishy is going on with DCL. All of the 10, 11 and 12 categories are suddenly sold out on the Jan, Feb and April TA cruises. They were there yesterday. So, the quote we got back on the 4 day is for a CAT 9, which is more than we want to spend.

Either watching or taping a new show tonight on NBC called Mercy. Tomorrow night is Bones, so that is set to tape.

My farms are all harvested and plowed. I may sneak on to work on other people's farms for the experience points. Now if they would allow me to have more neighbors on FT and FV. I am not allowed to send requests and if do get to, I lose a neighbor I already have in FT. Frustrating! Someone told me they were working on the issue.

Denine, I can't believe all the rain we are getting. Great for the trampled lawn from the fence people, though. In fact, I was thinking about you today wondering how you would do if you were here. Good luck with your rain. I can't imagine how frustrated Sally must be not being able to get on the board. I just don't get it!
