Hello everybody! Another night at work! It's been pretty quiet though. Our dispatcher went home sick because she was feeling dizzy. Bonnie, imagaine the fun I could have had with that! But I just bit my lip and kept my thoughts to myself! All of you would have been proud of me!

Denine, I'll leave the hotel story to Julie since she is the one who got the ball rolling! By the way, wouldn't it be neat if Jerry got a trial where I got to testify? We could make faces at each other the whole time...maybe the judge would throw us both out! Poof!! No jury duty! Maybe a little jail time though...

Bonnie, give those rude ultrasound morons hell! I love it when people run their mouths and don't realize who you are! Happens to me all the time.

Congrats to everyone losing weight! I'm trying to join you, but every time I get in an exercise routine, work screws it up somehow.

Good morning. I forgot to tell you one thing about the movie. Even though the end credits are VERY long, stay because there is one little scene after them.

If the weather cooperate this evening, we are going to watch this month's movie off the wall. Tonight they are doing a double feature - old and new versions of Ocean's Eleven. They are calling for evening thunderstorms again so we may not get to do it. We've had thunderstorms roll through every evening this week. Maybe it will hold off this evening.

Garry - I was thinking the same thing as Bonnie about the dispatcher. If you and Jerry were on the same trial, I'm sure jail time would follow!

Went to Atlantic City for two nights. I got on the beach for about an hour & half the first day, rained all day yesterday & came home today. It was still better than staying home. We went to the Irish Pub which is open 24 hours a day (gives you some idea of the type of establishment), ate at the Hard Rock one day but no gambling. Losing money that way makes me sick!

Poor Jerry. Jury Duty is bad. My son is scheduled on 7/28/03. The day we come back from vacation. No matter how bad this Jury Duty is, Grand Jury Duty is even worse. You have to go one day every week for a LONG time!

Working this weekend so you may not hear from me but I wanted you all to know that I am alive & well & living in Sicklerville. Toodles

Good Morning all...off to a 5oth birthday party at my son's house. they are throwing it for my DIL mom. Of course everone who sees her picture asks if it is her sister!!! GRRR! Really don't care about the party so much as I get to see Olivia!!! Any excuse to see her!

Good morning......I just got up....have been having very late nights this week getting to bed at 2, 3, l and l:30.....playing cards with my son, daughter and grandchildren.

My son started putting tile in our entry way....it is a beautiful tile and he is laying a diamond pattern and I think he wishes he had gone with a easier one. It has a lot of cuts that are hard around the doorway and steps. It is two different shades, one beige and one a lighter shade and looks like marble.

It has been in the 90's this week and sure is hard on my flowers...me too. I don't like really hot weather.

Saw Pirates of the Carribean last night. Thought it was wonderful. Funny and very action packed. Orlando Bloom is such a cutie.

Got a million and one things to do today gettig ready for Missy's 21 birthday party. Gotta run.

I ended up working 14 hours yesterday and still didn't finish up. Had to call in the on-call tech at 9pm to finish the days exams.
I've got to get busy now. Party for Cody's baseball team today.

Good morning everyone. A very busy day yesterday with the garage sale. Made 175.00 and Stacey made 300.00. Shhh----don't tell anyone buy I snuck in here just to take a peak at the board while they are out in the hot hot garage.

Got my new refrig during all the garage sale madness. Hate it but needed a new one. Not at all like my old one. Bonnie, no Vanna pics from me as I wouldn't be smiling. A frown would be appropriate. After spending 700.00 you would think I would be happy with it.

Crashers at the reception. Don't you think that you should BLEND rather than stand out with the lime green???? Shoot, I think it is a good idea but it is all about the bride. Today is the fittiing.

Guess we will have to make time for a movie night soon. I have been wanting to see Pirates.

Hi guys! Just back from mass and dinner. Spent a couple of hours at the pool again today. The water sure was nice since it was almost 90 again today.

We went to the movie Off the Wall last night but Turner couldn't keep his eyes open so we left on the middle of it. They were wshowing Ocean's Eleven (new version then the old version). The afternoon and early evening had strong thunderstorms roll through but the skies cleared in time for the showing.

We have a picnic to go to tomorrow at a local park with our hockey boosters club. Just a casual get together. I'm not sure what dish I will make yet. I'll figure it out.

Back from holding Olivia most of the day...she is a sweetie!! Spoiled! There was also a little 16 month old that was just brought back from China in March...what a sweetie!!! Stole my heart. She came in the door in her dad's arms, took one look at me and the arms went out for me to take her!!! I told them I would take her home with me! What is it with me and kids???? Am I the pied piper of children.

Oh well...tired, long day...just plan on relaxing this evening.

We've had our share of thunderstorms with heavy rain this week, last night included. I really wish I could send some of this rain to my Colorado friends who are still on water restrictions. The drought is definitely a thing of the past around here.

Happy Sunday Morning!

This is my second posting from home! Had a good time yesterday Missy seemed to really enjoy herself and the microwave we got her. I can't believe how much work just a simple birthday party is. It took 2 full days to prepare not to mention all the money! I still have lots of cleaning up stuff left.

Tiffany and I really want to see Pirates of the Carribean again. Think we will probably go again today.

Beautiful day today and no threat of thunderstorms so I have no excuse ...I will have to mow my mom's lawn...yuk! It isn't the mowing so much as the 1/2 hour drive to go do it...plus it is an electric mower and I have to find the outlets!

Plan on cutting out and starting to sew the Christening gown...I hope it fits ok...olivia is starting to get the little rolls in the arms and legs...she is soooo precious...but I am not biased!

The kids did a great job with DIL's mom's b'day party...she truly was surprised...no makeup!!! LOL!...this is a woman who takes at least an hour to do hair and makeup! So everyone knew it was a surprise. Of course at 50 years old people think she is DIL's sister! I am very jealous.

Good morning friends. Where is everyone????? Did we slack off last summer, too???

Well, the garage sale is over. We made 185.00. Not a lot but not bad either. Stacey made 358.00. She just started a new job so will take her money to get work clothes. Boy, will that money come in handy.

We are in the market for a new F350 diesel truck to pull the 5th wheel. Ted is wanting a certain gear ratio because our 5th wheel is a heavy deluxe kind but haven't been able to locate one yet. We are going to hit a few lots today when there are no salesman around. Rumor has it that Ford doesn't make that gear ration with the exception of "duelies". I won't drive one of those!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are not quite yet ready to buy so are doing the footwork ourselves. We DON"T want high pressure sales. We went to one lot where the salesman came up to Ted and shook his hand and didn't even say a thing to Heidi and I. Then he bashed Chevy's. I hate salesman that bash the competition. Another salesman made sure that he addressed Heidi and I and shook our hand. He went out of the way to use our names in practically every sentence. Good training. Heidi told the guy that she didn't want a ford but a nissan and he just said let me know when and I can get one for you. No bashing. Love that!!!!

Ted just walked in. He was thinking (oh oh). Now he is thinking about not buying a truck and instead a motorhome. Good grief. That is why we can't buy a truck right yet.

What a Grandma you are Bonnie. Olivia will be so spoiled.

Wow, Barb. You must really like Pirates.

Susan, I wish you could send the rain our way, also. You should see our lawn. It is so sad. I haven't been on an actual picnic for so long. Have a wonderful time and think of me.

Morning! Well, due to the high remarks of others ... we went to see Pirates last night. It was pretty good. We stayed thru the longest running credits that have ever existed (as far as I know) in order to see Susan's inside information scene. People sitting around us waited also, when they heard me telling Katie and her friend why we had to wait. Everyone was whining about how long the credits were along with us LOL. It was a good scene though, kind-of changed the ending. I recommend the wait. I guess that's the only way the participants of a movie can be sure to have their names seen, clever.
Man, I wish I hadn't just given my sister that T-shirt! It was on sale last winter at the Disneyland outlet shop that travels around, and has Goofy and Mickey and maybe another character sword fighting on an old ship with the words "Yo Ho, Yo Ho it's a pirates life for me." She was just planning on doing the 5th wheel nomadic life when I bought it and I thought it would be a nice housewarming gag gift. I finally got it to her Friday, see the movie Sat. and now I want it for ME! It was about $4. too! I'll have to tell her to wear it for sure.

Oh, my house it too hot to even sit here anymore! Need to go make chicken salad with grapes for my Dad's birthday party this afternoon here at my house. It's still going to be SO hot. My step-mom called and said her house was too much of a mess but she wanted him to have a party so would I have it here. I said OK, but that it would need to be at 5:30 or later as the shade wouldn't be fully over the deck until then. She said that they couldn't possibly eat past 4:30 so it has to be earlier. Hey, I think if she wants to call the shots, she can throw her party at her house! So, that's my afternoon. Fun.
Talk to you all later if I'm not in jail for strangling her or in a coma from heat exhaustion.
